I don't like this part of the plan. We have ideas on how to fix it, like talking to our parents about it or spending time with him to find his talents/training him if he has none.[X] Plan Understanding, Compassion, and Support
-[X] Hug your brother damnit
-[X] Respond to his concerns supportively
--[X] Admit that it isn't fair, and that we hadn't seen the issue before, but that we aren't sure how to fix it - though we're open to suggestions.
---[X] Be sympathetic, apologetic for not seeing it, and supportive.
It's us letting him have what he wants for once. We've got ideas, sure, but we can hammer those out later, right now we're reinforcing/building the relationship, and that means giving him a measure of power over what we do.I don't like this part of the plan. Just because we have "ideas" doesn't mean we're sure how to fix it.I don't like this part of the plan. We have ideas on how to fix it, like talking to our parents about it or spending time with him to find his talents/training him if he has none.
Y'know, folks, I'm not closing yet. I was asking if I should given how sparse it had been, not saying, "Okay, ten minutes to close of business, get 'em in while you still can."
especially since were SV
Hmmm.Yeah especially since SV's social skills are limited to hugging and beating people up
Hmmm.
[jk] Plan SV
-[jk] Hug Mato.
--[jk] Then punch him in the face till he cries.
Hmmm. Something about this seems an ill fit for the situation. Not sure what.
You got it backwards.Hmmm.

It's perfect! It uses the entire SV social skillset in the correct order, and everyone knows SV is full of optimizers so it must be optimal! You got it backwards.

That's how we close the distance!
If 'ambitious' meant the same thing as 'stupid', they would not be separate words. It's a trait that's often been attached to bad people, but it's not an inherently bad trait, not any more than Oddball or Driven or Socialiser. This quest is awesome, although I'm leery of having the Ambitious trait, as one of the things that lead to Jaffur's Sealing was that Dad and Dandeer believing they were right and not listening to us.
There's a reason I said leery instead of opposed. I know it's not inherently bad, but it still means Kakara has desires to stand above others and be more, which is a trait I don't have much investment in. It's far from a deal breaker for this quest, but again, I'd prefer to not have it because I see it so often if SV quests. If 'ambitious' meant the same thing as 'stupid', they would not be separate words. You certainly can, if you sell the collective on it. Welcome aboard!
We are the players of Dragon Ball: After the End. You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile. You certainly can, if you sell the collective on it. Welcome aboard!
