Considering that neither repair will likely take place in a Rigellian berth, it doesn't matter much.

Actually, since nobody else is proposing a selective strategy, I will.

[X][TARGET] Hunt the ships of those most likely to resist getting rid of mentats. Warn off those that are likely supporters, and shoot to disable. In all cases, attempt to take trade ships as prizes.

Write-ins are by invitation only, so I think that's an invalid vote.

I have three Endurance minor characters who occupy a sort of quantum-superposed state. Of the set {Ensign Zwicky, Lt. ch'Vohrer, Spacer Maloqq}, one is dead, to preserve the predetermined character casualty rate... but I don't know which one!

Suffice to say that by the end of Stardate 25712, Spacer Maloqq was either recovered by Federation forces, or dead. I myself do not know which.

A bit of good news! The USS Blizzard has been located safe and sound. A temporal backlash not far from the system where the USS Lion disappeared was responsible for knocking out communication and warp drive. However, the intrepid crew was able to bring the systems back online before they were located by any Arcadian patrols. Now the Blizzard has linked back up with her Task Force.

Members of Rear Admiral Eaton's staff, Captain McAdams, Operations officer Commander Kennedy, and Commander Gordon Laver from Starfleet Engineering, they have come to oversee the final stages of the clean-up effort.

"Yes, including forty mentats, many of them who have had the full treatment," explains Fischer. "Many of them involuntarily." He turned and pointed to a makeshift camp near the landing zones. "We have them as comfortable, and secure, as we can manage. Your Starfleet Medical is sending a Hospital ship in order to establish a proper camp, and to study the mentats properly."

The USS Zutara and USS Harmony between them ought to be able to clear out the mess around Morshadd by themselves. Unfortunately sending them in would be exactly the sort of barbaric practice that would draw a raised eyebrow from the Q continuum.
