Can't cite right now, but Pan is an inch taller.
Thanks for the answer, it allowed me to commission this
But to shift her mood from grey to jade... Something one of the other jade apprentices had done with me years ago when we were both still learning had stuck in the back of my head, and this was my chance to put it to use.

"Well, I suppose that means I'll have to help you," I said as I moved over to her and slid my hands about her waist, "here, let me show you how."

A quick twist and pull, and she was pressed up against me, her back to my chest, and I had to pretend not to hear the soft gasp she made lest I lose my composure. I moved my hands up to hers and almost nibbled at her ear as I spoke.

Was Pan's hair color ever described in-story? I'm wondering if Boney designed her such or if it's just creative liberty for art commissions.

Regardless, very cute and love the influx of MathildeXPan art lately.

Nope. It's creative liberty, so she gets depicted with a lot of different colors in fanart: sometimes blond, sometimes red, sometimes greenish (for people going full Akko/Diana, cough @13th Bee cough)
I'm going to commission Panoramia and Matildha together. But I'm a little unsure what color Panoramia's hair is. I checked and couldn't find it anywhere. Does blond and brown eyes sound good overall for her?
I don't think I've given a canon answer. If blond and brown eyes sounds good to you, then by all means go with that.

There's an arcane mark of Ghyran
Bound to the Seasons: You are physically affected by the passage of the seasons. In the autumn, your body grows weaker; in the winter, you become feeble and slow; in the spring, you become hearty; and in the summer, you're the peak of health and move faster.

You could just have her hair change colour with the seasons. Red is autumn :)

Or just codifying our mastery, and just publishing the Quickdraw techniques we learned: going from zero to murder with a shadow knife is a more widely applicable skill within the Grey college.

Wielding a greatsword is rather a rare talent, after all... no need to pidgeonhole our papers too much.

We would still document our sword fighting style, for whoever inherits our sword after we die.
The point of making it a sword-sized enchanted item would be so that we could train a non-Wizard in this technique if necessary, instead of just giving them a thin book and hoping they are good at reading comprehension.

In other words, it would allow for a master-apprentice Branarhune relationship in perpetuity.

She was depicted as having a lot of face freckles.

And when people think, lots of face freckles, they think 'shades of ginger'
My own imagination of Pan does seem to include references of her freckles, but I can't seem to find any search results from Boney for "freckle". Do you know if it was actually mentioned in-story, or if it's just my own headcanon, perhaps from osmosis of thread discussion @picklepikkl?

I think that's just headcanon or osmosis from existing fanart. Here's what Boney said:
I'm not great at questions like this because I don't really have a mental image of characters, I have a sort of cloud of traits and skills and foibles and goals with a nametag. I guess it'd boil down to something like: robes, boots when she's working or hiking, sandals when she's not, silver sickle in her belt, tanned arms and face, fit, about five foot even. Long hair that's tied back when she remembers to, a staff that takes root of its own accord so it's normally standing upright somewhere near her. A satchel on her side full of well-cushioned pockets for holding flasks and bottles that are usually full of soil and plant samples.

But if any of the above disagrees with anyone's mental image, feel free to keep your own.
Mentions tan face, not freckles. But, as he said, go with your own mental image if it makes you happy.

Hmm... Master-apprentice relationship, education with a magical sword thing. Are we becoming a sith? :V

I mean, I've got brown hair and eyes (*points at profile picture*), and Jade is probably one of the Colleges where I'd do best, so clearly Panoramia is my female nega-self. Canon. :V

My brain refuses to register Panoramia's height. To me she is tall enough she can rest her chin on Mathilde's head. I refuse to accept canon on that one point only.

[X] Altdorf, to witness the octenniel duels for the position of Supreme Patriarch.
[X] The Karak Azul Architects, to get to know their ideas for the potential layouts of the Library in detail.
[X] Eike, as she begins her tutelage at the Grey College.
[X] Julia, to see what she has gotten up to as Stirland's most experienced spy master.
[X] Panoramia, to properly finishing catching up with her.

Speaking of fanarts it's there a place where they are compiled? I would be very interested in seeing them, but there are not enough hours in the day to scroll through almost 10000 pages.

Huh. This late in the vote, it's actually very close for the 4th slot. 79 for Karak Vlag vs. 72 for The Library architecture. Only a 5 point difference.

For me, I still think it's too soon to give Vlag a visit, plus we'll be relatively close for a future visit up in Laurelorn. And I'd really enjoy taking our one-and-only shot at architecture nerdity over our future totally-overambitious super library.

In situations like this, where my favourites are not likely to win, I try to vote with 'what easiest for Boney?'

The layout vote will happen anyways, so why not make it easy on Boney and make it one of the social actions too. narratively easy segway for the QM to have mathy talk to the architects while she is there.
