Okay, so right now as of this writing, Hug and Protocol Seven are pretty much tied for third place (with 'spar' and 'plan for unsealing' being clear first and second place winners).
No Hug is unlikely to win, but Protocol Seven is quite likely to edge out Hug. I'm not going to retract my support for both options, because I think either is acceptable in principle.
@Okibruez , @WadeSwiftly , if it is your desire to prevent Kakara from hugging Jaffur, and to restrict herself to more restrained gestures, you would be wise to add "Vegetan Protocol Seven" to your votes. "No Hug" will not defeat or cancel out "Hug" at this point barring a completely unexpected landslide, but "Protocol Seven" could very easily edge "Hug" into fourth place and remove it from consideration in the coming update.
