@Shard I wish to purchase some glass made from the sand here for construction purposes. Alternatively a glass figurine?
I am hoping to build a shrine to Catl-Ossi, and felt it would be thematic to be built it out of material found on the beach. Can I ask you for help?
Missed it, sorry.

Moli is willing to help, partly to make up for the land claim thing long ago.

Will Agnes tell him about Erik wandering off?

Ragnarr would definitely tell the whole clan about this, for the record.
You nosy bug :p

OOC:I do not actually mind :3
Moli is willing to help, partly to make up for the land claim thing long ago.

Will Agnes tell him about Erik wandering off?
Agnes leans back from the question. While they were neighbors, they had not really interacted since the landing. And yet Agnes had been fiercely proud of the poem he had made that had done Bo justice against the Void-Eagle... Agnes seems to visibly give up. Bo and Hilda immediately look up at her in concern, while Aino looks around in confusion. She looks down at them fondly, before kneeling in front of Bo.

"Why not try and find Sindri, Bo? Maybe you can find if Halfr managed to make use of that list you made." Bo grinned before dashing off. She turns to Hilda, "Please take Aino to see Hrafn. He will be under the table inside," While not a question, Agnes did look up in confirmation that her children could play inside. Ljufa was surprised, but nodded. Agnes looked back at her daughters, "ok?"

Hilda pouted, but agreed. Once secure that the children were taken care of, she turned back to Moli and Ljufa, her face set.

"Back in Gotland, we were primarily artisans, Cabinetmaker and Seamstress, plying the same trade that we do here. But my Erik was special, for he was also the son of Bo Dragonteeth." Nodding at the shocked gazes in satisfaction, Agnes continued, "A slayer of dragons and Hird of Hallr Blackhand himself, Bo was as courageous and fierce as a man could be." Agnes snorted, "Had a fierce craving for caramels too. So imagine his surprise when he found out that Erik did not share his passion at all for monster-slaying but in humble whittling and wood carving?"

Agnes softened, lost in her memories, a smile growing on her face.

"Imagine my surprise when he gave both his blessing and greatest treasure at our wedding? He gave Erik his axe, forged by the dwarf Svarthi and made of Egg Iron with designs of dragons on both sides. The most beautiful weapon I have ever seen and he gave it up so Erik could keep us safe. Erik had nothing but affection and love for his father. So even when he rather scratch new designs in the ground he would practice hard with the axe and shield day in and out. He was happy."

The smile disappeared on her face.

"Then the Jomsviking came. You know much of the rest. By the time the news reached us, it was already too late. We tried to save what we could, but in the end we all ran, all while the Dragonkiss lay clean and bloodless on his back and it has continued to be as if mocking him. It has been an unhappy weight ever since." Bitterness enter her voice, "Imagine that, a wedding gift that ends up being the very reason my husband leaves his family. What a sick twist of fate."

Wiping her nose, Agnes refuses to let her tears drop. She stares fiercely into the eyes of Moli, uncaring of how brightly they shined.

"So you ask why Erik wandered off? My Erik left on a quest to break that Hel-wracked curse that is on the only thing he has left of his father. My Erik is going on a journey just as his forefathers did and become a warrior as great as his father was! My Erik swore that he would come back when he become worthy of me. H-he swore he would come back to me. So I will wait for him and make a home fit for the man I know he can be."

Agnes leans heavily on her bladed staff, spent. "I hope that story was worthy of your service Moli Spotlight. I am...not sure I have a better one."

-[X] Passive 10: Take inspiration of Cousin Erik's own pre-planning system and see about preparing fields for the Three Sisters (plus Maize?) and Flax as well, if those seeds are being shared around next growing season.

There is no problem with this action, but I was going through things, and I just thought it deserved an FYI on terminology: The Three Sisters is a traditional Native American term for maize, squash, and beans, because when the three are grown together they nurture each other 'like a family'. Our characters probably haven't heard it, honestly, since that specific term is from North America from what I can tell, and we're pretty sure the people we got them from are from South America, but growing the three together was common throughout the Americas (Mayan agriculture was almost wholly focused on them, for instance), and is great...which means some of us have been referencing the Three Sisters OOC.

Has.. was Erik even been blooded? The birds' words said no - and Gefjosa's words after the party now came back to him. Erik was a dead man walking trying to find life from death. Agnes knows this to be truth, by her pose. Her marriage bond was the only thing keeping her fond hope alive - One that would become cruel gruel.

Then what about sprouting Bo?

"Your leal tale leaves me pale," Moli starts, face as snow's pace, as he gets up.
"You'll see husband by Yule." He continued as he departs, then realizes the three fields that fate woven could yield.

"Will chase space with traced pace," An old cloak from his Mirror-Raven-
"With whift of drift-word guide." A knife to turn it to rags-

"Through trembling trees I'll breeze, " In rags now he's dressed.
"Tear through proud's shroud in rags." He steps out, not out of sight yet out of brightness in mind.

"Dragonteeth, Dragonkiss," Then out of sight he is too.
"Dream son's dread, I'll deem found." He's after Erik.

Your leal tale leaves me pale.
You'll see husband by Yule.

"Will chase space with traced pace,"
"With whift of drift-word guide."

"Through trembling trees I'll breeze,"
"Tear through proud's shroud in rags."

"Dragonteeth, Dragonkiss,"
"Dream son's dread, I'll deem found."

This is the fate Moli weaves.

IF, claim your Skald SV's best, we'll see, if lame or Skal!

Moli's new actions for this turn (Sorry Sigmund):

[X] Moli's Actions, Winter Year 2
-[X] Major: Moli hunts down Erik Olsen, weaving fate and using twists to try and find him before his doom.
-[X] Minor 1: Moli starts forging glassware. His house will be the first to have windows. Glassware cups and bottles. Glowcoral-Aquariums for night-lighting.
-[X] Minor 2: Moli will now forge a reserve of his patented dreaded GLASSBOMBS. NO ONE IS SAFE. Except the damned flyers. Or speedsters. Or ultratough people - Fine, some are not safe.
-[X] Minor 3: Moli will make an experimental mini-Greenhouse (connected to his main house) and tries growing Golden Grass inside, with the hope that in doing so he can grow plants without the Winter Rain murdering everything inside. And possibly other plants in time.
-[X] Minor 4: Moli will help Valo with his Glass Runestone idea.
-[X] Minor 5: Moli will forge and make some Glassware for Agnes to her specifications.
-[X] Minor 6: Moli calls on Erik Hardhead to fulfill his offer of making furniture for his home. He will try and get the needed lumber from his clanmates.
-[X] Minor 7: Moli will do Skaldry to help with the Smelter Project. (Specifics TBD)

[X] Winter 2, Liv
-[X] Major action: Build a brewing workshop and try out brewing something from the different things available. Follow the instructions gathered about how to brew the maize stuff with a small amount of maize and with Golden Grass substituted for the maize. Experiment with other things found. Use water from the Reborn Spring.
-[X] Passive 1: Support The Quest For Stone with knowledge of Architecture and Demolition as well as usage of Clearwater kunna as needed.
-[X] Passive 2: Support Gunnar with the work around the Reborn Spring, making sure to keep the original spring as close to untouched as possible.
-[X] Passive 3: Spend time on and in the Reborn Spring: relax in its waters, play with it using her kunna, perform weapon drills in its shade...
-[X] Passive 4: Explore the surroundings for anything that might be usable for brewing (berries and other fruits, herbs and stuff). Maybe someone has a nana they're open to pass along?
Passive 5: With permission from Fernweh (@Ralakesh) Liv will harvest one unit of lumber from their plot, and add it to the communal stash. In exchange she promises "any part, any time [she] want[s ]" of a future kill of hers, to be a sacrifice to the jungle spirits.

@DeadmanwalkingXI can you add a note about this debt owed to Liv's character sheet thingy?
@Aabcehmu added an action :)

@DeadmanwalkingXI

This is Krakr's PT and Seeress reward expenditure

- (Diplomat) Raven fylgja 1 -> 2
- Spirit manipulation 0 -> 1 (A skill to cover the negotiation and handling of spirit rituals, better than basic seer knowledge that others might have with tutoring)
- Archery 1 -> 2
- Sound Mind 0 -> 1 (as a sort of mental resistance trained by ritual)
- Health/healing Seidr 0 -> 1 (how I think he'd seek this out is by watching over people healing from injuries, watching for spirits as he aids them.)
- Magical understanding 0 -> 1 (representing studying the broad strokes of magic, to better understand foreign magic and what it might do in future)

OOC: Flattered really. But it is not that he is unbloodied that is the issue(He is a 28 year old Viking now, I would say that he has gotten into fights), it is that he has not been able to raise his weapon in defense of his family when it mattered the most. Gotland, none of us could do anything about the Steelfathers. The year that we arrived and we needed food to survive, Erik was stuck on the boat while Galti Hanison fought the sea monster. The Necromouser attack left him on the wall on guard duty. He has Axe 2 and Shield 2, but the day that he needed them was the day he left them at home.

So he is off on a quest to gain mad skillz!1!

[X] Winter 2, Krakr
-[X] Major Action: Join Anja on their expedition to the mountains, (last minute with a clearly last-minute stuffed bag :p)
-[X] Minor Action 1: Set up a ritual commune for the hill spirits on Akali's land
-[X] Minor Action 2: interact with the healing spirit more to come to know it better
-[X] Minor Action 3: Study the Greek runes on the door from memory carefully
-[X] Minor Action 4: Explore safer areas for places of spiritual significance that may have been missed

(Moli is going by rumors that Erik is unbloodied, on top of never seeing Erik fight for his life before. Someone like that wandering off into the jungle alone? His conclusion is 'welp he's gonna die'.)

Ope, in that case ignore my most recent response
all good. while i've got your attention, Anja and hulfr worked together to survey each of our claims. i found the weird floating smudge on mine. but i don't think there was anything written about his, in either mine or his responses to minor actions. just wanted to check if there was anything

I see

In that case, you find a rather curious fern that seems to curl inwards when brushed. It has a light fuzz over its leaves yet seems to cling to scabs and open cuts--as are unfortunately commonplace when one works wood.

There's not many of them, but you imagine that, with a little effort, one could fashion a sort of blood-stopping garden.
