I'll be busy for rest of the week at least, so can't participate much (and then I'll have to trudge through 20+ pages of discussion ><), but some interesting notes:
Both of these should finish this month. In particular, 2315.Q1.M3.F1 is the current in-game date.
Does this mean that both Dhara Heavy Industry Park and Gorc Belth Colonial Engineers will be available for new assignments this month?
The engineers should obviously work on building the 2x1mt repair yard, while the heavy industry team ... well we'll see what other repairs/construction may need to be rushed then.
Doesn't match the vote, but maybe the doubling up on brute force repairs isn't valid anyway.
