I'm pretty sure if we could get enchantment or better magic control going, we could just make our own ammo.
We can already make our own ammo as long as it's hammer shaped. Sure, they're not terribly aerodynamic, but at the speeds we want to accelerate them to, that doesn't matter much.

What we need to check is whether a hammer can endure outside of our grief range. We can also see if we can reshape it (which would help with the aerodynamics as well as with a bunch of other things).

Edit: I did a pretty horrible job of explaining myself, so here's the clean(er) version. There is a witch inside the soul gem. This is the witch that I was referring to, and so my idea does not include Sabrina having been witch or a familiar all along. I said that the said witch is intelligent, due to the spoilers below. My idea is that whatever Sabrina does to get grief feel like witch is allowing witch to have control over that grief, which is my explanation for why the grief feels like witch. Then I went on to say that it may be that the witch is not only making the altered grief do what Sabrina wanted it to do but also things Sabrina did not want the grief to do, such as calling other witches over and to mess with Oriko's abilities. The reason why I thought that it would do so was to get a chance to absorb the griefs of a sufficiently strong witch to grief spiral into a witch strong enough to take on all of the protagonists by having the witchy grief act up at a decisive time.

So I just saw a scene from PMMM: Different story on PMMM wiki in which
Candeloro was tempting Mami to become a witch
that made me think that some witches were intelligent. That in turn made me suspect that 1) Sabrina's witch was the one that made stuff that felt like witch work, and that 2) Sabrina's witch might have made the stuff that felt like witch to do things that Sabrina did not intend as well, like attracting other witches and messing with Oriko's ability. So if stuff that feels like witch is around when a witch that is powerful enough is about to die or maybe even just close, Sabrina's witch may choose to make things go FUBAR.

So when are we going to try removing grief from non meguca? Maybe try it on some yakuza scum 'cause no one will miss him if we fuck up?

Of course witches possess intelligence. HN Elly showed the ability to make long-term plans going far beyond the instinct of a predator. Whether that applies to here, well...

Some Yakuza's are family guys. Gotta pick out the really messed up ones so we don't accidentally a family of 8.
Maybe Homura knows someone.

Though... Trying to ungrief a normal human wouldn't be dangerous, right?

However, all witches are batshit insane.
Nobody's ever accused Sabrina of being sane. Right?

Oh wait. Mami's said she doesn't think Sabrina has brain damage once, but that doesn't count. Mami's dependancy issues makes her too biased to comment on this matter.

Sabrina is more mentally stable then a witch, and she is not actively trying to kill people, or witch kiss them.

To be fair, really the only reason we are not trying that out is because "mind control" is a bit too far on the morally dark side even for SV (when playing as a non-villainous character, mind you)...
But we do have plans for our own familiars, and we HAVE made our own barrier...
We are definitely probably potentially not a witch.

x Grief Control
x Barrier
• Runes
• Witch Kisses
• Familiars
Actually, we did put runes in our Barrier the first time...
x Grief Control
x Barrier
x Runes
• Witch Kisses
• Familiars
Yay?
