Wasn't Kirka's power time slowing? I think that the GM might be implying that the witch is Kirika or else that Kirika is here somewhere.

Do stone statues suddenly attack their creators? They'd just be another shape we're forming the grief into without any sort of sentience behind it.
Grief isn't matter. It isn't even neutral information - pretty much all we know about it is 'sufficient buildup makes puella go somewhere between insane and dead'. Implies corruptive tendencies, if not outright agency/hostility/malevolence.

Since someone brought up grief clones, I has an idea!

We get a puppet of some kind. We use grief to armor it, and put a little grief around the joints so we can make it MOVE, with a little magical grief manipulation. End result: Our OWN version of a familiar, which we can use to augment our fighting style. Would it require training to use effectively? Yus. Would it be awesome? YUS

And carrying a puppet around like that is not at all inconvenient.

With sufficient reserves of grief, we can probably conjure a knifeshoggoth/griefdust assassin at will. No edge (heh) in augmenting a mundane physical construct.

WE WOULD CONTROL ITS MOVE MENT WIF OWR MIIIIIIND, MEIN! :V

Why even bother with a puppet? Why not just go for bog-standard grief manipulation?

Gotta be troll suggestions that look like they make sense, Jacob. :p

We would be tank AND ranged with puppet. VERSATILITY! Besides, what would be as awesome as controlling a murderpuppet in order to fight the forces of evil/oriko?
...Grief Exalted, but thas a more long term thing.

Sir, I agree with you completely. BUT KNOW THIS! The puppet would provide experience moving grief properly, which would make summoning either of those things easier!

Of course, this idea is probably infeasable anyways, but hey, its been awhile since I posted any new SCIENCE ideas.

I'm aware of this. However, it didn't do anything out of the ordinary when we were making basic shapes out of it and the highly compressed marble of it we're carrying around has yet to do anything either. Unless it starts pulling wildcards on us I have no real reason that isn't just paranoia to believe that making a human shaped puppet out of it will do anything strange unless we command it to.
