Thought that the risk of being able to track down where such a sandwich originated after Dennis managed to figure out the main base ingredients may have some worth once we got Trans-dimensional travel locked down. This is going to sound like sarcasm, but I'd appreciate an explanation.
Why did you all spend a million dollars on a sandwich?
I used Dennis as a supporting character in my campaign when the party went to LA. He later befriended 625 when they accidentally activated the experiment pod they took with them after Blue Hawaii.I'm also not being sarcastic here: Why did you give us minor character Dennis the Duck as a Hero Unit? We probably bought it for the same reason.
Well, now Dennis and 625 bonded over the sandwich, so. The campaign lives on?I used Dennis as a supporting character in my campaign when the party went to LA. He later befriended 625 when they accidentally activated the experiment pod they took with them after Blue Hawaii.
Yep, that's the idea. Though the campaign isn't over, so it lives on anyway.Well, now Dennis and 625 bonded over the sandwich, so. The campaign lives on?
Boy, would I like to be a fly on the wall for that one.Yep, that's the idea. Though the campaign isn't over, so it lives on anyway.
Probably assumed they need to spend that much to get it and over shot. This is going to sound like sarcasm, but I'd appreciate an explanation.

Doof spent way more than that on tinfoil with about the same level of planning as "I dunno, Dennis should be able to do something with it."This is going to sound like sarcasm, but I'd appreciate an explanation.

I mean, the chance to have it be not the only one of its kind was worth money imo. It didn't work out but thems the breaks for dice rolls.I think @weredrago2 was more talking about "why did you pay a lot of money for a friggin sandwich, you people?"
In my case because I thought that we'd be able to examine it and improve the quality of food we offer to our citizens, increasing public opinion and morale. While I expected 625 to eat it eventually, I was hoping we'd be able to inspect it first. This is going to sound like sarcasm, but I'd appreciate an explanation.

All that's really happened is the title of "best" sandwich has re-entered circulation, to be bestowed upon another worthy comestible. We find that, we get another shot at it. Considering they apparently grow (if not on trees), the title has probably found a new bearer. It started as not the only one of its kind, so there's still hope to study another best sandwich eventually.
Not even that. Our sandwich wasn't the singular best sandwich, it was one of the best type of sandwich, like how a goblin dog is the best hot dog or a Whataburger is the best fast food restaurant. All that's really happened is the title of "best" sandwich has re-entered circulation, to
So to take things off the Sandwich track and back onto the vote, but is anyone else slightly nervous about taking the limo.
I mean, yes it was generous of Duke to give it to us, but it could also be a slight message or target on our backs in case we come across anyone else. I mean it is one of his various personal Limos, which would usually be a very easy target for anyone that he has pissed off since it doesn't seem like it carries any weaponry on them or else he would be a little more careful about handing it over to us and because of that fact leaving us slightly more vulnerable to any other random vehicle fights which may just be a thing here. It could also lead others who know of him to think that we are slightly 'favored' by him and make things slightly easier for us if we encounter someone who he is allies with.
So I am fine with getting the Limo, just want to be warry of ever bringing it back to the wastelands is all.
