...OR if you don't want to risk what seems a likely stability hit that will further delay our megaprojects based on epileptic tree theories you can switch to Crow.

If this costs another couple generations before we get a Library I will be very sad.

If Crow ends up as our god of death and Honorable Death gets boosted, I will say I told you so.

Edit wait what?

Now that the immediate tie is over, I suppose I should elaborate a bit on why Mathulmyn was, and is, my first choice:

Back a long time ago, when we were still a small tribe and we only know of Big Man, we were given the option to pick what sort of bad leader we're going to get and prevent that specific bad trait from cropping up. The vote that won was "Pride" and we thankfully had a dearth of such rulers. But that's not what I am talking about.

What I am talking about was the runner-up vote. Which was "Incompetence" and it is definitely something that crops up. We had a brief bout of madness when it was clear that the Sub-Chiefs decided to only elect martially-inclined and somewhat dim rulers. Even our Heroic leaders weren't immune against this. Hewthyun didn't notice some of the harmful practices that happened during his reign (though he was getting senile in his last years) and Bynwyn's poor knowledge in anything that isn't Mysticism led to a good amount of corruptions and nearly costs us the defense of the nomad raids back then.

But Mathulmyn can change all that. His portofolio is the God of Kings, and more importantly, he has an advisor facet. His (and her) aspects of King, Advisor, and Consort represents Kingship as a whole and that is what I am after. That allows for Kings and leaders to be held more accountable, for them to be tempered by good advice. All this, and subsequently more, can shore up our ongoing incompetence problem.

I don't know how this vote is going to end up, but I do know one thing: The Crow is going to laugh at all of us.

But we wouldn't even have an incompetence problem if people would just follow my orders to the letter!

Mainly in the same way that the Spirit Talkers don't have a incompetence problem currently, but that's besides the point.

Well I picked Crow while liking all of the other three so I don't mind if he loses.
