[X] Mami:
-[X] Involving Kirika's parents.
-[X] Oriko's newly given role.
-[X] Giving O&K limited access to Mitakihara.
-[X] Getting O&K a chaperone.
-[X] Involving Hitomi's parents.

[X] Praise Sayaka before (not-literally!) dropping her at school.

[X] Ask O&K to look after Anri for a couple of hours. Drop them at Oriko's.
-[X] Privately apologize, we need to sort some things out.

[X] Shiogama girls.
-[X] Be empathetic Brina.
-[X] Introductions.
-[X] Cut to voting after first impression.

Please do this.

Also: Is Mami coming with us for the introduction?
It's not very clear.

She said she should go to school, but then said she could stay with us until lunch, then we said she could do that and make a better impression on the Shiogama girls, or go to school if she thought it was important.

She answered 'alright'.

So to summarize:

Sabrina: "You can stay with me or you can go to school, I'm super supportive either way!"

Mami: "Yes."

It's basically the same chance that Homu will accept if we bring it up as a group, but without the social pressure from the others, and allowing to open up a private conversation to bring up her objections.
But she can't bring up her objections over telepathy, because they're sensitive, NO-QB info. And when it comes to touchy subjects, it's more polite to discuss them face-to-face.
.

[X] Ask O&K to look after Anri for a couple of hours. Drop them at Oriko's.
-[X] Privately apologize, we need to sort some things out.
We should start making the calls to arrange for Anri's new wardens, so we can go pick them up after lunch.

But she can't bring up her objections over telepathy, because they're sensitive, NO-QB info. And when it comes to touchy subjects, it's more polite to discuss them face-to-face.
.
It's like you're reading only half of my posts, ignoring the other halves, and figuring that's good enough to pretend you're engaging my arguments.

Hmm. Would Homura even be okay with us trusting O&K to keep an eye on Airi temporarily?
I doubt it, but in the end, it's results that Homu expects from us.

I mean, if there's a better way to deal with things, I'll take it. There's just not many places we can put Anri while we deal with the newcomers.

We can:

- Keep Anri around. Kind of might make a bad impression on Noriko and Akemi.

- Leave Anri with O&K. The fact we'd be imposing more on O&K weight on me more than the fact Homu won't like it, right now.

- Leave her with a Sayaklone. Not a good idea since we haven't Witchbombed Sayaka. Same goes for everybody who's not Witchbombed.

... - Have Homura look after Anri? Somehow... think it's a bad idea... I don't know?

- Lock Anri somewhere... except we don't have cells for meguca.

- Gem Anri for a while. Kind of can't do this after the recent... discussions.

I can't think of what else we could do with Anri. Leaving her with O&K seems fine enough to me, and unles we intend to hide it, we kind of have a more difficult explanation to make to Homura about leaving O&K and Anri alone in one... magically hidden place.

May I attempt solution? They have to ride around in the SUV squad car MOF for part of the day. Get her a sandwich and a soda. Or Homura is our next best option, we switch out tasks.

[eks] Oriko Asks. Stop at Anri's room, Oriko can get her a suitcase.
-[eks] Inspect Aurora
[eks] Let Oriko start to introduce us, be open and somewhat quiet. Do not be at all ambiguous, or weak. No anger yet, even if warranted.
-[eks] Sabrina and Mami are the authority figures, but we don't know what that "means" to Anri.
-[eks] Ask Oriko to ask conversation - moving questions, observe,
--[eks] break for vote

[eks] High Roller. Telepathy Fukushima, exclusive retainer
-[eks] Routine patrols with Kures in outskirts
-[eks] If Homura says "no", patrols check on O&K in mansion, handle routine upkeep.
--[eks] We will need to buy her much more tea, hostess favors.
---[eks] Do you have any idea how much that will cost!!

[eks] Mami, gets a photo of us in her hat, then return hat
-[eks] discuss "welcome speech" for Shiogama girls.
-[eks] get her to school

[eks] Sabrina or Homura - Check Shiogama girls for Witchbomb, countermeasures applied
-[eks] ask Homura timestop tonight
[eks] Short tour leading to...
[eks] Take immigrants to the school roof at lunchtime for Mami indoctrination.

@Onmur , good points rolling in, let me stir them around a bit, here is discussion for other ways to prioritize.

Oriko's father did NOT buy a house near the TRAIN. Is there a wider-scale map anywhere?

Our first day with Anri is a bit haphazard. Lessen the burden, have Oriko converse with her in your presence about brining her personal effects away right now. It will give us some observation time of the two talking. Kirika stays in MOF with us, maybe Mami goes down with Oriko, check items for escape tool / other risks. Otherwise, if she has a few favorite items (and you already know what one will be?) those may help her calm down. Just offering may help, even if she has no belongings. Don't try a conversation without Oriko present yet. Check on Aurora to productively multi-task. This furthers our position as the worthwhile deal for Anri - she can see us messing about with Grief seeds already. If she wants to talk about it, we tell her not yet, there are rules and restrictions to the work.

Hiring Fukushima might take a dozen Seeds? So we should just hire the lot of them, exclusively. That is more like the value of the Clear Seed. @The Phoenixian - If Oriko makes a space for them to billet, we can arrange a rotation between on-deck with Anri, off duty at the former Mikuni mansion. In exchange, we will ask Homura to grant them three patrols a week around outer parts of the city. She sets the routes and schedules, as is only right. That should keep O&K in verified locations and away from Madoka. Expect frequent commuting as the hired girls swap out. It will actually be better, as we will get some interaction time with the girls from out of town, without us traveling. We need relationship points for when things ramp up. If Homura doesn't like this, then our request for Fukushima will be to re-supply the residents, and notify if they leave.

We should make a Homura moment tonight for face-to-face interaction with her. She is our respected peer, and a heck of a significant part of what we are, and what we do. And it has become mutual. Not really any defined place to even consider "how we are handling her." It isn't a superficial relationship.

First thing we must do is have either Homura or ourselves listen to the immigrant's story once, lightly. Enough to understand if they may be Witchbombed already. That, and the standing compartmentalization talk might need to happen before others get in on the welcome wagon. Perhaps Nadia can be tested at the very same time.

@blast flame , Yes, Mami is the lead girl in Mitakihara, if anyone should ask us. We apologize for taking her away to help the neighbors, which went well. We need to have Mami set up her welcome conditions now, so we all understand them. After that, her experience is key. This is exactly where we should watch her do it right, Ojou Power is a thing. Prototyping the points it needs to include... Suspecting that we want them to "expect to behave as if they are subject to all the normal laws, with limited exceptions. Minor property damage (Sabrina, looking at you....), purposeful trespass, heroic deeds, not currently our problem." "All hunting is O.K., but optional. Save normals from Witches. Seeds do not get disposed of, call Sabrina. Cleansing and clearing are free. Hugs are free. Emergency healing is free. Combat with other girls only at athletic matches, ask us more later. Magic use encouraged, once a suitable location is assigned. Expect to become part of our community, not optional. You are the second and third volunteers, but not the last." "Penguin rule: Don't Swim Alone! In this city we want to live with Magical Girls. Don't risk it. Always call for help at the first sign of disturbance."

Promise them contacts and other courtesy to get into school, identities, whatever. Schedule another talk with them later.

OTOH, if we just got Rufus to handle all our new characters, including Anri, it could be most excellent, @Torgamous

Our current logistics will have O&K watching Anri in the MOF for much of the day. What is a better alternative? Homura tags out after Shiogama welcome committee, and hops to Warehouse with them all? They set up, and we come there to ferry O&K away, while our help travels in to get hired? Sabrina and Mami will be sleeping in the warehouse tonight....

Sabrina: *Looks at Anri*

Anri: *Glares at Sabrina*

Sabrina: "..."

Anri: "... Wh-"

Sabrina: "Where do I put you?!"

The accepted answer in light-hearted shoujo to "consorting with a person that I cannot reveal to the public" , While in Said Public Location, involves stuffing them into a full suit mascot costume?

@Torgamous
I think that Sabrina can make metallic objects superior to anything commonly available in short order, when she wants. Nanoscale perception, shipyard crane horsepower. Complexity is the factor that scales her concentration time. She is making jewelry in mid flight, out of line-of-sight. Thermodynamic factors are the only limiting material issue. I think similar to enchanting time, without R&D delays.

Restraint using cages is inferior to proper coercion?

Apply the solutions to the classic "Cannibals and Missionaries" puzzle, if you will?

The accepted answer in light-hearted shoujo to "consorting with a person that I cannot reveal to the public" , While in Said Public Location, involves stuffing them into a full suit mascot costume?

Sabrina could do this with grief. No problem. And it would make Anri easy to track, too, if she tried anything.

So, this plan is a go. We disguise Anri as a giant Pikachu, inside a comfortable but sound-proof costume, while meeting the new hires.

If they ask, we emphasize that we have no idea who the Pikachu is, but it's certainly not a magical girl who we are imprisoning against her will.

[X] Praise Sayaka before (not-literally!) dropping her at school.
That gives me a really weird plot bunny.

Sayaka 1: *crashes through roof of classroom*
Sayaka 1: *in Austrian accent* Where is Miki Sayaka?
Sayaka 2: *sitting at desk* Damn. They found me. I don't know how, but they found me.
Sayaka 1: *still Austrian* You. You must die. *tackles Sayaka 2 through window*
Everyone: *goes to look out window*
Schoolyard: *conspicuously empty*
Sayaka 1: *walks into classroom*
Sayaka 1: *Austrian* She has been— *switches back to Tokyo accent* I mean, uh, sorry about that. Don't know what that was about.

That's obviously the most efficient way for her to switch with her clone.

So I figured this was due an update.

Major changes are the additions of Sayaka's copied powers, Mami's Ribbon Wings, Sabrina's and Mami's Ribbon Grid, and then there's some minor changes/additions in the comments.

I tried to not touch anything that was done in collaboration with other posters, and actually, if anyone wants to pitch again on this thing, they'll be welcome to. I'm kind of asleep here, so not exactly the essence of wit. :p

"I don't need to hear your justifications."

Sound kind of bitchy?
A little.

"What will it take to let me see the least amount of you?"

That's even worse.

"I am certain that you feel that whatever you have is very important."

Cool?

"Now leave me alone and stop telling me what to do."

That just sounds unflattering.
The first one works.
The 'kind of bitchy' one?
Use your judgement.
Hey, is she really this bad?
Nah, she just gets like this around Sabrina.
And around anybody she thinks is one of Sabrina's 'cronies'.
So, any of her friends.
... So, yes, she's pretty bad.
Remind me to not ask you to defend me, ever.
Physical: Sky blue eyes, curly black hair.

Forgot the stick up her ass.
Wait for it.

Voice: A warm contralto.

Magical Girl costume: A modestly cut evening gown that bares the shoulders, sky blue in colour, like her eyes. Elegant high heels.

Nothing wrong here.
Sounds more like 'everything wrong' here.
How so?
's like she wants to be a pretty princess, or something.
Even Sayaka's got more sense than that.
Hey!
An ornate, shimmering glassy staff. A ranged weapon, it activates by gathering sparks at its tip, before releasing bursts of light.

Tragic Disney Princess to the rescue! Woo!
I want to punch something.

Don't look at me.
LOOK ANYWHERE BUT AT ME.
brb
??? [Cosmetic magic?]: Allows every action done by Ono Megane to look prim and proper. Even frantic, fearful movements become elegant and contemptuous. Lowers her life expectancy due to its seemingly permanent nature.

Now that's hilariously harsh!
Just writing it as I see it.
Schrönödinger: Due to her ego being apparently as strong as glass, Ono Megane exists both as a Magical Girl and as a Witch, unless observed.

Sounds about right.
Everything I'm reading about this girl makes me wanna punch her in the face.
Seriously, how bad can one girl be?

I've taken to using 'Onos' as a measure of suicidal stupidity.
True story.

Really?
... In my head.
But your head is a weird place.
Et tu, Kirika?

Oh-No-plomacy: Beyond other special brands of diplomacy which tend to backfire (Kyouplomacy, Homuplomacy), this one specifically aims to hurt oneself and others, achieving even more disastrous results than previously thought possible, and doing this purposefully instead of accidentally.

Har har.
...
Respect.
No last name?
I do without.
I've been waiting years for this.

Years, Sabrina?
I mean, that's what it feels like.

"I'm here to help."

That's very you.
Not really iconic, though.
But it's got the benefit that it'd still fit if I turned evil!
You're not going to turn evil.

"Hammer time!"

I don't think you've ever said that.

"I will do SCIENCE! to it!"

Same.
Wait until I get that science session with Niko...

"MECHA GURREN ZILLA LAGANN!"

No inside jokes.

Well, I've got nothing.
That works.
...

"Well, I've got nothing."

Meta.

"See that old car over there? I'm gonna do a magic trick and make it vanish."

Expert Magician here.
That pun was bad and you should feel bad.
: (
; )
Go hug your Ojou and think of what you did.

Well, fine...
Physical: Deep blue eyes, high cheekbones, shoulder length white hair. Tall.

Currently wearing a black ring and a yellow bracelet!
A Ribbon bracelet.
... I'm jealous.

Voice: ?

I don't think I ever heard a recording of my own voice?
Let me get my phone.

Magical Girl costume: Grey matching shirt and pants, under a long, deep blue longcoat.

Pants. Take that, Magical Girl cliches!
... Are pants that weird?
Yes.
It was... surprising.
I've got shorts!
Pants buddies!
A medieval hammer.

A sensible hammer. Not those fantasy "rock on giant stick" things.
Really fits you, too.
Yeah!
I want to be offended, but I can't.

Grief Wings: Allow Sabrina to move in any direction at will. Can be flapped for quick bursts of movement. The Wings are tough enough to use as shields, and their edges extremely sharp.

The first time you flew with those was hilarious.
... Thanks.
Oh, boy.
Keep it short.
Easier said than done.

Grief manipulation: The Wished-for power, active within 100m of the self. Grief is the domain of Witches, which forms their bodies, Barriers, familiars. As such, this super versatile ability can create almost anything. As a downside, meguca instincts are tuned to detect Grief in order to fight Witches, so this ability sees limited use.

It's really cool.
It is. I.e.:

Privacy Sphere: A witchy field from which no information can leave. From outside, a perfectly round, absolutely still, black sphere. Its inside, perfect for talking about deep secrets, negotiating deals better not heard by Kyuubey, sharing juicy gossip, and making funny faces at the people standing outside.

Don't think I don't know, Kirika.
Aw. I thought the privacy field affected you, too.
It does.
Wait, how did you know, then?
You just told me.
...

Physics? What physics?: Grief formations will completely ignore gravity and inertia unless desired, allowing for (among other things) easy flight in any direction, levitation, and incredible acceleration, both for personal use and collective use (within proximity).

It's really fun!
I really want to try this.
It is rather convenient.
Like a magic carpet ride...
Ooh! Yuma wants to go on a magic carpet ride!
...well, if Yuma's going...

Dissoluzione Bianca: Takes hold of the target Witch's physical components, and tears it apart.

Will it work against Walpurgisnacht?
Hasn't failed me yet.

Unlimited Grief Works: The same power over Grief that Witches possess, but with a sane and human mind to control it. As such, not only is the creation of a Barrier possible, manually giving form to the entirety of the world within is possible as well, limited only by imagination. Doing so leaves the creator in an unresponsive state for minutes on end, however. Development and use currently on hold due to outside interference...

Stupid Feathers.
I'm not complaining.
Me neither.
I think it sounds kinda cool?

Walking (Unlimited) Grief Seed: Grief Seeds are useless when Sabrina's around, as she'll happily draw Grief from any Soul Gem, leaving them sparkling clean.

This is more what I had in mind when I made my Wish.
You really are a Mother Teresa type, aren't you?
I think it's beautiful.
Its utility is impressive.

Aggressive Witch Hatching:

Sabrina no.

Grief awareness: Can feel the presence of Grief in a 200m radius, including that of megucas, Witches, and potentials.

Prima Luce: A single, consistent, invisible beam of coherent light, so intense it doesn't only burn everything in its path, it casually makes collateral damage out of of anyone standing close to it.

An actual laser. A laser laser.
Not a 'magical beam laser', but a real, physics laser.

I think somebody's happy about lasers.
Of course I'm happy about lasers. It's lasers.
The collateral sucks, though.
Yes, but lasers.
Mami, if you're there, please reboot Sabrina. She's got stuck thinking about lasers.
Aw, but she looks so happy...
You just don't understand lasers. What's better than lasers?
You not having lasers back when we fought.
That would've been unpleasant.
I'm lead to understand it was extremely unpleasant.
That's a heavy understatement.
Don't lose your head over it.
That day did kind of cost them an arm and a leg.
And it all happened in the blink of an eye.
...
........
High five Mami!
High five Homura!

... Homura, I have to inform you Sabrina's sitting still with her hand raised waiting on thin air.
I knew I could count on you, Homura.
Wait what just happened.
High fives happened.
Did you just walk all the way
Screw this, I'm out.

Cannone di Picchio: It's Brilliance! It's Doom! It's the Magnificent Woodpecker Cannon!

Two Tiro Finale a second.
Witch, please.

This thing's amazing.
Impressive.
Blatantly overpowered.
And so incredibly unfair.
Nothing's unfair against Witches.
Hey, I'm glad we're on the same side.
Yesssssss...

Ribbon Grid: Thanks to Mami's amazing abilities, Sabrina is capable of extending her Grief Sense in an area large enough to cover half a city. This way, they can track any sort of magic very quickly.

This file really needed more paragraphs tacked on.
Never let it be said Sabrina doesn't have skills.
Not that she always uses the right ones.
...
Did that just happen?
Mami, prepare the Ribbon Grid.
On it!
Homura, fair warning. Mami and I are gonna find you, track you down, and hug you.
Timestop is cheating.
... You'll never catch me.
Is it wrong I feel as if I should take note of this?
I'm taking note of this.
I'm not doing this one.
Come on!
Well, OK.

Metaknowledge: Information about a wide variety of topics, including the secrets of the meguca system and a seemingly random collection of data, secrets, and histories on some currently active meguca, as well as a few uninvolved people.

That's how you knew to make such an awesome Wish.
Still saying amnesia doesn't work like this, lady.
Wait, you knew about me?

... Yes.
What about me?
And me?
You knew about Yuma?
You really knew about all of us from the start.
Knock it off, everyone.

Rapid internal clock: Allows for extremely rapid planning at random intervals, with prospective courses of action considered from almost every angle effectively instantaneously, at times. Downsides include impatience to the point of having difficulties holding conversations for extended periods of time; rushing to plan and implement long courses of action without stopping to consider new information; difficulty remembering the current time of the day and date; a distorted sense of time (most often manifesting as a grossly dilated sense of time, especially over the course of days); sudden bursts of extremely random thoughts and images at random (or inappropriate) times.

So, yeah.
That's how you look so sure of things all the time?
This totally makes sense.
This explains so much.
...I see.

Memoirs for memory: Can remember absolutely everything that has been experienced in the past. Downside? Recalling any specific memory can be tedious enough to fail miserably.

That amnesia thing sure sounds weirder and weirder.
How precise is this?
Sounds cool.

Odd Slang: Meguca, lich

This doesn't count.
It totally does.
Not really.

Outside Context Problem: Capacity to act outside of Fate, becoming unpredictable.

You're not a problem, Sabrina.

Omniglot: Proficiency with English, German, Estonian, Russian, Finnish, Japanese, Swedish, Spanish, French, Chinese, Greek (rusty Homeric and Attic), Lebonese, Korean, Latin, Italian, Esperanto, Portuguese, Singlish, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, Thai, Afrikaans, Turkish, Polish, Drow, Klingon, Sindarin, Quenya, Czech, Tagalog, Bahasa Melayu, Python, PHP, C++, Go, Javascript, Rust, Brainfuck, Whitespace, Norwegian, C#, Java, Vietnamese, C, AMPL, MATLAB, ARM Assembly, Homurese. More to come, eventually.

The fuck?
You're effectively a foreigner no matter where you go.
This is pretty awesome actually.
Wait.

Hmmm?
lol
Heh
srs?
srs
(They're speaking in 'Braindamaged'.)
...
Yep!
?
Because it's cool.
...
Gotcha, hom. Seven sounds fine?
OK.
(Oh my god.)

Assorted skills and knowledge.

Else we're gonna be here forever.
Is that hubris I'm reading?
It's not hubris if it works.
... Maybe a little.
You're fine, Sabrina.
"Protect the one thing you want to protect until the very end."

Did I ever say that? Sounds alright.

"Stories where love and courage win in the end always turn out like that, you know? When I think about it, I became a magical girl because I always loved those stories."

What the hell, lady!
Keep this one.
Physical: Long, pale red hair tied in a high ponytail by a black ribbon. Red eyes.

Voice: Pleasant, if a little raucous.

More like rough, and talks like an old lady.
Sod off.
Yeah Sayaka, I'm not including speech patterns in this.
...
Don't mind them. They're just having fun.

Magical Girl costume: A dark red dress resembling a cassock, with white ruffles. White arm sleeves with black cuffs. A pink skirt and black tights. Tall red boots.
Modular Spear: A spear colored in gold, silver and red. It can extend and shrink, and separate into multiple chain links.

It also looks like a cobra when you do that.
Or a scorpion.
Ugh. Twisting weapons are pain.
I see your training is going well.
You two are gonna be the end of me.
Illusion: Ability to entice or confuse other people.

Rosso Fantasma: Creates several copies of the user, in order to attack, or confuse the enemy.

Do you have to?
Sabrina...
Sorry.

Bead chain wall: Kyouko can summon these to create protective barriers around herself and others, and she can also manipulate them after creating them. Like her spear, these are very flexible, allowing her to use them both offensively and defensively.

Always thought these looked cool.
They are rather strong, too.
And a pain in the ass. Almost as annoying as somebody else's 'stretchy limbs'.
Big Eater: Ability to always be eating something. Can consume large amounts of food in little time.

Don't make me sound like a glutton.
Can confirm.
Aye.
Yup.
Yes.
It's true.
Not you too...

Kyouplomacy: Brutally honest, deals with people by way of direct confrontation, usually in the rudest way possible, casually insulting them as a matter of fact. Supposedly, this is an attempt at getting people to be truthful and square. It's usually harmful for everyone involved.

Well, fuck you too!
At least I don't plot behind your back while taking you out for lunch.

Case in point.
Beat me to it.
"Indeed."

... It doesn't work in writing, I guess.
What doesn't work?
She can make it sound sooo infuriatingly smug, you know?
Indeed.
Gah!

"It is human emotion that created the gods... and created the demons. It created everything."

I'm not surprised.

"It's so cold."

When was this?
Sorry I brought this up.

"Kirika!"

That's me!
I think the 'quote' should be something specific to the 'meguca'.
But Kirika is the best part of Oriko.
Oriko is the best part of Oriko.

"I see the future, not the past."

It bears repeating, but no.

"I am not omniscient."

None of us can see everything.
Physical: Ash blonde hair. Green eyes. Ojou-sama levels at maximum.

I thought you were keeping jokes out of this part.
Jokes?

Voice: Quiet and refined.

Magical Girl costume: A floaty white dress, in resemblance of a wedding gown, with a light blue skirt underneath. A rather impressive hat with a cross painted on it.

Don't spoil it.
The hat?
The hat.
Vine patterned white spheres, controlled telekinetically.

For now.
What do you have in mind?
It's more about what you have in mind.
Are you trying to out-cryptic Oriko?
Future Sight: Ability to see the future before it happens. It works by following threads of visions, with random starting points, and varying levels of difficulty in following each one. The near future is easier to predict than the far away future, as is common.

All the fucking legends coming to life, alright.
My Oriko doesn't need powers to be legendary.
Kind of disappointed I didn't get to see this magic in action.
I'd like to reassert my Oriko doesn't need powers to be the best.
It pains me to say this, physically pains me, but that's admirable about you.
Good riddance, though.
Homura!
Bah, I can't believe I'm speaking up for these two.

Be nice, you two. Also...

Oriplomacy: A magnificent ability, outstanding skill, beyond any other! A magic that defies logic, astounds reason, damages the brains of all who try to understand it! All but one, the one girl with the gift, the most amazing power to talk sense into people's heads!

OK. What the fuck?
No, no, this is a truly rare skill.
You're pulling my hair.
No, it's true. If there's something I've learned recently, it's that us Magical Girls are bad at communicating.
Mami, not to be tautologic, but you're Tomoe Mami.
I know, and I'm terrible at this. How many Kouhais did I scare away?
...
When I met Sabrina, I was amazed… she managed to make us all work together, and that made me realize I honestly suck at this.
Aww, Mami. You're amazing!
Then once we made peace and started working with Oriko, I realized Sabrina sucks at this.
Sick
Mami, you're kind of supporting my point, but...
Burn
...
Hugs.
Yay.
Tea Brewing: An ability refined to the point of excellence.

It's respectable.
She keeps giving me green tea.

Orikitis: A very strong form of Hard Women Making Hard Decisions. Specifically, a serious case of Pride, mixed with Self-Sacrifice and a strong sense of Fatalism.

And I'm afraid... there's no cure.
There is.
Homura no.
Homura yes.
OK, cut it out.
Why do you defend her?
Just cut it out, OK?
Why?
Ug... Sayaka no.
'Oriko-itis' doesn't need curing.
Apply Kirika to the affected area.

Diplomacy: Capable of expressing or suppressing emotions, choosing what image to present of herself in a refined manner.

Unfortunately, she likes to go for the 'Arrogant and Presumptuous' image.
Oriko's really nice.
It's nice to have people with some sort of social skills on the team.
Updated! Scroll up!
I'm sorry, everyone. I tried to stop her.
Lies.

Dancing, sewing, bomb making, and other ladylike skills.

Shouldn't 'Tea Brewing' be in here?
Could learn to use a duster at some point, 'lady'.
Oriko can do a lot of things!
... Really, guys?
It is kind of dusty...
"Walpurgisnacht is coming."

It would look great in a flag.

"I waited for this moment."

?
I am also curious. What did you see?
Nevermind.

"One moment."

That's all it takes.
For her to intrude into your home.
If I have to.

"Don't make me regret this."

Remind me to not piss you off.
Might be a little late for that.

"That won't be necessary."

Not the same as shouldn't be done!
Who's ahead, anyways? I lost count, I should make a tally.

That won't be necessary.

"I swear."

She does look like someone who won't break her promises.
Are you kidding? She looks like she'll stalk you to the end of the world if you piss her off.
Homura-chan's very reliable.
And that's cool.
Can I keep this one?
No fair! Why does she get to pick her quote? Not even you did, and you're writing this thing.
Physical: Thin, with long, straight black hair and violet eyes.

Too thin! I'll keep inviting you for dinner as long as necessary!
... Cream stew?
Sure.
Nepotism! I cry nepotism!
I'll forward your complain to Empress Mami, The Golden.

Voice: Soft and gentle.

What.
Homura actually has a lovely voice.

Magical Girl costume: A modestly elegant white uniform with grey skirt, mantle, and ribbons, one on the front and one on the back. Black tights with diamond patterns, and high heels.

Any reason you decided to use your school uniform as a Magical costume?
It looks fine?
It does.
It's kind of a 'no-nonsense' outfit... it fits.
Shield: A magical piece that serves as unlimited storage space, preserving stored objects in the same state as when they were placed inside. Its main function is to stop time, allowing Homura to act while everybody and everything else remains still.

It also doubles as a shield.
I think that should be specified in the description.
But it is! It says right at the start: 'Shield'.
Magic Shot: A weak attack, manifesting as a bolt of light that is shot at an enemy in a straight line.

I've tried this. It's damn expensive on the Soul Gem.
You need to focus more on the 'Shot' part, and less on the 'Magic' part.

Magic Blast: Useful for dispersing mist and smoke.

Air Step: Aside from the mid air maneuvering abilities common to megucas, Homura can create magical platforms that float, allowing her to always have solid ground under her feet.

Teach me?
You have wings?
Teach me anyways?
I could teach you?
The kouhai becomes the senpai?
Why are you doing this?
It's fun?
That's enough of that?
That's enough of that.
Aw...
Perseverance: Homura's iconic trait. Don't expect her to give up on something once she's decided it's important, or you'll be waiting forever.

You make her sound like a Terminator.
That's not entirely inaccurate.

Hair Flip: An austere, decisive movement of her hand, and her hair becomes a glorious midnight black banner of hypnotic strands rippling outwards, an spectacular sight that takes away the breath of those who behold it. Its perfection is such that it can't be negated; even while holding something in the Hair Flipping Hand, the action will complete without fail, the raven black strands impossibly avoiding snagging on any obstacle.

Didn't know you liked hair so much. Going a little overboard?
It is rather impressive.
Hm.
It's just hair.
Homura! Stay there, I'll pick you up. Kyouko needs to see this.

Homura Gaze

Sabrina.

Sleeping Beauty

Sabrina no.

Homuplomacy: Once burned, twice shy, taken up to eleven, except the shyness was also burned, leaving a careful reticence in its place. Despite this, Homura still tries to reach out to those who need help, but a half-hearted effort is doomed to fail.

Don't worry Homura, I've got your back.
...
I've got both your backs.
"My ojou's better than yours."

She is.

"You hurt Oriko."

If you hear this, you usually want to run the other way.
You didn't.
Sabrina's not the brightest bulb in the box.
This coming from...
And what's that supposed to mean?
Sabrina's too nice, sometimes.

"I could take her."

Dangerous words, indeed. Thankfully, our opponents can't control bugs.
What?
I second that what.
Thirded.
Fourthed?
... You're better off not knowing.
Now I really want to know.

"Are you sure, Oriko?"

Yes.
OK, then.
I don't know what I was expecting

"Confessions are scaaaaaary! Do you need help?"

Somehow, I think she could offer help confessing to her worst enemy.
Homura, then? God knows she'd need it with her... personality.
Confessions are scary no matter what kind of personality you have.
Do you need help?

"Kinda funny. I hit the Witch, and then it goes 'oh nooooo I'm meeeeelllltiiiing' and then splat."

You can be a little creepy, you know?"
A little?
Sorry Kirika. That was adorable, by the way.

There's some things I'm never going to understand about you, Sabrina.
I understand.
Ohhh... burn.

"Yeah, we'll help. Help for what?"

And this is how Kirika entered the World Saving business. For the second time.
You'd think she'd learn to not jump in without asking by now.
Eh, Kirika didn't regret her wish at all.
If Oriko's in, I'm in.

"Love is an infinity of limitations. And it's worth it. Every single one of them."

"Be patient."

Might actually be the best advice I've ever got.
I've told you you shouldn't rush things.
Sorry Mami, this one just stuck more.
Physical: Citrine eyes, short black hair. Short. Usually smiling happily or snarling menacingly.

Don't make me sound like a dog.
Am I wrong?
Yes.
Maybe.
Kind of?

Voice: Bubbly and cheerful.

Unless she gets maaaaad.
No kidding.
You won't like me when I'm mad!
I do.

Magical Girl costume: A black jacket with coattails, white cuffs over her hands, a red tie and a little apron. A black pair of shorts under a black short skirt. Long white socks and black boots. Her right eye is covered by an eyepatch.

Eyepatch.
Hm?
Later.
Hook Claws, giant claws long enough to touch the floor.

Top tier skills with those, too.
Ah, but you beat me like it was nothing.
Rematch?
Sure!
No.
Aw... Please?
I think it's fine.
Fine.
Yay!
Just be careful.
Anti-Magic Pulse: Cancels all chosen magic it touches. Can also be used to kill Witches, as their bodies are held together by magic.

It's really annoying.
It feels weird.
It's very strong.
It's bullshit.
It's what Oriko needs of me.
God, I swear...

Anti-Magic Enchantment: Kirika can infuse her magic into an item, granting it the property of cancelling any magic it comes in contact with.

I'll have a thousand of these, please.
Uh… for real?
No, silly.
Well, maybe.
Kind of?
Eyepatch Vision: The coolness factor of her eyepatch overrides any silly mundane concerns regarding depth perception.

Is that weird?
Of course you don't even know.
Is this another thing?

Ojou Madness: The Ojou always comes first. Kirika will endure any amount of hardships for the sake of her Ojou.

So, no actual skills to put in here?
Are you nuts? Do you have any idea how strong this makes Kirika?
It just means she cares a lot, right?
Have you met Kirika?
She's very devoted.
Devotion makes people strong.
What is this, pick on Sayaka day?
She really is mad.
I'm not.
You're perfect as you are.
"Every special attack needs a name! Even if it's not a very special attack."

So this is where Dissoluzione Bianca comes from?
Yeah, Mami named it, of course.
So she got you, too.
How come I don't have one yet?
Hey! It's damn cool!

Kyouko, we need to keep up our spirits, somehow.
Sayaka, we'll get you a special attack name soon enough.
Still silly as hell, though.

"I dub thee white knight Sabrina, friend to all she meets."

Just a PSA, I'm a knight.
That's so cheesy.
Jealous?
I'm not doing that well on the 'friend to all she meets' part, though.

Are you kidding?
You should look around yourself, some time.

"I'm glad you're here."

So you did hear that.
How could I not?

"He's a boy, as expected."

Wait, what?
I don't remember this.
We were talking about Sayaka.
Sayaka's a boy?
I'm not.
Talking about Sayaka's what?
Her special friend.
Ohhhhh... Sayaka, have you told him yet?

"Oh, Sabrina. That's very... you."

Thanks for putting up with me, Mami.
You shouldn't be thanking me.

"Sometimes, people make up their minds, and they won't listen to reason."

And what do you do, then?
You knock some heads.
If people don't understand...
You wait it out as long as you can. Then violence.
If people don't behave, you have to stop them, right?
Sometimes, you can't let people do what they want.
... I guess that is how it went.
Seems to work pretty well for you.
I just wish there was a better way.
Oh, Sabrina...

"You're overwhelming them."

Oh? What were you doing?
... Talking.
You don't do subtle, do you?
I don't know where would I be without Mami.
Rooming with me.
Oh god, the social blackhole.

"The ribbons will dissolve in about half an hour after we leave."

Spider-Mami, Spider-Mami,
Spins a ribbon, any size,
Catch megucas, just like flies,
Look out. Here comes the Spider-Mami.

"Welcome to Mitakihara."

You'll do great, Mami.
This might actually work.
Physical: Warm honey coloured eyes, golden hair done in Ojou ringlets. Beautiful.

Good.
You know what they look like, more than ringlets?
Her hair is the hair that'll pierce the heavens!
Thanks for the compliment.

Voice: Sweet and warm, with a hint of steel at the back.

I think you have it backwards.
Whatever do you mean?
A very strong voice, certainly. Steely, even.
You'll have to excuse my steel, as we've only met while I was dealing with undesirables.
I hope we can meet under better circumstances.

It's not me who hasn't made the effort. You are invited to drop for tea, of course.
I accept. I pray your hand won't shake next time you hold the kettle.
I admit 'Sweet' does fit your tongue. Like honey.
You would know best.
I have left no lie unturned.
Didn't like the shoes?
Please, stop. I'll change the wording.
It's perfectly fine as it is.

Magical Girl costume: A white top with detached puffy sleeves, a small brown corset and a beige skirt with black tips. An amazing looking beret with a bit of white fur attached. All in all, very elegant.

You flatter me, Sabrina. If you go on, you'll make me think you only want me for my looks!
Careful with her. She's a heartbreaker.
Don't play with words like that! Sabrina wouldn't do that.
Mami, you know that's not true.
Sayaka, Kirika, not the place.
Neither comment is true, I mean.

I had to explain things to my dad.
We're not doing this.
We are so doing this.
You know where to find me.
Not missing this for the world.
Ribbon: These yellow ribbons can be created and manipulated with extreme dexterity. In ones and twos they serve as extra limbs that can be extended without limit, and they can also be used in high quantities for area denial and trapping.

Not all that strong on the offensive.
Suuure they aren't.
Offensive skills are not the be all and end all of combat.
Still very important.
Mami can be scary with her ribbons.
Newbie successfully broken in. Good job, Mami.
Unlimited Musket Works: Ability to create flintstock muskets that can be shot once. However, these can be created at high speeds and in great numbers which, combined with Mami's skill, allows her the same rate of fire as that of modern, automatic firearms. Were this not enough, these muskets can be summoned in extreme quantities, controlled remotely, and aimed and shot at will.

You haven't seen grace in destruction until you've witnessed this.
The 'unlimited' name fits this skill a lot better than mine. Maybe I should change mine.

Don't.
It fits better this way.

Tiro Finale: One shot. The end. The realization of sufficient power; those who have survived it, dearly wished they hadn't.

That Moe girl can attest to this.
I thought there was something strange about her.
'Something strange'. She flinched every time Mami spoke.
Or looked at her.
Or moved. It was hilarious.
I'm not that bad, am I?
Not bad at all. Badass.

Defensive Barrier: Ability to create defenses over an area of space. These defenses can impede intrusion, harm or repel enemies. Perfect against familiars.

Cannone di Picchio: The Ultimate Fusion of Mechanical Efficiency and Sheer Firepower. This beauty guarantees a dead Witch, a hundred and ten percent.

Together, we can reach higher heights.
You mean you can blow shit up harder.
I repeat: Incredibly unfair.
Jealous?
Hell yes! Combo attacks? Overpowered destructive power?
Makes a girl feel inadequate.

I'm sure you can figure out something, Sayaka.
We'll help! Doing a combination attack feels fantastic.

You were always into that sort of thing.
Can we have a combination attack?
Uh...
.......
............
................
Yes?
Yay!
Great. Now I've got to think of something.
Look what you did, Mami.

I'm halpin?
God, Brina's such a bad influence on you.

Ribbon Grid: Mami uses her amazing ability to conduct magic through her Ribbons over an extremely large area, allowing Sabrina to extend her magical senses over half a city's worth of space.

Half a city?!
Yep, sounds like good old overpowered Mami alright.
That is impressive.
Would have ruined all our plans back then, eh?
Absolutely destroy them.
Take it as an incentive.
Homura...

Ribbon Wings: Mami employs her outstanding intellect to command her Ribbons to form a large pair of wings, capable of gliding.

It's a work in progress!
They're not that great...
Yet! In comparison to everything else you do, Mami
You've barely looked at my wings a few minutes and managed to do this.
That's amazing. You're amazing.

I think we all get it, Brina.
Shhhh!
Thanks, Sabrina. I'll… perfect these, so we can fly together soon.
Yessssss
Grace: Her radiant demeanor allows her to bring peace and harmony even to the harshest, tensest situations. Otherwise, she simply makes everybody around her feel better with her mere presence.

Mami makes everything better.
It's amazing what she can do with a few words.
Can't deny.
She's that kind of 'senpai', I guess.
Just don't make her angry.
She's quick to forget grace then.
Not at all.

Battlefield Insight: Her carefully honed instincts have grown to the point where they edge on precognition. Mami might disregard obstacles to sight and hearing while still shooting with pinpoint accuracy.

That shot was amazing.
Thank you.
The fangirling's strong in this one.
It's not fangirling if it's official.
We're just friends.
Pfft. Yeah, right.
'Beautiful', 'sweet and warm', amazing', 'elegant', 'radiant'...
I could go on. The things she says when she visits...
Kyouko.
What does she say?
Can't tell. Yuma can read this thing.
You're making this up.
You should be honest with your feelings, Sabrina!
I think she's being pretty honest here.
'Radiant'? Seriously? I'm surprised you're not swooning yet.

You're not, right?
Give it a rest.
Status update: Totally dating the most amazing girl in the world!
Liar. I'm dating the most amazing girl in the world.
Excuse me, I'm choking on the diabetes.
Congratulations!
You wrote all the names backwards.
I guess.
Can you...?
Done.
It's weird it took so long for anybody to complain.

"You have no right!"

It does sound like something she'd say.
Someone has to stand up for what's right.

"That's so moe it makes me sick!"

I knew it. Nobody can be so nice.
I am nice!
Don't make me sound like some sort of moe hater!

Hey, only verbatim quotes here.
... Really?

"How are you so cheerful. How."

You're doing this on purpose.
Don't know what you're talking about.
You're the one that's got a problem with moe and cheerfulness.

To be honest, I can't blame her if she was talking with you.
Hey! I'm just the right amount of cheerful.
Yeah, most of the time!
Sabrina's just too much some times, right?
She's fine... clingy.
What? You too, Homura?
When she's right, she's right.
I'm not too cheerful...
Right, Mami?

She is. Right, Mami?
May I politely decline the question?
... You may.
Ha! In your face!

"There's no way I'll ever regret this!"

If that ain't tempting fate...
Ha! I'm sure I've never said this!
What? Really?
It does sound like Sayaka.
You're all just too pessimistic! Everything's gonna work out in the end!
Hell, yeah!
You two shouldn't be allowed together.

"How bad could it be?"

OK, this one is verbatim.
She's not allowed to not taunt Murphy.
She's not allowed to not taunt common sense.
A little optimism can't be that bad, right?
You say a little...
I say you suck. I'll show you how to be a real Magical Girl.

"What's that supposed to mean?!"

Not the brightest bulb in the box, ladies!
Har, har.

"I'm so stupid."

I'm gonna have words with Madoka.
... You're not wrong.
Transfer Student...
You're impossible, Sayaka. One time she agrees with you...
Not like she can help it.
Not the brightest bulb in the box?
Even Yuma's making fun of me.
We're gonna have words, Sabrina.
Or maybe you're gonna have... swords?
High five!
Yeah!
... You know, we just might.

"That's so cool."

Everything's cool for the blueberry.
My cakes are cool.
Flying is cool.
Swords are cool.
Spears are cool.
Cool is cool.
Enough. Not everything is cool.
Perish the thought.

"I can't help but sympathize."

What's this about?
Nothing, nothing.

"I asked for this, didn't I?"

This fits so well.
She does have an habit of creating her own problems, doesn't she?
... Like a hero.

"The girls are more interesting, anyway. Could just pair them up."

Was there something wrong with this?
Bright. Bulb. Box.
You're just messing with me.
Are you real?
Not you too. Am I supposed to notice something?
Oh my Lord. I can see it and I live a whole city away.
Yuma thinks she can see it, too.
...
Don't worry, we'll get you the help you need.

"Henshin!"

Let me live it down.
But it was so... cool.
Wait, this was for real?
Ver. Ba. Tim.
...

"Nononono! She's just a friend!"

Poor Sayaka, can't avoid attracting ALL the girls.
Not this again. The last beating wasn't enough for you?
Bring it, blueberry.
Kyouko says we'll be right there.

"You two are disgustingly cute."

Are we still doing this?
Do you still hate all things cheerful, cute, and moe?
...
Yes Sabrina. I hate everything cute.

I knew it!
I despise cheerful people.
That's terrible.
I hate hugs, too.
Now that's taking too far.
Cuddles and kisses are the worst.
Thing.
Ever.
And so is everything moe.
And happy.

OK, OK, I'll stop. Promise.
Peace?

Peace.
Physical: Aquamarine blue eyes, matching hair cut medium-short, decorated with a golden Fortissimo-shaped pin.

Voice: Ringing, loud and clear; generally upbeat!

Ever thought to take up singing?
I don't know. I'm no good at that.
Give it a go. You may surprise yourself.

Magical Girl costume: An elegant outfit for a swordswoman, her blue diagonal-cut skirt and shoulderless top allow for a great range of movement. A white cape completes the heroine look.

I'm awesome!
That level of detail is unexpected from you.
What's that supposed to mean?
What do you think?
Tactless compliments aside, it's a good design.
I don't want to hear it from you.
It's a very nice outfit.
Mind the cape, though.
It's detachable, duh.
Projectile Slasher: An elegant cutlass, short and curved. A slashing weapon in close range, it possesses a propulsion mechanism that allows Sayaka to shoot the whole blade to impale enemies from afar.

Swords are cool.
Cool is cool.
Come on, stop it!
Aren't cutlasses 'pirate' weapons?
I guess you could say she... pirates our powers!
... Nobody?
... Swords are so cool.
Update: You'll never be diet Mami. Cool, though.
Uh… I'll have to think of a better name.

Fire extinguisher: A versatile weapon, it can be used as a bludgeon and has an extra function to deny vision in an area. Alternatively, it can also be used to put out fires.

What.
You wield it like a champ.

Baseball bat: A classic wooden bat. Baseball based attacks are rendered completely innefective against Sayaka.

Now you're pulling my hair.
Not that there's much to pull.
You're just mad yours got tangled when you tried to pull that move.
Really?
No! She just managed to make me trip. She's craftier than she looks.
Nah, not my fault your mane's longer than your... you.

Kite Shield: A large shield. Coloured blue and white with a twisting border around its side.

Knight motif all the way.
Next we see, you'll be wearing proper leggings, a helmet, full plate, the works.

Isn't that too much?
Sabrina did full armor once.
Really??
For all of two seconds, tho.
Grief is hax yo. I tanked a laser.
Air Skating: Sayaka can summon a magical platform, which allows her to skate on thin air, flying anywhere in style. Complimenting this, her platforms are decorated by ephemeral images that trail behind her as she moves.

Pretty cool, eh?
Yeah, actually.
It's a very pretty effect.
It is! Yuma saw knights and swords and princesses in the pretty lights.
Uh.
Well, thanks!

Mermaids, though.
Ugh...
What about mermaids?
It's just,
Ughhh...

Ughhhhh...
Ughhhhblaghhnnnnnngnoooo...
Mermaids.
You can stop now.

Power Replication: Can copy the Magical Skills of other Magical Girls.

Oh, I have hopes for this one.
Pretty cool, eh?
Understatement of the century.
It's an interesting power to have in this... environment.
More interesting would be if you shut up.
Hey! Don't be mean!
You've got some nerve.
We're being nice!
Perhaps you could see what I see.
Not interested.
... Aaand being immune sucks.
You're actually pretty weird.
... Thanks.
Update: Oh boy, here we go...

Ribbon: A white version of Mami's Ribbon, useful for grabbing enemies, or onto the environment.

Yeah, I'm not mastering this one. No offense Mami, but I don't have your genius.
It's OK, Sayaka. Play to your strengths.

Unstoppable Movement: Ability to stay in motion in one direction, obliterating everything on the way.

I see how it is. It doesn't deserve the special name when I use it.
No, Sayaka, it's not that, no, not at all, no, yes.
You suck.
You're doing well with this skill!
You are cool.

Anti-Magic Pulse: Cancels all chosen magic it touches.

You should totally try using this one on a Witch. For science.
It makes them melt!
Yeah, I… got that.

The Sayaklone Police!: Sayaka can generate multiple extra bodies, which she can control simultaneously. This meguca knight's clones' range is so impressive, soon the whole meguca underworld will tremble in fear… of The Sayaklone Police!

You're serious about this, aren't you?
My dear Kouhai, I have high hopes for you.
... I'll do my best.

Geokinesis: Ability to manipulate earth telekinetically, and to cause earthquakes.

Careful with this one. It had Sabrina worried a while ago.
I'll take it under consideration.

Lightning Manipulation: Sayaka can create electric currents, and shoot magical lightning bolts.

Getting good!
Yeah...
Don't worry about that time.
... That time?
... I assure you, it didn't hurt.
It sure looked like it did.
Sayaka, I'm trying to dig you out, not further down.
Just joking, girls.
Oh, Mami...

The Legendary Sharinganigans

Seriously try this thing soon?
I guess.
You're not allowed to name it, though.

Aw.

Hypnosis: Pretty self-explanatory.

Another untested skill.
Says good things about her character.
I guess? I just haven't found an use for it yet.
I'm kiiiinda curious how it would affect me?
That's a strange thing to ask, miss weird powers.

Flight: Sayaka can summon Tsubaki Chouko's Crystalline Wings, which grant her great aerial speed and maneuverability, while also being capable of ranged attacks and serving as shields.

At first glance, it's kind of redundant?
It's really cool, though.
You're telling me?
Oh, look at them go, looking down on all us grounded plebeians.
I've seen you fly on that spear of yours.
I've got struck by said spear while you were air skating on it.
Whatever...
Don't worry, Kyouko. Us winged meguca are benevolent overladies.

Plant Control: Sayaka can grow and summon plant life, even being able to create new, exotic, even magical flora. She can also manipulate plant life magically, to aid her in battle.

Yeah, I got quite a few ideas what to do with this one...
You understand I can't master all these powers, right?
Don't I know it.
... Does this mean she can create new kinds of tea leaves?
Maybe?
Sayaka, we're rescheduling your training.
Really? Just for tea?
Just tea?
Just tea?
Justice?
Sabrina stay out of this.
...
I thought it was funny.
You too, Kirika.
This is of utmost importance.

Sayaka, meet us at Oriko's place in one hour. No excuses.
I'll have Kirika prepare a garden plot for experimenting.
Actually, I'll just have her tear up all the flowers. Should have done it ages ago.

Holy shit...

Paper Control: Versatile ability to manipulate paper telekinetically. The manipulated paper retains its lightness and flexibility, but becomes as strong as the magic power behind it.

Now this one is just generally useful.
I see how it is.
Uh...
No, no, it's fine. Paper is obviously superior to ribbons.
No, no, it's just easier to use! I haven't had much time to practice, and using ribbons is really complex and difficult, and you're amazing with your ribbons, Mami. I can't do half the things you do, even with all my powers.
...
Mami?
...

Excuse me, Sayaka. I need to inform you Mami apologizes.
She can't stop giggling long enough to message you herself.

Excuse me, I'm gonna bash my head against the wall.

Invisibility: Sayaka can become completely invisible.

And it would really help her to stay shut when she does!
I expected nothing, and I'm still let down.
Ouch.
That was a joke.
You should take up stand up comedy.
I know, right?
...

Shadow Copying: Sayaka can copy magical effects, to recreate them at will at a later time.

Yo dawg, I heard you like copying powers...
You wouldn't think so, but it's actually useful. Partly because of you.
Heh. It's pretty broken, actually.
Really, the problem is more about you forgetting how many abilities you have.

Think there's some memory based powers out there?
Hope so!
... It's just dawning on me how unfairly overpowered the blueberry is.
Raspberry.
What?
Raspberry, not blueberry.
...

X-File: Ability to see into someone's mind, read their memories and past, copy their magical abilities, and edit their memories.

Now that's a scary one. I'm glad it's in your hands.
And Umika's.

Sayaka can be trusted with this.
Yes!
Yeah, thanks everyone. I promise to use this only for good.

Zoolingualism: Ability to talk with animals.

Satomi wasn't kidding about the squirrels.
... Is it wrong for me to feel curious about this?
Me too.
And me.
... No. You are not wrong.
...

Super Strength: A boost to physical abilities, even beyond the normal meguca enhancements, with a side of super healing.

It's kind of redundant, what with everything else?
It'll have its uses.
At some point, you'll need to kick someone's or something's butt really hard.
Having the right power for the right situation is your thing.
... So don't underestimate any of your powers just for being simple.
Got it?
Loud and clear!

Matter Reconstruction: Have you seen FMA?

I feel this entry could use some more effort...
I know, right? But I'm falling asleep.
Figured this explains everything perfectly.

What about the people who haven't watched FMA?
Yeah, those people are doing something wrong with their lives, and need to take steps to correct it.
Mami's Ribbon is pulling at me. g2g

Lightning Speed: A versatile ability that allows Sayaka to move fast, to slow others, and to teleport.

I really want to test that teleport's range.
... I'm starting to feel like a guinea pig.
... You know, you could lend me some clones for testing...
You were supposed to say something to make me feel better, not the opposite.
It's Brina, what do you expect?
Seriously.
... OK, I deserved that one.
Justice: A powerful desire to fight the good fight, to right what's wrong. She'll try her best to make a better world, no matter the odds.

Eh, it's not exactly a skill, is it?
I think it's admirable.
Yeah. It totally merits mentioning.
Yes.
It's OK.
Well. Thanks.

Hot-blooded: Her heart burns with passion. It tells her to find Evil, and punch it in the face!

Way to glorify mindless violence.
You reap what you sow.
It was a freaking apple! I didn't even eat it!
You still should have paid for it!
... Yuma ate that apple...
But you didn't steal it. It's not your fault.
It's fine?
Yeah, don't worry about it.
OK!
Hey, Sayaka. Place your fist against the screen.
OK?
BROFIST!
HOW THE HELL DID YOU DO THAT?
I got a File!
Of course! I didn't forget about you.

"Yuma is not a little kid!"

That's adorable.
I'm not!
That's not something bad.
I'm not little.
Nah, Yuma's all grown up now.
Yes.
Had to be. What with having to take care of Kyouko.
My condolences, Yuma.
You have my sympathy.
Good luck.
You're the greatest of us all.
You can do it.
Thanks?
I'm gonna murder the whole lot of you.
This is worse than expected.
Call if you need help, Yuma!

"Big Sis, don't be tsundere."

This is your fault...
So you've said. Repeatedly.
And that's terrible.
Yes.
It's like telling fire to not be hot.
Or water to not be wet.
Or honey to not be sweet.
Good one... Or moe to not be moe.
What's moe?
... He, he, he...
She doesn't know.

"Big sis is big sis!"

Truly masterful logic.
Kid's smart.
You could learn a thing or two from her.
About logic.
Maybe Yuma can give her lessons?
I can!
Maybe I should send her to learn...
Very funny, guys.
Tomorrow, five pm sounds good?
Sounds good.
...
Physical: Young. Big blue eyes and green hair.

'Big' might be an understatement.
Yuma's eyes are big?
They're like, HUGE.
Really?
You might need glasses so they don't pop out!
Really?!
Stop messing with the kid.

Voice: Cute, high-pitched as befitting her age.

It's like she's made of 100% cute.
Yuma is not 100% cute!
Yeah, Kirika! She's only 97% cute, geez.
Yes!

Magical Girl costume: A green and white shoulderless dress, decorated with orange clasps, buttons and a gemstone, and a white cat-hood to top it off.

You might be onto something, with that '100% cute' comment...
I know, right?
Very wise.
A mace composed of a white ball attached to the end of a staff. It creates powerful shockwaves on strike.

Unorthodox, but welcome to the mace club!
Thank you!
Healing: An amazing ability to heal any physical wound, even recreating lost limbs from scratch in a matter of seconds, even from a distance.

Careful with this one, Kyouko.
... Why?
Once she gets about, you'll be beating the girls off her with a stick!
What do you take me for? I know.
She's gonna be a heartbreaker!
Jokes aside...
Healing skill are extremely sought after.
So she can join the club.
Yuma will be popular?
You'll have to be very careful.
We'll take care of you.
Right?
Right!
OK!
Cheer!: Yuma is capable of overcoming any hardship in her way. To look beyond the ugliness of the World and move on, and forge her own happiness. Furthermore, her positive attitude can lift the spirits of everybody around her, allowing them to also look past their troubles, and work towards a better future.

So you're saying she's optimistic?
That's selling Yuma short.
Yuma's not short.
She means you're more than 'optimistic'.
Kid can lift your spirits, I guess.
... Yuma makes everything better?
Of course!
Can't be too cheerful as things stand.
We all can learn from Yuma.
... Yuma makes everything better!
Yay!
That's beautiful.
"I'm the Juggernaut, bitch."

It's perfect, right? Just... perfect.
Who was the one being called a bitch?
That's... not the point.
I don't know, it's kind of offensive, amirite?
It's just memes, OK?
You're a meme!
Physical: Athletic, wiry, tall. Olive skinned and tanned. Sharp cheekbones, sharp green eyes. Black hair barely falling past her shoulders.

You travel a lot, don't you?
's my life.
Yuma wants to travel.
Maybe I can bring you on a trip some time? Wanna see the great wall of china?
Hey! You can't just take Yuma on a trip.
Unless I'm going, too.

I'll send you my fees.
...
Just kidding.
Sabrina's paying.

Send me the darned fees.

Voice: Strong, accented when speaking japanese.

Magical Girl costume: A flowing, deep red costume. Cloth hangs off her shoulders, cinched tight across the waist with a gold sash, over a leather gambeson. Floor length skirt with slits at the sides. Boots, bare arms and metal bracers.

It's not pants, but pretty cool!
What is it with you and pants, anyway?
Oh god.
What?
Let me ask you something, Nadia. How many Magical Girls have you seen wearing pants?
Plenty.
Really? How many?
About... a dozen, maybe?
Out of how many?
...
Yeah.
Wow.
A gigantic axe.

Something that big has no business being handled with such ease, nor moving so fast.
You get hung up on the silliest thing, yes?
Like pants.
And tea.
And microwaves.
And... warehouses.
... What?
I smell a story.
Mamiiiii...

A plethora of enchanted gear. Charms, a bracelet, earrings...

Someone sounds jealous.
Damn right I'm jealous!
So many cool shiny things! I want some!

Why don't you make some, then?
... I keep putting it off.
Oh, Sabrina...
I can help?
Bless you.

The Book

Rumours abound about The Book.
Oh, yes? What kind of rumours?
The darkest sort.
Some say The Book simply contains simple information about Magical Girls.
You know, names, powers, residences... But I know the truth.
I know what's inside that magical tome of yours, Nadia Bennouna...

Do tell!
Yeah, what's in it?
I'm kinda curious now, too.
The Book's darkest purpose, the reason for which it exists, the most important information inside it is...
A shipping chart?
A SHIPPING CHART!
...

Wait, really?
No.
Oh.
I might start one, though!
Sorry about stealing your thunder, Sabrina?
Sabrina says she's unavailable right now.
Hey Mami, you and Sabrina are currently dating, right?
... Yes.
Juggernaut: A Nadia at rest stays at rest and a Nadia in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless... she feels like it.

This might be the coolest power I've copied so far.
It sounds... strong?
You don't understand. We can walk on thin air. It's cool.
Ohhhhh...
But can you walk on the sunshine?
… I'll see myself out.
Polyglot: Proficiency with a variety of languages, as expected of a travelling Magical Girl.

I'm afraid you got me beat on this one.
Yeah, but Brina's a cheating cheater who cheats.
I resemble that remark.

Information Broker: Nadia possesses a wide collection of information about the Magical world, and keeps track of magical girls, their powers, allegiances, relationships... that coupled with her general worldly knowledge and trustworthiness makes her a Magical Girl to be respected.

And I have lowered all my rates, thanks to Sabrina's contribution.
What is this, advertisement now?
Actually, it might be, if this is going into Miss Nadia's book.
Uh, I guess.
You know, this gives me an idea...
Sabrina no.
No. I know what that smile means.
Out. Shoo.

Whipped.
Kirika, go make me some tea.
Sure!
... Wait, that was a joke, right?
No, no I don't think so.
If anything, the absurd thing is that they're communicating through here, when we all know they were latched onto each other just a minute ago.
... Uh.

Omniglot: Proficiency with English, German, Estonian, Russian, Finnish, Japanese, Swedish, Spanish, French, Chinese, Greek (rusty Homeric and Attic), Lebonese, Korean, Latin, Italian, Esperanto, Portuguese, Singlish, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, Thai, Afrikaans, Turkish, Polish, Drow, Klingon, Sindarin, Quenya, Czech, Tagalog, Bahasa Melayu. More to come, eventually.

The fuck?
You're effectively a foreigner no matter where you go.

A magic that defies logic, astounds logic, damages the brains of all who try to understand it!

Just cut it out, OK?.
Why?
Ug...

It's not me who haven't made the effort.

Absolutely destroyed them.
Take it as incentive.
Homura...

Ribbon Wings: Mami employs her outstanding intellect to command her Ribbons to form a large pair of wings, capable of gliding.

It's a work in progress!
They're not that great...
Yet! In comparison to everything else you do, Mami
You've barely looked at my wings a few minutes and managed to do this[/].

Unstoppable Movement: Ability to stay in motion in one direction, obliterating everything in the way.

Flight: Sayaka can summon Tsubaki Chouko's Crystalline Wings, which grant her a great aerial speed and maneuverability, while also being capable of ranged attacks and serving as shields.

And it would really help her to stay shut while she does!

Raspberry.

At some point, you'll need to kick someone or something's butt really hard.
Having the right power for the right situation is your thing.

Yeah, those people are doing something wrong, and need to take steps to correct it.

Ha! The more the merrier.

You know, names, powers, residences…But I know the truth.

No.
Oh.
I might start one, though!.

It's cool.
Ohhhhh...
But can you walk on the sunshine…

If anything, the absurd thing is that they're communicating through here, when we all know they were latched onto each other just a minute ago.
... Uh.

Sabrina won't tell anyone about Time Travel even in an omake. Even after blabbing about Kyouko's illusions. Respect.

So I have a question.

For the next meeting, with the Shiogama girls.

... Do we keep Mami's beret on (if the Great and Merciful Mami allows it)?

I'm half tempted to keep it, half worrying whether it'd be a faux pas of some sort.

Sabrina won't tell anyone about Time Travel even in an omake. Even after blabbing about Kyouko's illusions. Respect.
Please tell me I didn't actually reference time travel. I don't think I did, but I was so falling asleep yesterday.

You forgot to close an italics tag in Mami's 'magical skills' section.
Keeping the tags straight is basically 40% of editing this mess. :V
