Ssssso! I realise this is a later check in than usual, but even if don't strictly need votes for the next update, since it's largely locked in, but again - if you guys have any preferences for the focus of the discussions, now's a good time for more votes. :V
Empress Tokyo is irrelevant until we either get her friendshipping phone number or she is proven hostile, and the primary mission objective of "solve for X, where X is equal to WTF is up with Tokyo Group" is still ongoing.

There's little to change the focus onto, unless you are hinting we should start heavily courting with Empress Tokyo until we get a minimum of five hearts in the relationship bar because "it is about the people".

Which is ok, but that's Kaizuki's job.

Literally, it's @Kaizuki entire resume, says it right here: "five years experience as friendshipping psychotherapist"

[x] If that's supposed to be the Yata no Kagami, perhaps it gives her wisdom and lets her see the truth? Would potentially explain how she knows all our names...
-[x] If it does show her the truth, then we should be in good shape - we really *do* want to help.

[x] Our foci right now should be:
-[x] Determining if Chiyoda is trustworthy.
-[x] Convincing Chiyoda *we're* trustworthy.
-[x] And gathering information on who in Tokyo needs help, what kind of help they need, and why.

Good enough yeah.

"I once saw her kill three witches with a pencil. With a fuckin' pencil."

It's funny until You realize there's probably a meguca that Wished for something related to art like "I wish I was a better artist" or that "My drawings were more lively", or that "she wasn't alone anymore" and had a Knack for drawing.

Suddenly, You wonder if Witches attack pets or not.

Over in the possibly nonexistent Kamihama City, one magical girl made a wish: "I wish for a studio where no one can disturb me."

So such a wish by an artist wouldn't be completely unprecedented.

(Wait a second, is Sabrina the Wings of Magius as a composite character? Should we be concerned with how she latched onto Mami? Probably nothing to worry about.)

Wait, what if Captain Japan had to stop a bit to identify Sabrina because she's European and her Captain Japan powers have to hop a continent (and a world) to work on her?

I've seen the Wings of Magius described as basically a fascist cult. If so probably not.
I don't know too much about them, but from watching the anime their plan for saving all Magical Girls involves sacrificing hundreds of normal people to their "Rumors" to expand the Doppel thing outiside of Kamihama. I also think they need Grief Seeds as well and they've mind controlled most of their members.

The wings of magius, at least in the game, are more 'good goals but jumping off the ends justify the means cliff' rather than 'fascist'. In the anime, we'll see.

They regularly use mind control on basically all of their members, and the anime versions are arguably worse on that front.

I dunno if you'd call it fascism exactly, but it's at the very least on the same level of monstrousness, if not worse.

That's not really fascist. It's authoritarian, but fascism is fairly complex and also needs elements of ultranationalism, military worship, and social Darwinism.
