Doof accidentally finding Shego's brother is exactly something that would happen to him. His zany antics keep his enemies guessing whether he's being eccentric or a mastermind.

Glad to see that Shego still cares about her family, while she's still evil, she's definitely better than some of the other Kings in the setting.

Goofy: Lowers Crit threshold by 20 to any task he's assigned to. +21 to martial. Crit Threshold now at 80
Wile E.: Lowers Crit threshold by 15 when acting as a lab assistant. Crit Threshold now at 75
XP: Allows us to lower the crit threshold by 1 per 100 XP, to a max of 10. Threshold now at 65.

That's 1/3 chance of the die exploding, which is a little ridiculous. Now, unfortunately it requires us to use two of our heroes, but it frees Khan up to study English and puts some really difficult martial tasks within reach. I'd recommend thinking about some difficult martial write-ins to accomplish because I think they're within reach.
Wile can only be used for that on research rolls, which probably mostly or only includes learning actions.

Hmmm so Hego still thinks it is the golden age of heroics and that embarrasses Shego... Well then we will just have to resurrect the golden age to prove him right and rub it in Most Hated Enemy Shego's face! No, we will do better than bringing back the golden age, we will bring in, THE AGE OF DOOF!

Oh, that just makes it better though! I don't know why I thought it was exclusively martial. Although building power armor would probably work out well there. I think these would work
-Look into Express Delivery
-Build a suit of power armor
-Update City Counsel (Especially this one, as it says we plan on building an administrative robot)
-Improve recycling programs (maybe)
-Basically all of the learning actions

We could very possible update city counsel next turn. What are questers thoughts on that?

Edit: Precise wording of the city counsel action
" By 'city council', you mean 'an administrative robot that works only for you!' Sure, your AI isn't the best right now, but it's more than enough to handle a bunch of little mundanities that eat away at your spare time. Leaving the robots to sweat the small things will leave everyone else free for the big ones. "

Imagine crit succeeding on this. 🤩

Edit 2: As the QM has decided stat bonuses only apply to rolls once, it may be better to gun for a think tank. What are your thoughts?

We can possibly have him and monogram to clean up crimes in the city.

It seems to be that she's worried about him because in this setting heroes have died and Syndrome has been getting away with genocide of capes for awhile. She's got good reason to worry.

So if Shego explicitly forbids targetting families then what happened to the Possibles and the Stoppables? Also just realized that all we have left to pick up is a predator and a nice A.I. and we will have inadvertently pissed off every racist King in the setting. By complete accident!

"Listen. You have to realize a few things. My idiotic brother still thinks he's back in the Golden Age. You know, Mr. Incredible, Boss Awesome, Gazerbeam?"

"Uh…"

"Yeah, things don't work that way anymore. You don't get the mutual respect between foes, you get a pair of professional death dealers that are just short of killing one another in most fights. Hego? He doesn't understand that. Why else do you think I've been paying idiots to throw themselves at him so he could feel important?"
Ironically enough, Doof acted exactly like the Golden Age Villains in his interactions with Perry. In fact, trapping Perry in the social niceties of a fine dining restaurant immediately comes to mind.

Hego might fit right in with us when it comes to that mindset.
