We have 11 Art. We have enough to finish the Grand Palace and do Main Proclaim Glory, plus we still have the regular income from Mysticism overflow.

It's the WORST way to do what you want. We don't have the admin yet to eat another province(which the double main gives us), and enforce boosts cent(which we need to do by roadbuilding). A main Integrate Main Proclaim glory at least would do what you want without risking us tearing apart at the seams.

Yeaaaaaaaah, I am liking the wealth income. It's too bad that we want to immediately form another mercenary company. Expeditionary capability is TOO USEFUL.
 
New trails would be quite useful for the Centralisation increase. If something turns up in a survey, we won't have to face going to Centralisation 2 to activate it.

but it will not get us to golden age this turn we get no Stats form A main Integrate

Marches are fine, the Stallions are only a problem because they've been around and established for so long. We arguably -want- to push another March out further North to shield us from the nomads after we take the Stallions more firmly in hand.

This is enough to certainly finish the Palace this turn, with Symphony. Any bonus actions will go into the planned additions. The Mercenary Company takes no econ to found, so there should be no disruption to the provinces actions. Next turn we can integrate the Stallions with relatively few hiccups and either propagate the march or found a third mercenary company for a legacy bonus, while beginning the census project.

I anticipate that the periphery will take boat actions of their own.

Building roads and boats kinda count as innovation actions. Seems like we're competing with the Trelli for control of the sea without fighting each other. Both the Trelli and the Ymaryn knows that they are interdependent on each other to get into a scuffle too.

It doesn't invalidate any of what I said, it just adds the additional problem of Double Integration possibly not even being a thing we can do, and something that would have unknown consequences.

Ah. Sorry. Initially when you said "found another one" I thought you meant a march, since we were discussing march integration. I understand now, and founding two mercenary companies would admittedly solve the problem. Problem with that is that it would be very expensive to maintain. The plan would also tie up a substantial amount of Main actions.
