[] So Kyoko. How do you feel about being paid to punch me in the face?
Intro into-combat training:
We REALLLY need to stop trying to give Kyoko things without a justifiable reason. Yes yes, we're supposed to be prioritizing her friendship, but you need to be friends before you can prioritize it.
Between emasculating her agency by swooping in to save they day, and bearing ill tidings like a diseased crow, Kyoko doesn't really have a reason to like us. Offering her Seeds, or Super Seeds, or the ability to cleanse her Jem, stinks of a temporary stopgap that's not going to endear her to us.
On the other hand, if we become punch buddies, then the association becomes one of 'the dweeb that can't hit anything with a hammer' Being a dweeb is better than being a crow. She's not going to open up to anyone other than a friend, so let's be her friend before we try.
We're trying too hard. Let's ease back and try not to Xantos Gambit ourselves off a cliff. Sabrina can carry a conversation without us mini/maxing it.
If we can have ended this conversation with Kyoko smirking honestly, then we've won today's battle
