Let's see...
No pants
Long unkempt hair
Loose grip on flask
And the desks make me think Kyoko isn't even in a lab. This isn't Science Kyoko; this is prankster of the century/expelled Kyoko.
Kyouko if she contracted with Kozaky?

"Make a contract with me and become a Magical Scientist!"

Because let's face it, he's not too big on lab safety, either.

Random thought.
Current team.
The leader : sabrina
The op : mami
Time stopper : homura
Precog : oriko
Magic bane : kirika

I think this a recipe for invincible team?

PMAS The Magnificent Seven:

The Hero: Sabrina
She's the MC of the quest so this comes as no surprise.

The Lancer: Oriko
Oriko is Sabrina's foil. While most of their goals align they have very different ideas on execution.

The Big Guy: Kirika
She fights with Wolverine claws and can absolutely destroy an opponent when in melee range.

The Smart Guy: Homura
She uses calculus and advanced statistics to predict both Walprugnacht's path and the trajectories for her infinite armory. I think this qualifies her.

The Veteran: Mami
She has the most experience outside of Homura and got it without living the same month over and over again. She packs a mean punch and has lasted quite a while on her own. Even if being by herself was not necessarily her preference.

The Sixth Ranger: Kyoko
She's powerful, experienced, and isn't part of the main group at the start.

The Rookie: Yuma
She just contracted and is elementary school age.

Very nice, now do tarot? :p

re @Gadjo Bandwagon: I'd prefer to slow down a bit regarding Kyouko. This isn't really a conversation that should be summarized with one line. Also 'standard cleanses' probably doesn't include refreshing grief seeds as well so you might want to specify.

The vote works fine for the start of our approach and what to start telling her about.

Refreshing grief seeds also works later, but yeah, no reason not to do it now.

So you want to end the update before brunch starts? I can understand that, since we actually would like to drag out the time Kyoko is willing to put up with us for as long as possible. Change to this at the end?

[] Meet up with Kyoko, cleanse her gem, Yuma's, and any grief seeds, if she'll let you.
[] Ask her where she would like to eat for brunch. Your treat.

Well if we're going to tell her next vote anyway...But I guess the result should be the same.

No asking her how she's doing or idle chatter?

That is a 'bomb' in and of it self. And really needs more than just three words to address it in a matter that doesn't get us gutted. I am very much not thrilled with the wording or with the rushing.

"We found her, we stopped her, we're keeping an eye on her". Remember, Kyouko doesn't know Oriko was responsible for Yuma yet.

It works more or less fine to give her the Cliff Notes, and this is a case where delayed doesn't really make a difference one way or the other beyond dragging things out a bit.

Disagree. Taking things slower allows us better opportunity to put things in a better context then just blurting things out and then running damage control afterwards.

Edited vote. Posted here since it's been quite a few pages since the vote and hunting for votes to scrutinize makes my eyes glaze over.

[x] Let Kyouko know you want to do a little investigation of something first, but will head over to meet her at about 9:30 to 10:00 (barring anything unusual happening).
[x] Begin search for the glass witch/magical girl, starting from Homura's recorded location.
-[x] Use Gauntlet to boost scan range to speed things up (determine new max range)
-[x] Check nearest school (assuming it's not MMS)
-[x] If it's found as a witch, just do a quick kill
-[x] If unable to find anything within 30-40 minutes, check in with Oriko
--[x] Good morning! I'm searching for something, and wondered if you could give me any pointers.
-[x] If we find the magical girl, put further plans on hold while we deal with this
[x] Give Kyouko warning when we're about to head out. Should be there in a few minutes. SAL002 on its way.
[x] Meet up with Kyoko, cleanse her gem, Yuma's, and any grief seeds, if she'll let you.
[x] Ask her where she would like to eat for brunch. Your treat.
