Erik Away Poetry Bits
The Erik Away adventure was inspiring and got me to write up a whole bunch of poetry. Here they are from the PMs.
Rekavidr's Winter Rain
Sun-dawn spring fawn summer,
Still to winter we till.
Nothing be we saw before,
Not snow now we saw fall,
Chill flesh it chose in flash,
Clatter clap ground splatter.
Rain felt pain, railed against,
Rather now steam streaming.

Erik's Journey (Pt 1)
Proof of praise-worth for roof,
Pushes him through bushes.
Mountain monster-fountain,
More prey to slay and flay.
Onward on that trail drawn,
Only lonely end saw:
Bathe in fine battle-wine,
Born anew and blade-worn.
---
Explosive Karta
Crowned crest freed drowned aground,
Caught scent by unsought foe.
Wrought offer of peace naught,
War swore came crashing club.
Blood-glory glow shrouds step,
Buys lies of bleak weakness.
Slice arm slit up step twice,
Sudden heart goes and blows.

Hulfr's Wooden Ball
Swish of hand, swap and shown,
Shaped hollow good-wood sphere.
Gifted dreams to see drift,
Gave instead swift-form-rift.
Fight for fore-might it made,
Fateful fathers fought fraught,
All for wonder ball-wood,
At day's dawn fades away.

Hunt for Eric (Originally
Here)
Your leal tale leaves me pale,
You'll see husband by Yule.
Will chase space with traced pace,
With whift of drift-word guide.
Through trembling trees I'll breeze,
Tear through proud's shroud in rags.
Dragonteeth, Dragonkiss,
Dream son's dread, I'll deem found.
