[x] Text Nagisa's uncle about her visiting today. Establish a specific time. (Keep in mind Sayaka's hospital visit.)
[x] Telepathy Oriko and Kirika. They probably need to pick up some groceries at this point. It should be fine if you go with them. And of course, you can cleanse their gems too.
[x] Head over to Oriko's.
-[x] 20 minutes roof hopping practice. Then fly the rest of the way.
-[x] Cleansing.
-[x] Take both of them food shopping (or whoever wants to go.)
-[x] Light conversation. No need for serious precog questions right now.

I really do hope we get a chance to ask the questions @SynchronizedWritersBlock came up with.

@Muramasa think we should ask Homura if there was anything she wanted to talk about Friday, or if there's something we missed? That's what the pointed looks seem to be about.

And if Oriko would be too uncomfortable in joining us for shopping because of her injuries, we could just ask her for cash then do it for them.

There weren't any pointed looks. She glanced at us a few times. It wasn't any more than regular conversational looks.

e: Not to mention, she was ok with both "Friday or Saturday" after both were suggested in conversation by other people. She might want to talk, but the idea that there's something about Friday is 100% paranoia.

I dunno. I read it as Homura-speak that she wants to talk about something possibly too sensitive for QB-phone.

Eh. We were planning to talk to her before the end of the day, right?

So I went and made an outline of a schedule.

Not sure what we're really agreed on so I didn't fill it in, but the main points to me seem to be:
- Seed science with Homura - we need to make time in an evening for this sometime in the next few days. It's the #1 science priority.
- Visit Oriko & Kirika with Mami - we need to get this process started
- Bring up relaxing the house arrest to Mami and especially to Homura
- Another visit to Kyoko & Yuma, say, two or three days to allow for Sabrina Fatigue

We also want to regularly schedule certain activities:
- Witch hunting - because hunting witches with Mami on a regular basis helps stabilize her life and establish routines. Also will build teamwork between us, Mami, and Homura, which will be crucial when it comes time for actually difficult fights.
- Enchantment, roofhopping, other magical practice - because we will not improve if we do not actually do this frequently
- Visits to anyone we have seed deals with - this is weekly or bi-weekly, but is necessary. Currently just the UG and Sendai.

With that in mind, we should definitely visit O&K with Mami sometime tomorrow. After school? We should also definitely make time for seed science with Homura either tomorrow or the next day. Suggestions for time?

I'm going tentatively pencil in Kyoko on Thursday morning. Morning seemed to work well enough today, and while we don't want to bother her too much, she is low on seeds so two days isn't unreasonable.

Not really. Agreeing with Synch. Homura bringing up friday isn't a big deal.

Back from a week of programming, and catching up on 50 pages of backlog.

@Winged Knight :

I watched that clip from Snatch while I was catching up on the thread. That meant that a few pages/minutes later, when I got to the update post, I was hearing Sabrina's speech in the voice of the glasses guy ("nemesis"). Very not cool. Amusing, but not cool.

I wouldn't have minded stopping by to see Masami, but I recognize that the timing is a bit soon. Would also have liked to make another pass for the glass witch/magical girl, but the odds of finding her seem extremely low at this point. Too many butterflies. Irritating.

For the moment, Mura's vote looks good. My mind isn't in the mood to try to parse and plan, so I'll just hop on the bandwagon for now.

[x] Muramasa

SCIENCE is both currently not terribly helpful and not going anywhere. We've hit a bit of roadblock for both enchantment and grief reality warping.
On the contrary, the reason we didn't give Kyouko and Yuma a clear seed (despite the fact that they're ~100 times as effective) was that we had decided that we needed to do more SCIENCE on clear seeds first. If we had done more SCIENCE on clear seeds earlier, we could have helped Kyouko and Yuma more. So these experiments should be the highest priority because they have a short-term payoff.

...We've already offered to cleanse pretty much everyone. This "offer" does nothing except make us out to be more mercenary. Let's stick to charity until we actually have a pressing need for more seeds. Which we don't right now no matter what.
We only have two seeds at the moment (plus the one that Oriko has). This limits the number of experiments we can do with them (both for testing the safety of clear seeds and for reversing witching), so we do have a need for more grief seeds (although it might not be critically urgent since there are still a number of experiments that we can do with only our current seeds).

I would also like to remind everyone that we keep thinking, "We need to heal Kyousuke sometime. Why haven't we done that yet?"
I'm going to lobby for talking about healing Kyousuke on the way to the hospital (immediately after school) and then healing him once we get there, but that will probably take a few updates to get to.

-[x] Ask her if Akiko is likely to recover ever without intervention.
-[x] "Does Kazusa become a witch any time in the next two weeks?"
--[x] If negative: "Are the Saints capturing magical girls or soul gems?"
-[x] Tell Oriko about our long term plans to use clear seeds to cleanse all meguca and hopefully to reverse witching. Ask for her help with these plans.
-[x] Enlist her and Kirika's help to spot us while we science in an appropriate place. Kirika can antimagic pulse if things go wrong, Oriko can tell us if things are likely to go wrong. Explain each experiment before we do it.
--[x] Is it easier to add/remove grief from Hildegard than from Gwen?
--[x] Alternate between completely filling Hildegarde and completely emptying it for several cycles. Does anything change with the capacity of the seed or the difficulty of removing grief or with the state of Hildegarde?
--[x] Put Hildegarde and Aurora next to each other when they have differing amounts of grief in them. What (if anything) happens?
--[x] Empty Hildegarde completely and put it next to Gwen. What (if anything) happens?
--[x] Pump healing magic into Hildegarde. Try to focus on healing the presence within, pay very close attention to any small changes to the seed or if anything materializes nearby.
--[x] Put a small amount of grief in our soul gem and touch it to Kirika's (grief free) soul gem. What happens?
--[x] Tell Oriko that we're planning on leaving Aurora with her and taking Gwen with us. Does she forsee any problems with this arrangement?
--[x] Does Oriko forsee any problems if she left Aurora in direct contact with Kirika's soul gem for a prolonged period (without anyone physically touching it)?
--[x] Does Oriko forsee any problems if Kirika was in physical contact with Aurora for a prolonged period?
--[x] Create a grief construct designed to scan a mind and project the ideal body for that mind as a 3d hologram.
---[x] Use the device on all of the grief seeds and soul gems.
-[x] Ask if Oriko and Kirika if they can think of any additional experiments that we should try.

Modified the Muramasa vote to add the urgent precog questions and an explanation to (hopefully) give Oriko a long term purpose for helping us with the experiments, as well as experiments that we need to do with clear seeds in order to prove their safety.

Let's see...
We shouldn't bring up a bunch of precog questions if we're trying to cheer Oriko up, they give her terrible headaches.

I'd like to see if we can "see" with our grief constructs and try to make grief clones next time we science.

This will take until awhile after school, with a shopping trip and this degree of science. I don't think we have time for this much science and social before school ends.

Why would we be trying to cheer Oriko up? She's not down about anything in particular, is she? She might feel a bit confined (which can be helped with the offer to go shopping, even if we don't actually go), and she might feel like she's lacking purpose (which can be helped with some discussion). In general, Oriko doesn't mind precog questions as long as there's a good reason for them.

I'd like to see if we can "see" with our grief constructs and try to make grief clones next time we science.
This could be useful and it could help when we start trying to make artificial bodies to help with dewitching.

The conversation and the shopping are the parts that would take the longest. Most of the experiments should be pretty quick: a minute or two for each one. The longest would be the one where we cycle grief in and out of Hildegarde, which is limited by the time it takes to add/remove grief; this one could take fifteen minutes or so.

Maybe some time for going to the zoo with Mumi and maybe Oriko and Kirika?

Meh, long votes typically work well for this quest, but that seems excessively long IMO.

I'll stick with Mura's vote, and see how much time we have left after next update, and see what items we can fit in then.

Also, it would be nice to interact with Oriko a person rather than as a source of information, even if for only an hour or so.

If she wants to bring up magic or precog stuff, fine, but let's not jump straight to it on our own this time.
