We gonna mention getting Sayaka to copy Kirika?
Besides the obvious reasons to not even bring it up, I'm pretty sure Sayaka just thought up and dismissed the idea of copying Kirika.

Ah... I suppose you don't need protection, Kirika-san, Oriko-san. Miki-san, do you need it too?"

"Uh," Sayaka says, blinking. "I can copy... no. I mean yes, it'd be good to have it, Miss Kazusa."

Restitution can be considered a monetary punishment or restoration of something stolen/lost. Forcibly copying powers is neither of those, and I hold to my belief that Oriko owes nothing further to Sayaka.
noun: restitution
  1. the restoration of something lost or stolen to its proper owner.
  2. recompense for injury or loss.
The recompense doesn't have to be monetary, it just has to be valuable.

[X] The Narrator

Mildly worried that the group is splitting up. Worst case scenario is that it turns into a horror movie of losing contact, one group at a time, as they get jumped and taken out.

... or we could end up with a Scooby-Doo style scenario of hijinks and mayhem, in which case the most important question is who gets to be Shaggy and Scooby?

Also good to have Sayaka copy all of the other Pleiades' powers.

I bet she could use the teddy-bear power to freak someone right the fuck out.

[X] For ease of regrouping, flyers should search the most far away areas.
-[X] Ask Niko to clarify. Search whichever place she's got in mind. Industrial area, maybe?

[X] Ask everyone to remain in continuous contact with someone in another group.
-[x] Include you in all status updates. Your powers give you some advantages there.

[X] Ask if they know possible culprits we should look out for?

[X] Remind everyone to call and regroup if possible before engaging. You want to find out why this happened to better prevent a repeat.

[X] Before going:
-[X] Ask who was shadowing Niko on your first visit.
-[X] Give the copiers Carte Blanche to copy our magic. Please, copy, copy everything. Start with the Fog, Privacy Sphere, and MoF.
-[X] Have Umika do her mental protection.

We have telepathy. There's no reason for us to not be carrying on conversations, or at least status updates, continuously. And remember that this isn't just to deal with memory effects - whoever's out there has something that can take out a magical girl silently and in a matter of seconds. Half an hour is a hell of a long time compared to that.

A little curious here. Is there any reason why more than one MOF would ever be needed?
In the immediate situation, so we have multiple teams with high-end mobility.

In the longer term, so that our team has more than one source of strategic airlift. It'd be nice if Kazumi and the other Pleiades could decide to randomly drop by to visit Mami, don't you think? And Sayaka being able to get people around for us is also pretty nice.

I don't think Sayaka is going to copy Kirika's power without explicit pressure to do so. And we don't want her copying Oriko's powers, remember?

I'm not going to say "everything except X and Y". Just say "Everything" and they can figure the rest out and we won't push them on it. But I don't want them to fail to copy something because we didn't list it. Even though my last attempt to let Brinapilot handle something related to Oriko ended with her lying like a fucking rug even though I'd just said that wasn't what I wanted, I'll give her another chance before we go back to throwing thousand-word votes at @Firnagzen.
They could do that without the flying fortress. It's called using buses and/or trains.
No, those are not comparable. 30 or 45-minute travel times dependent on the transit schedule is not even close to being the same as being able to fly. And I wouldn't be surprised if getting a train from Asunaro to Mitakihara is a four-hour affair complete with transfers and getting lost. The value of the flying fortress is not the "fortress" part. It's the "flying" part.

I think we should work on building trust before we go pushing to have Sayaka copy as many powers as possible. That just seems excessive to me.

The only people that have ever had problems with Sayaka's power-copying are the ones with world-ending superpowers and the ones that we just got done punching into unconsciousness. If anything most people consider it to be cool. As for "trust", we just showed up on fifteen minutes' notice at 4 in the morning to help them conduct a manhunt for the person that attacked one of their team members.

But FUCKING FINE, if it's that much of a big deal I'll use words that you can't interpret as paperclipper logic even if you try. And people are accusing me of throwing shit-fits about tiny irrelevant shit that makes no difference.

[x] Order the power copiers to copy the privacy sphere before you drop it.

--[x] SUGGEST that everyone else offers powers for copying to maximize our capabilities.

There. Can you find a way to misinterpret me again? If so, please say so I can waste even more time fixing irrelevant shit that we shouldn't have to be worrying about. Firn ordered us to write general votes and promised to interpret our instructions as effectively as possible and not fuck us over on fine shadings of meaning. This argument is exactly what he was trying to stop.

Sadly, I'm pretty sure Sayaka won't copy Kirika's power unless we specifically call her on it. And I don't think some kind of generic autopilot will cover it.

Also, please don't split the vote.

Fuck fears of vote-splitting. We've voted for "copy shit" every single vote since this event started and I am fucking tired of having to keep repeating it. And I do not want to have to specify every single thing we do as "copy X". I want to just say "COPY SHIT, PEOPLE" and stop having to track and vote for every single thing we do to make sure it gets copied. Particularly if we're going to have people exploding with rage every single time it's time to vote again to tell people to copy the mobile oppression fortress or similar things.

You're trying to make 30 minutes sound like such a long time when it really is not.
30 minutes instead of 5 minutes absolutely is a major change. Just like 4 hours instead of 15 minutes is a major change. I recently switched from riding public transit to and from work every day, transit time 35-45 minutes not counting time spent waiting for the schedule to line up, to riding lyft, transit time 15 minutes any time I want. And let me tell you, it was in fact a major change. You know how much nicer it is to be able to just decide to do something and do it, no having to align with standardized schedules or be five minutes early every time in case it's early and occasionally have to stand there waiting for ten minutes because it's late?

Of course, that may just be me. Maybe you're just a superhuman scheduling genius that can pick up and drop tasks on zero notice and with zero overhead or ramp-up time and you can carry your entire life around in your backpack and operate just as efficiently in a bus as you do in a nice comfy chair with four monitors and a high-end ergonomic keyboard. Maybe you have an infinitude of thirty-second tasks that require no equipment and can be completed using nothing but the clothes on your back so losing ten minutes isn't an issue. Maybe you don't do this twice a day and those thirty minutes are actually a full 15th of your entire waking life. Maybe I'm the only person in the world to have any deadlines and nobody else has to worry about time at all!

But absent those, uh, yeah, 30 minutes is a big deal.

edit: Also, what's the fucking downside? Why is there a reason not to?

Perhaps if you are assuming that the Saints drop in every day of the week. But you used the word "randomly", implying irregular and not frequent visits, so no, the occasional 30min is not a big deal in this case imo.
The 30 minutes number was for Sayaka carrying our friends around for visits and other local tasks. Asunaro to Mitakihara by rail may take literally all day.
