@PoptartProdigy already specified that we're going to have an entirely separate round of voting/planning/thinking where we prioritize all this stuff; presumably this will be when we reduce the quantity of priorities to something manageable.

The one thing that concerns me is that what will NOT be viable is if we say "Kakara only has four priorities at a time and nothing else matters to her" when talking about months or years of time. Kakara is doing, has been doing, and needs to do, a lot of different things. There may only be a few maximally important ones at a time, but there have to be others that are still going on in the background (i.e. training the Misfits was less important to us than preparing for the dragon, but we still did it while preparing for the dragon).

We have no foreseeable need for this in the next few months, Kaio-Ken training is disproportionately likely to be physically risky, and we have plenty to worry about in the next few months without starting training on a whole new skill that could physically injure or cripple us while we're planning for the aliens. In the long term, this is already covered under "Consider long range projects for increasing or bypassing our power level limits."

They probably won't be Seers; Seer ability is disproportionately common among the Exiles because of the 'curse' the Kanassans placed on Bardock. Magical ability is possible, but the combination of finding them a magic teacher and testing them in the first place would probably involve bringing all the Misfits fully into the Masquerade, and I don't think we should just take for granted that this is a priority. Remember, you're listing this under stuff to worry about before the invasion. Some things we could put on this list in general (like 'go to college') would be grossly premature to put in this category.

Also, arguably falls under "continue training the Misfits."

I don't think these are appropriate goals for "probably within the next year or two." At the least they should wait until after the Sealing so they don't reduce our concentration on things likely to directly help. Furthermore, they are arguably already covered, but I'll expand a few things a bit to cover them.

The prompt range thing was seeing if we could not ask everyone on garenhuld, but maybe a 'everyone in the hall' or similar.
I was wondering what mechanism allowed a spell that is almost certainly more powerful than the hall wards to be stable (the seal on Dazarel) and to see if we could replicate that.
Yeah, I probably put too much to early in medium term.
You did cover a lot, I just wanted to make sure that somewhat more specific points were being adressed.
 
Adding a "work onthe Spirit Bomb" priority in Long Term and Very Long Term, with an eye to both drawing energy from limited groups, and to transferring that energy (which Goku did with Krillin in the Saiyan Saga).

As for the wards, the biggest probable reason for the seal on Dazarel to be more stable than the hall wards is that it's conceptually simpler. Seals seem to work on a conceptual/Platonic level. A seal specifically on Dazarel that explicitly "locks" his abilities or aspects of his physiology is simple. You see a thing that he has, and you take it away from him. By contrast, the Hall wards are not-simple. They enclose a delineated volume of space, not a specific discrete person or object. They block outgoing ki signatures and energy, but not incoming. They presumably have to do some of the work of structural reinforcement, given the sheer size of the Hall and some of its component rooms.

It is very likely that this means that by nature, the Hall wards are inherently less robust and able to withstand forces, in the same way that a house of cards is less robust and stable than a deck of cards neatly stacked into a deck and ready to be put in the box.
 
More information from Dazarel or the alien army/refugees/scouts may give us reason to harbor such ambitions, but right now we don't know enough to form any concrete plans. I listed it as a possible long or very long term periority.
 
So basically for right now our goals are dealing with the aliens and the sealing the political troubles that come with them as well as gain the skills to do it all effectively and deal with future unknown problems.

Also tinkering to take advantage of the alien tech.
 
Pretty much. With a few issues looming on the extreme long range radar like "find a way to safely unlock new forms" and "worry about Kakara getting married" and "maybe go to college."

Would you mind if our descriptions of goals include "short term" and "long term" and so on, so that we can clearly differentiate between things we plan to do eventually-when-there's time versus things we plan to do next week? Like, unsealing Jaffur is a super important priority, but it's a medium to long term priority, not one that directly competes with, say, making sure Maya understands what's up with the saiyan Masquerade.

I would mind that; we're going to sort by priority when I'm back. For now I just want it all down in a list, to make it easier to engage.
 
For the record, I am here defining:
"All Terms" -> "is a priority at all times and will remain so forever"
"Very Short Term" -> "within the next few days"
"Short Term" -> "within the next few weeks"
"Medium Term" -> "within the next few months," here defined as "up to and prior to the alien invasion"
"Long Term" -> "within the next 1-2 years"
"Very Long Term" -> "probably two or more years from now"

I suggest that we all stick to these definitions; it will make planning out Kakara's future actions much simpler. I have repeated some items that are priorities in some timescales but not others (for instance, I think Kakara is entitled to a few days of not worrying much about schoolwork, but should get back to proper diligence within the next few weeks).

Where I know others may desire an option, but I personally oppose it within that specific timescale, I am going to leave a [] vote option, so that the choice is named even if I think we shouldn't take it.

My immediate impression from trying to read those plans is that it might be easier if it were organised a bit more? Like, maybe break things down into "training", "social", and "plotting" or something like that (on top of the timeframe breakdown)? Dunno.
