Brockton's Celestial Forge (Worm/Jumpchain)

I know Final Fantasy 13 is Excluded from the rolls right now, but I have a question:
Antimatter Manipulation Principle (Final Fantasy 13) (200)
You understand the science at work behind Cocoon's technology. You may not have the equipment to reproduce it, but you can manipulate gravity to a limited degree even without it – enough to save you from falls.

With the suitable tools however, you could make all sorts of equipment and mechanical wonders, even up to graviton cores that can maintain giant aerial defence platforms.
Antimatter Temporal Principle (Final Fantasy 13-3) (200)
The same antimatter manipulation principle developed by the scientists of ancient Academia was banned by the Fal'Cie Pandaemonium in the recent years, and all its researchers – vanished. After careful research, you've come to realize why. Through extensive manipulation, Chaos itself can be controlled with AMP, and while the degree of control you can exert on it is limited – even you can stop time for five seconds at will. However, you also move at a reduced pace, as the sheer effort of manifesting this unnatural phenomenon drains you in more ways than simply energy.

After trying this twice in rapid succession, you found yourself completely drained, but if you alone could perform such a feat even significant support from any piece of ancient AMP technology – then perhaps the Fal'Cie banned it out of fear that it would evolve to something greater…

Without this research available, and with most of the team lost, you wonder if it would have been impossible otherwise to reconstruct this technology. After all, only the significant presence of Chaos provoked the research to begin with, long after Gran Pulse had fallen.
Okay, I am confused. I looked it up online and it wasn't clear, so can someone please tell me if they are actually using Antimatter to do this stuff, and if so, how.
I don't know whether this is the right place to ask that. I suggest that you consult the discord instead. Fictional exotic substances bearing similar names and properties with real substances can be very iffy.

been seeing this repeated for while and honestly it sounds cool. what is it and where is it from?

Asura's Wrath and it's because all do the big names in the game, the bosses, use Mantra to empower their cyborg bodies. It's based on Hindu myth (kind of) hence Cyborg Hindu God Bodies.

The bosses essentially conquer Earth after beating up something and use the humans as worship batteries to power their bullshit. It's up to Asura to rage against the heavens to fix it all. He goes from someone with little to no Mantra to punching out the creator of everything at the end of the game.

This actually matters little for the purpose of this story, as inter jump rules aren't really a thing. He might bar crafting perks from the jump from multiplying mantra, but that still leaves every other perk that Joe has. Not to mention I can't really find any rules about this in the jump doc, so it's more like his personal fanwanking (unless I missed it). Jumpchain is single player anyways, so Lord can play it as he sees fit.
Yeah, I would agree if this were any other story.

But you see, lord has said multiple times that he seeks to preserve the original view of what each JC author had in mind when he's writing about the perks And therefore, he would try his best to fit their views on the perks in his story or try to match them as close as possible.

So if this were any other story, you would be right. But since this is BCF, the JC authors word actually does have some impact on it

It just came to mind that Lisa saw Tetra order blood and drink it. Not only that, she likely picked up on the fact that Tetra didn't consider it good tasting blood.

That poor girl is going to have nightmares about this summit. Every update there seems to be multiple things that leaves Tattle Tale with a new nervous breakdown to work through. Even right after that she finds out she is being brain drained by a Nazi.

I honestly question how she is going to make it through the summit at this rate without breaking down.

Well, either she's buoyed entirely through the summit by Sechen Ranges, or Joe makes use of the avid glove to, as covertly as he possibly can, give Tattletale some nanomachine treatment.

Having the mighty Apeiron heal ones teammate goes against the effort of making them separate from him. Just like she said that too many people assume Apeiron's team are the Undersiders.

She wasn't brained drained.
It was pretty clear that his shard was preemptively shoving its mind tentacles in people so it could map out the brain and drain the skills when Victor wants to.

The threat is there though, and she is focused on not feeling stupid. Even if he wasn't draining anyone, I can't imagine she was comfortable with what was revealed, the ease, subtlety and reach he has.

It's the capstone that goes with Divine Atelier. Gives him an awesome body that can handle way more mantra, plus updates DA to include demigod scale cybernetics and (if this counts as after the jump) Mantra Reactors which bumps that to 11.

It counts as after jump, just like every other perk. The question is if he gets only one in specific (Vanity would be hilarious) or if he gets all the Mantra types to power him up. Because for what I remember of the game with a reactor he wouldn't only gets power from prayer, but also his own emotions powering it up.

Though it could also go full unstopable monster for a bit if he doesn't control himself, unless that was just an Asura thing.

According to the jumpdoc that was just an Asura thing.

I don't think Joe would get access to Emotional Mantra unless he gets the separate Mantra Affinifty perk.

The Jump does say that there are ways to achieve the same level of power that Asura did.

It also says that even infinite x perks aren't enough to modify the binary nature of emotive mantra. There is almost no way Joe has the "literally so boundless actual god was shocked" levels of emotion.
I think the biggest problem here is that Joe isn't in the setting of Asura's Wrath. He wouldn't even know where to begin if he wants to achieve what Asura did. He'll have to experiment and toss aside ethics if he wants to get close to that level of power.
