Wouldn't that just turn the ship into this variant?
Yes. The only way to bullpup a pretty compact ship.Wouldn't that just turn the ship into this variant?

Daedelus was mostly fine, it was other people acting on him that were the issues (I think, it's been ages since I looked). Icarus is a name I wouldn't touch for a ship.Daedalus honestly isn't a name I want to use considering how his inventions worked out for both him and his son.
That's true for any Greek mythology name really. People love to name stuff after Prometheus for example, yeah he stole fire from the Gods and give it to Humanity, but he has his liver eaten for the rest of eternity for that. Wild to name something after that.Daedalus honestly isn't a name I want to use considering how his inventions worked out for both him and his son.
I'm not just talking about the wings, there was the labyrinth which is the reason they were imprisoned... the whole fake cow thing that lead to the Minotaur... yeah not a name I want.Daedelus was mostly fine, it was other people acting on him that were the issues (I think, it's been ages since I looked). If we ever make ships that are just dedicated test beds, Icarus would be a fitting name.
20 Industry per year per ship? Or 20 Industry per year for the current production run of five ships?
I think its 20 industry to build one ship, and we are building five total. So each year we will add another to our fleet, for a total of 100 industry used, after five years.20 Industry per year per ship? Or 20 Industry per year for the current production run of five ships?
Prometheus had a shitty outcome but he gave humanity the ability to advance, the punishment just turns that into a sacrifice even more worthy of respect. Based on the myth he deserves to be remembered for that. That's true for any Greek mythology name really.
