I'm hoping tomorrow's science is a bit more goal focused...though killing a Witch is worth doing in and of itself, especially for barrier study.

I would argue that would fall under artificial body creation, rather than creating more bodies for ourselves.

Unless giving those girls a clone of our body for them to "equip" is considered an acceptable way to accomplish this.
Well it's hardly ideal, and it would be good to get a magical plastic surgeon or something later on. There is a possibility that their ambient magic might turn them back into how they used to look, but I wouldn't count on it.
As for the railgun, we should test if we can make something frictionless, a superconductor, and our maximum voltage (if there is a maximum). Assuming that we can claim some of the cash while out with Homura, buying an industrial voltmeter/ammeter might be worthwhile. Also, since we're probably going to go with a railgun as our main attack vs. Waluigisyacht, what are we planning to use for ammo? Is there a huge pile of steel girders somewhere we can appropriate, and can we reshape existing metal into something more aerodynamic quickly?
The railgun doesn't really need separate testing time, we can just stick it in MECHA GURREN ZILLA LANGAN's mouth next time we go on a hunt. I'd prefer to focus on the more pressing stuff personally.

For the science tomorrow, we really need to find a witch, for two reasons: 1) Making a barrier is incredibly useful for a wide variety of things

We already did sort of study the entrance to witch barrier already (last hunt with Mami and Homura, the "chicken witch") and determined it was "going into" a direction "other" than the ones around it (aka. The 4th special dimension). I think Sabrina said she had an idea of how it worked now.

Unless you want a "live one" we can compare with while doing it.

Also, yea, there are all sorts of highly useful applications for a "pocket space" we can summon on will. I'm just not sure if they are useful enough to justify putting it at the top of our "science todos". Pretty high up, yes IMO, but likely not the top.

Ever wondered how Mami turned Ribbons into Muskets? Here's one possible explanation.

You know, maybe we should get her help with SCIENCE.

You know, the parts of SCIENCE that don't involve the witchbomb.

And she can give us advice like "why are you working on exotic attack techniques when you can't even jump off a roof without cracking the pavement".

The most immediately relevant use for pocket space is so that we have a place to store all of our extra grief, so it is an urgent question (though probably not a high priority one). Things that we can do with grief include:
1. Let it disperse into the air. (This kind of pollution is probably bad).
2. Give it to Kyuubey. (I'd rather not give him grief for free. And we might want to have a huge amount of grief available for the next time we want to do something big.)
3. Carry it around everywhere we go. (We've been doing this, and it's getting to be a wee bit unwieldy; we could transform it into witchstuff which is much more condensed, but that would make us feel even more witchy than usual.)
4. Stuff it into a series of large airtight containers. (This could work if grief which has no room to expand will remain solid and noncorrosive once it leaves our control radius. But concerns about storing hazardous materials definitely apply.)
5. Stuff it into a pocket dimension. (This is the best option if we can get it to work.)
6. Replicate the grief->energy machines that the incubators use and solve Humanity's energy problems for the foreseeable future. (This would probably be more of a long-term project).

Edit: added 6

I struggle to think of a reason why a voice speaking into your brain is less intrusive than a text message.

next time lets go for legendary fantasy creature as we just did sci fi
Ooh! Let's see ... what would be appropriate and cool?

Maybe a phoenix for the themes? Possibly not iconic enough in terms of appearance.

How about a hydra? That could work quite well.

Dragons are a classic, but less thematically appropriate.

A nightmare? Assuming we want to play up the griefness.

A cockatrice or basilisk, as the natural enemy of weasels? (Then again, weasels win those fights)

Blastoise.

[x]Morning routine.
[x]Wake up calls for all of your friends. Including Sayaka.
-[x]Mention to Sayaka that we might try and finish off Kyosuke's healing during the day. Does she want us to wait for everyone to go as a group again?
[x]How are the Sendai groups doing?
[x]Call Ono. Ask how she's doing, if she's used the seed, and where she wants to meet up today. Bring up telepathy.
-[x]Like this.
[x]Walk with Mami and friends to school.
[x]Go visit warehouse-kun. Pick up science where we left off.
I'm fine with this vote as long as we ask to borrow a couple of grief seeds from Mami that we can use to do the Science.

I think we want something lower on the "will horribly murder someone if something goes wrong" scale than, say, a basilisk.
