Licori science cruiser? Not sure if you already did it.
How about the Romulan Daljerra?
I envision Apiata Stingers as having a fairly high burst warp capability, but a relatively low cruising warp. Queenships are designed with warp drives that allow them to project their subspace fields abnormally far. These work together so that when Stingers are accompanying the Queenship, powerful tractor-like locks are established to hold the Stingers very close, yet stably. This also holds them close to a source of Queens who can provide administrative and morale support to the Ozziras and Spacers aboard the Stingers. If I knew, I wouldn't be asking for suggestions.
EDIT: actually, since you invited it, mind explaining the whole "tractor tether" thing with the apiata stingers? Are they capable of sustained warp on their own, or not? Are there crew quarters aboard the stinger, or does everyone stay on the queenship until its time for a mission?

Amarkian Hebrindas?
Some of the Qloathi ships with their distinctive ring warp drives?
Do the Basilica of Lakhept?
Caitian Swarmers or Fatherships, since you did the Shakakoun?
Gaeni ships?
Have the Caldonians been done yet? Or perhaps the Laio/Ked Paddah?
I'm tossing up doing a write-up for how the Gaeni naval systems work (like I did wtih the Amarkian fleet) while I wait for this vote to play out, if that pushes you one way or another. So the stingers are capable of independent operation., they're just faster and more effective when coupled with the queenship's mobile starbase.
Hebrinda could be a fun one. Its one of the first ships I drew for this quest, too. I've also been meaning to put more thought into the Caitian and Gaeni ships, especially since we've now seen the Gaeni prove themselves (repeatedly!) in battle, and are probably about to see the Caitians fight as well in the GBZ.
I don't know if I feel up to the Basilica Of Honiani Phallic Insecurity just yet. The megatortoise took me forever to figure out.
EDIT: Licori science ship would be interesting. Romulan daljerra...idk, I feel like I'd have to do a lot of research about Romulan ship design first.
Laio ships haven't been designed yet, it's the next task I was going to assign the Ship Design Bureau threadHave the Caldonians been done yet? Or perhaps the Laio/Ked Paddah?

Hmm, actually, maybe its best to wait for me to carry out my side, which will include some basic details. Should hopefully give you a headstart (rather than crush your creativity).Interesting. Would you rather I do a gaeni ship after you've done that (to avoid contradicting something you already have in mind), or before (to give you more to work with)?

That means, in a pinch queenships can be used as efficient tows?Queenships are designed with warp drives that allow them to project their subspace fields abnormally far. Why not?Is Nash going to do something that gets her bumped back to captain here?
Has anyone considered that when Uhura says the signals are old and older she's referring to the codes? After all it's not like they are picking up on the signal from a long distance away so the signals have to be repeating. The first person to speak is Lieutenant Uhura at Comms. "Captain, I'm picking up distress signals, Starfleet ones. One near the third planet, one near the fourth. They are both very old, enough that our computer is having trouble piecing them together."
"What else can you tell me about them?" asks Kirk.
"The one by the third planet is the older one, but is a stronger signal," says Uhura. She pauses and tilts her head, listening to her earpiece carefully. "Captain, if I'm not mistaken, it may even be a United Earth Starfleet code. The other is definitely a Starfleet code."
We have "Generations", Enterprise being "the ship of aeons", that it's only known by a "single crew at a time" meaning the crew of each respective Enterprise from the incident. It all fits!"Admiral Sousa, you are about to be read into a matter that has been a Class 1-AAA secret within Starfleet for many years, under the codeword, 'Generations'. It is a need to know secret, known by only a single crew at a time through the fleet, sworn to the utmost discretion." You slowly lean back in your seat, but say nothing, so Sulu continues. "I want to tell you a tale about the starship Enterprise, the ship of aeons."

My guess is that given OneirosTheWriter posted a picture of the USS Ranger and one of the NX-01 refit those are the two ships already in system. NX-01 is broadcasting the older United Earth Starfleet code while the USS Ranger is broadcasting the younger Starfleet code.
Actually I'm going to change my guess slightly. It's not the USS Ranger but the Ranger-class Enterprise. We're totally going to get a cross-generational Enterprise reunion. Just look at this paragraph:
We have "Generations", Enterprise being "the ship of aeons", that it's only known by a "single crew at a time" meaning the crew of each respective Enterprise from the incident. It all fits!
Leila, what should I be seeing here ^?
Why would it? The Enterprise is the only starship in Starfleet to reuse the serial numbers with an extra letter attached. Given the crazy stuff Kirk's Enterprise did it seems reasonable to me that his ship was the one to start that tradition. In fact it's entirely possible this might be the Ranger Enterprise's first and only mission depending upon how things go down.If there was a Ranger enterprise, then Kirk's first ship would have been the Enterprise-A, and ours would be the -C.
I don't think there was a Ranger enterprise. Unlike the NX01, the Ranger class postdates the formation of the Federation. If there was a Ranger enterprise, then Kirk's first ship would have been the Enterprise-A, and ours would be the -C.
Unless first Enterprise did nothing noteworthy and wasn't allowed to carry forward her number as people have defended doing several times in this very thread.
There's also the dangerous assumption that all of the ships involved in this anomaly come from the same timeline rather than something like the Crisis of Infinite Worfs from late TNG.
And the SF Debris review of that episode gave us the preferred plural noun for Worfs: a brood of Worfs.
Then how big is a queenship? Or is a queenship just engineering and warp pylons? So, according to the sheet the apiata stingers weighs nearly as much as a miranda. I had been imagining them as much smaller, closer to BoP size, but apparently they're fairly big.
