As Saiyan nobility, you've had a lot of training throughout your brief life. Not too much, though. You're only eight.
As Kakara Goku, that has resulted in a certain advantage in some areas. You are exceptional by Saiyan standards, no matter your distaste for fighting. The only question is just how that has manifested. Please vote for the following in plan format to keep things simple. No write-ins unless otherwise noted; the choices are as they are for a reason.
Kakara is not the most devoted fighter. As a result, she has not hit the cap on a normal Saiyan's base strength, and has a power level of 12 million. In addition, she has not picked up the most extensive array of combat skills.
You start with basic competence in hand-to-hand combat and the ability to project basic ki blasts. Your overall genius with ki manipulation translates somewhat into a gift for blasts, making them come to you easiest of any kind of fighting. You begin the game knowing how to use the Kamehameha Wave and the Solar Flare technique. Additionally, you may pick two of any of the following techniques to have learned over your life:
[ ] Kienzan (Destructo Disk) - A disk of ki that can cut through foes of vastly greater strength, at the cost of accuracy.
[ ] Improve Hand-to-Hand - the meat of any fight, you've taken the effort to improve your skill here past mere competence.
[ ] Kikoho (Tri-Beam) - Burn your life force to hammer your foe with blasts of intense strength.
[ ] Kiai - Move quickly enough to hammer your foe with the shockwave of your movements, tossing them back.
[ ] Makankosappo (Special Beam Cannon) - Focus your ki to a needle-point, piercing through the defenses of even vastly stronger foes.
[ ] Kaio-Ken - Drive your ki to incredible heights, surpassing your normal limits.

[ ] Instant Transmission - Using somebody's ki to guide you, instantly traverse the distance between two points.

While you are highly talented in all uses of ki, there is one area in particular that you shine in. Choose one of the following:
