I would not be too mad or surprised if you did something like that.
Also, something funny I actually rolled for What the Hell Mike is doing during this time...
And well:
Mike Eisner and the Quest for More Money:
D100 => 100
Expect to see him Break Ranks to do something important.
At least he's still... doing something with it.
But expect him to ask for money once you get back.
So I have the greenlight to make Rocky a Lucasfilms production through Omakes? Poggers. Will definitely do my best to earn the reward through high quality. Hopefully we can aim for a post-Olympics release so Rocky has the prestige of being produced by an Olympic Gold Medalist Boxer.
OMG, I think Mike has singlehandidly had the most nat 100s out of the Quest. Carrie may be the waifu, but Mike Eisner is the Husbando that Magoose Dice simps for, lol.
Considering all the other stellar work he's done with nat 100s, I am perfectly down to giving whatever Mike needs so long as it's legal and doesn't hurt our family and friends.
Btw, has Mike been able to distribute any of our Japanese films while we're on the honeymoon or is that something Bruce will have to tackle when he returns? If not then we should shoot for Godzilla vs Gigan to get some of that Christmas money, and hopefully a Godzilla movie will be enough of a tag for people to finally watch something other than Some Nights.
So what you're saying is... Duel Production?
What's a Duel Production?
I was mainly hoping for Bruce to simply Produce it and let Stallone retain the rights and have greater creative freedom. It would be pretty cool for us to direct Rocky, but the film was perfection and Avildsen did win a Oscar for it, plus we kind of owe it to him to at least let him have Rocky considering we erased Karate Kid from history.
Jaws is going to be his last film with Universal.
He told them that he wants to go on his own, and that he was going to leave in style.
Just so we're clear, Alan Ada's actions with Steve isn't him trying to pluck Steve away from Lucasfilms and Steve is still going to make his next movie with George and the company? Cause in the wedding Steve said that George was giving the budget for his next film but in the prior turn it said Alan was pursuing Steve. I guess he wants Steve for an independent film after?
Prince of Persia is a Fully complete script, with a quality of 90, and can immediately begin production.
POG. Looking forward to Bruce and Lucasfilms dominating the 80s with science fiction, sports and fantasy. Making a Prince of Persia movie in the 80s would be the perfect time period to do so with the Iranian Revolution on everyone's minds and giving people a taste of classic Persia.
"Went to Uncles for the Weekend. Don't leave the house a mess when we get back."
Oh Catherine O'Brian, you know not what you have sown.
[X]Yes
They're married, madly in love, and it's the honeymoon. Absolutely no reason not to have fun and give Carrie what she wants. Happy wife, happy life.
Wait...I thought Eisner wanted 4 movies ready for after Star Wars, we already have The Kung Fu Kid and Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time.
UNless Orion Ultor goes for his reward we would still need two more...well, one if we count Spielberg's own idea that George mentioned would be brought to Lucasfilm.
Well that was in my Omake where Mike stated it and for the most part that was just a vague goal Mike wanted to reach in order to have Lucasfilms be a legitimate contender for Hollywood and not be seen as niche by the general public. I'm sure that he's down for as many productions as we can so long as our finances are in order. Four's a pretty good target in my opinion. One for each season and they don't conflict with each other, when one runs its course the other smashes the box office.
