I am sort of surprised she hasn't been assassinated yet. I do hope that they hold off for 2 more years.
Why isn't Yammar in charge right now? He obviously has way more popular support in Clan Vegeta and would seem to have a better claim. Barra supports her, but she is constantly undermining that support.

Pretty sure she's being set up as the one who's going to light up the pyre that leads the Enemy here, probably from doing something really stupid when she eventually pushes too hard, or just snaps. After all, she hates Saiyan society, and they're rapidly starting to hate her back. That's the kind of thing that leads to someone pulling a "Fuck Everything" button.

ugh, that was good. and i have always found cur-cognition (forget the term) much more useful than post-cognition, and while it is slightly less useful than pre-cognition, it is far more reliable. especially if we can develop it in to combat-precognition or at least a surprise negator.

Because doing that would mean that Dandeer is wrong, and it should be obvious now, she's never wrong.
Not even when she mindrapes her husband, it's obviously Yamma's fault that her husband was an asshole, and it was obviously her husband's fault that Jaffur panicked when he came home one night to learn that his mother murdered his father and put some weirdo in his skinsuit. It's obviously our dad's fault that he refused to allow her to do the same to him without a fight. It's obviously our fault that she put her son in our class where he would be surrounded by a ki mutant and us. It's obviously Maya's fault that her son had to watch his friends nearly die and tap into his sorcerer abilities.
I cannot even fathom the depths of my hatred for that character. She has hit one of my big existentialism buttons hard, and she just kept hammering it.
Actually, we get Convictions back. Hopeful wasn't disabled.

Nope. Practice means training; a sufficiently significant use of Ki Manipulation that stretches your capabilities might count, but this...wasn't a stretch.
This is largely the case; Berra despises Yammar and thinks of him as one of the most evil things in the world. Yammar is aware of this. He has not tried to force the issue, knowing it would almost certainly be a fight.

To be blunt, I'm almost positive she has a "FUCK EVERYTHING" button primed in the event of her death or otherwise neutralization. She's a good enough schemer to know she's rapidly running dry the well of sympathy everyone has for her, and the best way to be left alone is to ensure that your loss guarantees their destruction.
And I'm fairly sure even if everything goes right, she'll just find herself getting offed anyway. Like, she smacks of being the one who Ruins Everything Forever.
The depressing thing is, her intentions are good, they're just warped by so much fear that they wrap around into turning her into a horrible, horrible person.

As terrible as Dandeer is, she deserves mercy, too, at least in my view. It is not right to harm someone for the sake of their own cruelty, particularly when there are other options available.
(Besides, I want to see a rematch between Jaffur and Kakara with her trying to keep him from killing Dandeer.)
That said: Perhaps we should set aside an action to extend an olive branch to Dandeer? She knows we hate her and that's not going to change, but we can at least work to reconcile our philosophies and try to make certain neither party will do anything that everyone regrets, right? That would help avoid the

We would likely lose. We have not really concentrated on warrior skills. Currently we are about on par with him before he was sealed. I suspect Jaffur has improved since then. Also his dice rolls in fights are insane.
We might be able to talk him down however. That we are good at and Jaffur is likely to have some conflicted feelings.

As compared with the existential risk Dandeer could pose if she gets in too much of a tiff, I don't think it compares to the cost of an action. While Kakara is hotheaded, she's recently worked to tone that down a little, and also recently developed the Protector trait -- if she thinks of the risk that Dandeer poses, she is bound to intercede.
