I thought we were the daughter of the daughter of Madoka and Homura and the daughter of Oriko and Kirika, from a timeline created by Madoka's last wish, sent backward in time to fix what went wrong and bring into fashion the futuristic idea of microwaveable tea and large hats but then her brain collided with a server somewhere in the timestream and now she's crazy.

So, Mado/Homu had Baby A, and Oriko/Kirika had Baby B, and Baby A/Baby B had Sabrina.

That. Explains. Everything.
