So... why are people voting for Drakken? Liv can probably get us some helpful work on Genetics, superpowers, and maybe even dinosaurs (due to genetics). Drakken's just a follow-up to Shego's adventures in the Wasteland and a quest that we mostly cared about because of Hego. Am I missing something?
Funny entertainment vs min-maxing.

While I'm fine with either, Drakken finding a mysterious robot in the wasteland could either mean functioning Wall-E tech or something from Tempest, both of which would be nice to know about - he's also the most likely to start spilling classified info because Mirage got him monologuing. And he's just hilarious.

Because we've already peaked Liv's interest.

Given that her sole purpose is to find a cure for what's her name, I'm sure she'll look into us regardless after this meeting and take note that, hey, we're pretty damn awesome at genetics.

Reaching out to her after this shouldn't be difficult regardless. Whereas Drakken? Getting into contact with him after this would be oh so much more difficult.

And I don't know why you're speculating that he's only good for one of two things. We know next to nothing about what he's been up to.

And he's absolutely terrible at filtering himself. Add in that Mirage is an attractive woman who is being nice/polite to him, and well...

I'm not saying Liv's a bad choice, but we know pretty much exactly where that choice is gonna go and it's something that we can otherwise easily do, whereas Drakken is a bit of a wildcard that would otherwise be egregiously difficult to get a hold of.

Just pointing out that "what's her name" is Liv. The "Liv" we're talking to is Di, the clone. At least presumably, we can't always take canon for granted here, but the sightings of mutant monsters in San Fransokyo earlier certainly fits with Di's work.

How old is Janna and Marco, are they college dropouts or something?
As @sunsunsunsunsun said, Janna was in her senior year of high school when Max recruited her. That was in November/December 2015. Right now she would be nineteen or twenty, depending on which month she was born. Marco was in her school year, so he would have a similar age.

Strictly speaking, neither of them are college dropouts. They never went to college in the firstplace.

I mean, Janna's in an apprenticeship. That's Higher education already. Also, Janna's probably in the top 10% of the population in terms of magical knowledge. She don't need no Education. She don't need no Thought Control.

Marco on the other hand dropped out to become a hired mercenary. He's the sort of man fathers warn their daughters about. He's clearly a bad seed. He even goes by a criminal Alias!

Janna will be sure to point this out to him when she thinks it'll be funniest.

Well janna doesn't need college she already landed on her dream job. A dark warlock for the "evil" king.
She still would have a higher education on economics? once we turn the moon europa??? into neo- doofania.
It may not be college, but you could probably consider spellcheck. Or ... you know, taking five seconds before you post to double check.
Who needs higher education when you can have unlimited power instead?
