So, just to update and reflect all that has been said

[X] Erik Hardhead Skeleton Attack Action
-[X] Minor Action: Erik leads his family down to the camp to join the coordinated defense under the Jarl and/or Ragnarr. As Ragnarr is handling the evacuation of noncombatants likes a boss hersir, that gives him little to worry about.
-[X] MAJOR ACTION: As Ragnarr leads the warband to meet the skeleton-men in battle, he hears the call to pick up logs to throw at the foe. He prepares a runic log for himself to throw, with the rune-phrase: "this bloody lively log bounces and breaks bone-men." He prepares only two for himself, one of which goes in a fast. He may well mark some logs for others. Erik's rune logs are intended to be activated with blood before throwing.
-[X] Minor Action: Erik plans to throw two logs in the opening exchange of ranged attacks. He will then strive to fend off thrown projectiles with his Force kunna (Level 2). If he sees opportunities and openings he will hurl javelins propelled to extreme speeds by that same Force kunna; he has several. He will preferentially target any armored skeletons he sees, or failing that the 'goliaths.' If given a reason to close hand-to-hand, he will start out fighting with a stabbing spear (heavier than his javelins) and probably discard that and go to his seax, using his shields (multiple, in his remaining fasts) to fend off blows.

Oh hey, someone for Erik to infrequently talk to almost entirely and exclusively about carpentry!

(Erik has a 'Carpentry' thing that may or may not be a Kunna, and a few tricks connected specifically to woodworking, as far as I know I had the only specialized carpenter character until you came along, Hulfr. Glad you could join us!)

Thanks glad to be here, I'm gonna be very hard core dedicated on getting us high quality wood goods, homes, shileds and bows are near the top of my list right now.

[x] Bjorn is going to gather buckets of tar from his property and use it to cover the ground in front of any fortification so the skeletons will have to fight an entrenched enemy while covered in tar. He will make sure to leave some clear spot so the defenders can sally out. When the main fight does happen he will try his hardest to fight on the front line and use his strength Kunna to buff on as many people as possible before the fight. He will try to work with @Abyssius 's character to use the Tar to make more effective mines

:Edit added in the bit with abyssius. It's a very quick addition so I did not add many details.
Anyone see any problems here?

Maybe coordinate with Skuli (played by @Abyssius ) he's using Fire Kunna to set up, well, basically incendiary mines. Coordinating the tar and fire with each other seems good.

Shields are always good. Norse cultivator combat styles often rely heavily on shields being expended to block attacks, so good, strong shields are important. Since most mature adult Norse have limited "hyperspace arsenal" capability, at least potentially, in the form of what are called 'fasts,' it is a valid tactic to just have multiple shields tucked away and bring out new ones when the old ones get smashed. But as you can imagine, this goes through a lot of shields, and Erik, specifically, hasn't had a ton of time to work on making more.

[X] Gunnar takes the opportunity to get in close to the cavalry underwater, spiking his new Gravity Field to increase the pressure on the skeletons to a crushing degree.
Guest99 threw 1 6-faced dice. Reason: Don't die to SkeleCav Total: 4

Alright, you manage to take out about 10 of the skeleton cavalry, but were forced to retreat when one managed to wing you with a spear throw.

[X] Njal Ulfson major prep action
-[X] Njal uses his kunna and nearby trees to make temporary fortifications and security to the noncombat shelter.

[X]Bjorn Drakeslayer: Prepare arrows for all the archers. Also create a few larger arrows for his greatbow.

You could probably just say you're coordinating even without permission...even IC, you could just watch where he put the 'bombs' and put tar over that area without really talking much. People are busy.

I never really thought of doing that, I assumed doing something with someones character without the player's permission would be rude. My bad I guess. It's my first quest like this so I am still getting use to the cooperative aspects.

@DeadmanwalkingXI Our skirmishing group managed to kill various skeletal scouting groups, amassing 50 skeleton kills between ourselves.

To provide more details here;
Vatn, Eirny, Amlodi, and Valo set up to skirmish the scout groups of skeletons to buy time for traps to be made and defenses prepared. At first we were ambushing them, but soon enough we swapped to a 'no Ordstirr' rule and just rushed down a bunch of scout groups with pure brawn and skill, pummeling a lot of Skeletons to death, and disrupting their ability to gather information about what is being prepped right now.

We are currently waiting to see if one of the players who had to go AFK is gonna suicide charge the main force now that we've wiped out all the scouts.

Vatn and Amlodi returned home though, I think. One injured, one exhausted.

Normally I'd agree, but we're under specific time pressure here and doing a big coordinated group action. As the coordinating person, I think I can say you two cooperate without it being a problem.

Noted. Okay, current enemy force estimate: 250 Skeletons + 9 Goliaths on land, 40 Skeleton Cavalry in the water trying to flank us.

Vatn and Amlodi returned home though, I think. One injured, one exhausted.

We'd have our medics look at 'em and maybe use one use of Aspect Recovery Water each if they need it.

If I could get a rundown of what fortifications are being made, I'll make sure to add them to the battle-map that will eventually be shown.

-[X] If there's still time-- take the stakes they'd inscribed with runes during the winter, and replant them back in Rekavidr's trenchworks with the rune-inscribed stakes split evenly between the side facing the waters, and the East.
-[X] Passive Action: Carve Runes of Bloodletting and whatever the equivalent for enhancing something's perception of touch/physical contact to the tips of the Stakes in the light trenchworks (assuming they are there). Ideally-- these runes should be triggered by the stakes drawing blood, with the bloodletting then hindering the wound being clotted and said entity then continuing to bleed (to continue to power the runes even more), with the perception enhancing runes amplifying the pain felt.
Replanting the stakes/spikes that were inscribed with runes (bloodletting and sensory enhancement), during the winter back into the trenchworks on the east side and the coast. (Though now that I think of it-- you said I had received x1 Spikes, so I'm not quite sure if I can split them half and half like that).

Sure.
[X] I prepare the killing fields by planting flower seeds for later use as snares and crushing vines.
Okay, then. Torgarr actions, explicitly this time:

[x] Actions for Torgarr VillageFeeder:
-[x] Main Action (base): Work with Njall to clear the lands claimed by Torgarr and Gefjosa.
-[x] Minor action (base): Grow Golden Grass - as much as he can manage to put in the ground, and encourage it as normal.
-[x] Minor action (base): continue to work around the farm on growing buildings and fences out of fruit trees. The trees take a while to grow large enough to really work with, though, even when encouraged, so this is still mostly prep work.
-[x] Main Action (event): Use his powers over earth and plant to create fortifications, pitfalls, and so forth. If he's given direction by one of the village authorities on where to do that thing, he'll follow it. Otherwise, he's going to be reinforcing his own lands, and those of his kinsfolk.
[X] Skelly action for steinarr
-[X] Major action: build fortifications with stone kunna, stoneworking and architecture skill where directed
-[X] Passive action: gather throwing stones for battle
[x] Skeleton event actions, Liv Sweetwater
-[x] During the preparation Liv lends her skills and strength towards the construction of obstacles and fortifications. She will let herself be directed where to build, and to what purpose but will inject her architectural knowledge when it comes to the questions of what and how to build.
-[hortly before the battle Liv will use her Clearwater kunna to offer Refreshing Drinks (alternatively framed as "Washing Away Fatigue") to those fighters that need them, as directed by the guy in charge (still on phone, keeping track of names is hard).
-[x] Liv plans to start the battle off with a large-scale move, intending to coat as many of the skeletons as possible in as much water as possible, coordinating with Grid Frostdottir (@Jaguar2234 )

@I.F. Ister are those actions feasible, esp. those that use my kunna?
Great-- I'm going to do just that.

[X] Amerion Wardson (Skeleton Event)
-[X] Quickly go around Rekavidr proper and inscribe Smárgneisti's name into the kindling for each active fire. Torches-- campfires-- bonfires-- hearths-- anything and every active fire they can find, and then call upon Smárgneisti and offer those fires up to Smárgneisti aa both a home and responsibility to watch over, pursuant to the contract they'd made with Smárgneisti.
-[X] If there's still time-- take the stakes they'd inscribed with runes during the winter, and replant them back in Rekavidr's trenchworks with the rune-inscribed stakes split evenly between the side facing the waters, and the East.
-[X] If there's still time after the above two preparations-- store several instances of their fire kunna as fasts for them to call upon when the battle has begun in earnest.
[X] Harald Logarson Event Action
-[x] At the Hersirs directions Harald will attempt to gather and direct those assisting with fortifications. Will differ leadership of construction group to Rikard Villeson, if he is not doing fortifications then Harald will take lead over the ones doing it so their efforts are coordinated.
-[x] Harald will set up fortifications in the killing field designated by the Hersir. The goal will not be to establish a big wall to stop them, but a pattern of earthworks designed to slow them, disrupt their formations and funnel them into the field of fire for the tree trunk bouncers with choke points in the funnels held by the 3 !NotBoneMechs. Will attempt to keep fighting positions for !NotBoneMechs positioned slightly elevated in relation to Tree-trunk launching positions and out of intended direction from tree launching position.
-[x] Harald will use no more than 1/3 of his oth tank on these fortifications, and will relay the order of the Hersir to not tire yourself to all others working fortifications.
-[x] On battle being joined Harald will focus on repairing damaged fortifications first and then disrupting enemy movements(focusing on rear enemy ranks to avoid friendly fire) with his Martial Style and Soil Kunna until out of oth. Once out of Oth Harald will engage with Axe and Shield until he runs out of bones to smash or air to breathe.
[X] Skuli Draugrhater
-[X] Follow the direction of the Hersir: create delayed fire blasts as traps for the Draugr
-[X] Then take place in the most dangerous front and use your combination of Shield Kunna, Martial style and experience in dealing with undead to keep them at bay as long as possible.
[x] Bjorn is going to gather buckets of tar from his property and use it to cover the ground in front of any fortification so the skeletons will have to fight an entrenched enemy while covered in tar. He will make sure to leave some clear spot so the defenders can sally out. [X] Ragnarr Fair-Spoken, in addition to commanding the forces, spends time personally putting defensive runework on the improvised barriers we are constructing. Things like "No unliving thing may climb or break this barrier." Anti-undead stuff.
-[X] He asks Agmundr and Sigmund, who have said he should order them on what to do, to aid in the physical construction of the defenses.

So a lot of people are making fortifications, which Ragnarr is runing up, and we have a tar + Fire Kuna minefield as well, and another area with flowers planted in an offensive/dangerous manner.

Several other people also offered to fetch and carry and provide support on this without specific expertise. We also have a couple of people readying offensive weapons

If I could get a rundown of what fortifications are being made, I'll make sure to add them to the battle-map that will eventually be shown.
Grid is making exploding tree trunks by inscribing runes with the text "When these logs break about, they will cause a great explosion of fire around them" on the tree trunks with animal blood or paint.
