You know, one interesting aspect of having Crow be the main god of the temple that hasn't been discussed - the Grand Temple is in the Sacred Forest, where Blackbirds are trained. Blackbirds wear Crow masks. There is an obvious synergy there. Could we get better spies? Better policemen? Some of both? In any case I bet it would upgrade the Blackbirds in some way, or have that be an option. Something to think about.

I was implying going with main Crow cause our achievements to be overshadowed by his existence, since Crow have outlived and out-knowledged the entire mytho.
With Goddess, we know she is not on the same tier as Crow, thus making her much more relatable to us and human strength more comparable to her.
The intent was lost in transmission however.

On the other hand, what would the prayers look like towards Crow the Teacher? Would they be as commonly used as the ones towards Crow the Devourer?
Part of the point of enshrining Crow is that he doesn't respond to prayers much. He teaches and you learn if you pay attention. He hints and shows you how the world works. He helps you develop the rituals that you use to influence the world.
He is the god to push our people to want to learn. Our Love of Wisdom cost is because it's hard to train scientists, and Study Stars gives Mysticism because it's inspiring. Crow is an inspiring god, for we can understand him if we try hard enough.
Show me a sign... How will I overcome hardship X? Not exactly rocket science.
I'm pretty sure his aspects will have mostly disappeared and we'll be defining him as a natural phenomenon. Like, he'll be the force or lei lines or something for us.
Why would he lose his tripartite nature? If anything the more complex theology would be more suited to expanding on the aspects.

Considering he started out as a rival chief turned to a heroic spirit, then into a trickster spirit, then into a god of mystery and trickery, then into the people's patron, then into an eldritch creator god, some drift is to be expected to some extent
