Yeah, looking back I can see what you intended. But yeah, it's a bit confusing, especially since Kaworu ripped out the page of his violent death immediately, so it wouldn't have been out of the question that Asuka would do the same with hers - just that they obviously just commented on that page, so I was almost wondering if that was a left-over alternative for it. :p

So, I don't have time ATM to look for it, but I heard that someone, somewhere, set the Third Impact sequence to "Hey Jude" in an AMV...

For main A&T topic: How badly do you think Misato will take everything? Will it perhaps get to the point where Shinji/Asuka might have to shield Rei/Kaworu with their own bodies, "You'll have to go through me" style? ...And might Misato be so upset that she'll even try to shoot through them anyway just to kill the "Filthy Angels" behind them?

There's a line that's been hinted at that's along the lines of "I guess you'll have to shoot me too, then". Not sure of the context, but this would definitely fit the bill.

I believe this line has been a subject of debate, wonder, and horror since it's been released, which was, if I reckon properly, at least two years ago.

Which was, most likely, Strypgia's goal :D

Isn't this the fic where Asuka wished the school uniforms were seifuku so she could at least pretend she was a magical girl? (Because I know I've read one where that thought runs through her head.)

I get the feeling that it will result in a "He who fights monsters" moment for Misato. The way I see it, she is the one among the cast that is most guilty of that. Depending on your interpretation, Gendo would also fall into that catagory. On another note, another sugestion for future chronicles is GunxSword. The Revenge part of that series would really strike home with Misato.

I forgot to mention this earlier but the protagonist of GunxSword has a bizarre taste in food similar to Misato. Specifically he orders the cheapest dish on the menu, all the condiments the restaurant has and puts all the condiments on his meal. He actually likes such a mess of food. Oh yeah, he also orders a mug of milk to go with his meal.
