@OneirosTheWriter when you're putting up the Snakepit, please be explicit about whether we have the option to build a Starbase on the Licori Border Zone.
That is a topic of a great deal of debate in the SDB. We can hit our base statline now yes, to a degree. If we want until the planned start date (2 years) we will likely end up with a better ship and survey sensors.
