Is it me, or does it seem like Kaoru, Umika, and Kazumi really are in a relationship? It's super-cute either way, though.

Mami is having a good time, it seems. And wow, even the truancy officer tells us to take care of her. It's practically blatant to everyone that MamiXSabrina is a thing, it seems.

Oh wait, I just had an idea! Perhaps we can create a Grief construct that serves as a lie detector, and prove to Homura and Sayaka that it works. Then we could question Oriko (with Homura and Sayaka present) and put their concerns to the test--whether or not she'll ever intend harm for Madoka, whether or not she'll ever intend to betray Homura and Sabrina, whether or not she'll ever kill an innocent, whether or not she'll deliberately manipulate Sabrina or her friends into doing something that truly harms their interests, etc. Even when it comes to lies of omission, we can check for that with additional questions (like, "have you been earnest and forthcoming in your answers?").

I mean, it won't resolve Homura's trauma where Oriko and Kirika are concerned, but Homura is ultimately pragmatic. If we can prove that Oriko intends no harm to Homura/her friends/innocents (and, bonus points, prove that Oriko cannot, at present, utilize her precognition), Homura should grudgingly accept a sort of parole for them.

Sayaka should still try to copy Kyouko's power. If nothing else, we need to test if Sayaka can copy a power that the original wielder cannot (currently) perform. We just need to remind Sayaka to be tactful about it, and not ask for details or push if rejected.

Also, does this vote have Mami come with us to meet Kyouko? I'm not sure.

I have a question:

Could we encourage Mami to put some time in working with Ribbon Clones? Al la the one in Rebellion?

As in, with arbitrary threads running across the city, she could be in multiple places at once, and with practice, not be too distracted/etc? With Clear Seeds the magic cost is irrelevant. In fact, given Clear Seeds, this opens the door for some other large-scale magic experimentation that has never been feasible in the past. Mami has always been a prodigy with evolving her magic. This could allay some of her concerns, and even make her feel less lonely if she was always with someone, somewhere.

Just tossing out ideas.

But more seriously, I also want to see Mami bluescreen the Brina. Happy bluescreens are the thing I love most in the world on cute grills.
 
I'm just here to say that I noticed Firn's subtle implications that the Pleiades are all gay for Kazumi and in an actual relationship with her, and I appreciate it.

Not all of them; one of them's gay for Saki instead.
 
We should think about calling Kyouko on her claims of familiar farming one of these days, directly ( to her face) or not (telling Mami we think it's BS). She wouldn't be having anywhere near the grief seed scarcity if she was really doing it, I feel like. Am I wrong about this?
 
We need to bring up a question about why none of them seem to like pants. I mean, our meguca outfit has pants, and they aren't too bad.

What's this about? Why telepathy Homura about this, why not Mami, or better, everyone involved, maybe Mami?

We probably can combine this with confirming the schedule with Sayaka. Also with the 'telling Kyouko about it' part. Like, we can telepathy multiple people together. :p

Karaoke ideas... I feel like Eyes on Me could make for an interesting Blue Screen of Swoon, possibly involving some direction of Mami and lost students, but would it be too romancey and not platonic (as i think those usually were?). Definitely need to go for CuteOverloads here.

Ahh, productive discussion... I support the glory of skinny jeans! And questioning Kyouko on her scarcity versus familiar farming claims (maybe she's only recently stopped, to try and reconcile with Mami, and thats why its a recent scarcity?). And possibly the lie-detector idea, though we may want to test it with Oriko first to make sure we aren't frolicing through a minefield unless thats too keikaku.
