So moving on from She Who Must Not Be Named, here's the proto-designs for some of the characters (none for our pseudo angel clone jutsu raspberry girl unfortunately :cry:).
 
I'm a bit disappointed Homura didn't get the hat from those drawings, to be honest - everyone deserves a cool hat, and that'd certainly count. Actually, why is it only Oriko that gets a nice hat anyway?

It's a curse: the coolness of your hat is directly proportional to the size of your ego and inversely proportional to your self-worth.

(That's why her hat looked so deflated in that latest drawing that appeared on the thread with her.)
Edit: To answer Tortuga, Mami has a beret. It's kinda like the one Kiara Takanashi wears, but not blindingly orange.

Belatedly

I just wanna say that Madokami engaging in kayfabe with her own Witch is one of the most out there ideas that I really wanna see implemented now

Madoka shouting "You're such a fuckin' heel, Kyubs!"

Madoka saying her iconic "As long as there's hope" phrase, but with a cheesy grin and hamming it up for the cameras

Madoka helping Moemura in the first timeline, so it figures Homura is a passionate fan and decides to study to become a professional wrestling manager/valet(?) once Madoka hits the professional league

Mágica Chica Madoka Magica fucking when

Kyouko had an awful early start in her career and has to play the role of a heel even though she hates it
Sayaka takes things way too seriously and practically lives on stage and doesn't understand that Kyouko's assholery on the ring is (mostly) an act.
Mami is the current Champion of Mitakihara, but is incredibly lonely and acts unapproachable on the stage, only to become a nerdy goofball the moment she steps off it
