Kakara was happy.
The sun was shining, the birds were still chirping, and the animals which tried to attack her at least had the sense to run after she unblinkingly broke their teeth on her skin, for now, she was happy sunbathing on a nicely placed stone in the middle of a grassy field humming slightly while waiting for Jaffur.
She was really quite close to taking a small nap before she noticed him flying in, he looked around him carefully, as if worried that an ambush could be around the corner, putting two fingers to her temple, Kakara suddenly appeared directly to the side of him, leading to the frighting sight of someone with a manic smile being near inches from your own face, letting out something of an ungainly yelp, he threw a punch that only narrowly avoided Kakara and proceeded on to obliterate several mountain ranges, still wearing that same undamaged smile, just tilted a few degrees, Kakara greeted Jaffur.
"Hey, Jaffur! I was wondering when you'd get here, good thing you decoded my letter!"
The thought briefly went through Jaffur's head that a legitimate attempt on his life might have been the better outcome of the situation.
"Scion?! WHAT DO YOU-""Shh, you need to be quiet!""...WHAT DO YOU MEAN, DECODED, IT SAID 'JAFFUR, COME QUICKLY, I NEED YOU!' WITH A BUNCH OF HEARTS AND COORDINATES, EVERYONE THINKS IT'S A LOVE LETTER!"
Kakara gave a small frown, she couldn't understand why that'd be the case, she wrote it, sprinkled some glitter over it, and sealed it with a kiss, nothing there that should make people think it's a love letter, unless...
Unless...
"Gasp, Jaffur, are you attracted to me?!"
Jaffur was starting to panic, now, the situation was already confusing, and now it was spiralling out of control at record speeds, "NO! And stop using onomatopoeia! Just gasp if you're that surprised!""Sigh, that's good, otherwise it'd be a bit embarrassing later on.""What do you-"
Kakara had already had her two fingers to her forehead, and clapped her hand to Jaffur's shoulder, then both vanished, especially from the sight of those two people tailing them, luckily for us, we know exactly where they ended up.
At House Senzu.
Jaffur swung around, looking for where he had ended up, "Where did you take us you crazy person""To House Senzu, of course!"
Jaffur stopped, and turned to face Kakara, who was giving a totally guileless smile.
"Why?"
Kakara frowned again, before clapping a hand to her head, "I forgot to tell you about my plan, didn't I? Du-doi, well, I thought that your dad-" She leaned in closely for this, "-Isn't very nice, so I devised a way to escape from him!"
Theatrically sweeping her hand, she pointed to where the sky might be if it wasn't hidden by a cleverly placed roof.
"SPACE!"
Jaffur was too far in, he knew this, but he still made a token effort to stop the train before the tracks actually ended, "Scion, your father is going to kill you, my father is actually going to kill me! Let's just stop, and go back, we can pretend this never happened."
"Well, those people shadowing you wouldn't."
Jaffur was begging this migrane to go away, but he knew he was practically dead to rights already, maybe he could plead to being an accessory to the crime in court? She'd get captured the instant she went out.
"D-DID YOU PLAN THIS?!"
Jaffur was actually getting frightened, Kakara had sneaked through the entire temple, cutting off the lights (Even if that didn't matter when it was daytime) and masterfully using hiding spots, Jaffur could have revealed their position, but at this point he wanted to see how far she could get, evidently, the answer was 'all the way to the pod'.
"Okay Jaffur, in you go."
No, he couldn't do this, this was too far, he had to put his foot down sometime.
"Jaffur, come on.""No, Scion, this is too far, I can't let you do this.", he put himself into his fighting pose and began to power up, the walls around him shuddering.
Kakara gave another frown, before shrugging, her smile returning full force, "OKAY!"
Jaffur let his guard down for a split second, which was just about enough for Kakara to teleport behind him, jab at several nerve clusters, and pull on his tail hard enough to paralyse him, giving a small "Hmph" she picked him up and laid him over her shoulder, "You really should have toughened that tail better, Jaffur."
"Yer crazy..."
A few weeks later, a small pod came crashing down on an as of yet unnamed planet, the door opening slowly before a foot smashed it into the ground, stepping out came Kakara, yelling at the top of her lungs "BEWARE, YE DENIZENS OF THIS PLANET, FOR THE SAYIANS HAVE COME!"
Jaffur gave a long suffering whine.
