I would object to the 'diplomatic mission' thing, as, I would expect, Oriko herself would, on the grounds that she's expecting to get ganked within the next few days, so letting them out unsupervised is a terrible idea for safety reasons, not just Homu reasons.

Socializing with Oriko is the real problem, though; I would reckon that Kazumi, Sayaka, and Kirika would all get along together swimmingly.

...Random thought: Would Umika's powers help us debug Oriko's precog? Sayaka could probably copy it, as well, except for the whole arson thing making her hate Oriko's guts.

Sending Oriko to play with the cuuutest chirpyperk Meguca (Kazumi is <3, how freaking cheerful was she even with a near full Grief seed?) and friends seems a good way to ease Homura into letting her out, depending on why exactly Oriko thinks she'll be ded and whether she feels safer surrounded by them or semi-ignored by us.

For those with better memory and insight, any reminder of /why/ exactly Kazumi and Mami had some sort of unhappy separation? Like , with Kyouko its pretty straightforward as they disagreed over familiar farming and whether the necessity overrode the risk to others. But Mami seems to act largely the same towards Kazumi, who seems to have noooo idea of any sort of tension and shows no reluctance to a reunion (whereas Kyouko still hints at fondness for Mami, but isn't exactly coming over for lunch). Was it purely that she wanted to leave the nest and find her own city (or not leave her hometown?) , and Mami's abandonment issues?

Aaalll of the fluff and shipping this update. Momdoka feeding Momura, hints with Kazumi and her "we didn't used to be friends" girl, Mami hugs. Considering Kazumi seems to very much ship Sabrina and Mami now, do you think showing her the chibi-pair and having them hug (or both hug her) would make her Blue Screen?
 
Kazumi is adorable and I'm glad we stopped her impending Witching Out. Not much to say from me except I'm glad we got two recruits coming in for the fight against Walmart Night. I think the Pleidies Saints would make splendid additions to the force already, so I hope we get around to recruiting them. Also the idea of them watching over Oriko and Kirika MIGHT work, buuuut I think it's more likely to just make Homura MORE PARANOID because she wouldn't be able to keep them in her sight as easily.

Pretty much; she'd come to Mitakihara to visit her dying grandmother, where Mami saved her from a Witch. In the PMAS timeline, instead of it being a chance passing encounter that inspires Kazumi, Mami actually takes her under her wing as a student. Michiru eventually wants to return to her home in Asunaro, though, where she ends up founding the Pleiades Saints-- it's possible that, due to her bad breakup with Kyouko, Mami was just heartbroken that even such a nice, cheerful, and enthusiastic girl would leave her (What did I do/what is wrong with me etc.)

Pretty much the last several votes innit? Feel like there was some small differences between your two.... looking again seems like it was just minor phrasing differences and I liked yours better.

Do we /really/ need an explicit vote at this point to give Mami hugs when she gets nervous or lonely? xD (Or bored or playful or sleepy or....)

At this point, we just need to vote when we want to fuss over Mami with EXTRA ATTENTION... and when to kiss Mami. ;)
