This is a Cultivation Quest set in the Naruto Shinobi world. You will take on the role of a new Original Character in this world that combine elements of the Narutoverse with typical cultivation. Effectively the Sage of Six Paths taught the basics of using Chakra to Cultivate ones soul in addition to Chakra. Of course people still weaponized it and the end effect is very similar.
