This was set during the summer.

A day in the life of Agnes

Agnes is the first to wake up, staring at the still unfamiliar dark ceiling, little Aino curled up into her side. Looking to her side, she could little Bo had used his father as a pillow and Hilda spread like a starfish over everyone. The doors to their sleeping cabinet had been left open to the summer night, five bodies thankfully cooled by fresh ocean breeze. Carefully extracting herself, Agnes gently kissed Aino before dressing for the day. She traded off her overcoat for her sleeveless dress and tied up the bottom to let legs breath a little in the upcoming heat before she girded herself with her half apron held in place with her belt. Finally she put on her arm warmers and braces before lacing up her boots and tying on her sabatons.

Ready for the day, she heads to the cooking pit to make breakfast for her family and the twins who were sleeping in one corner of the room in a pile of furs they brought with them. Aino had immediately latched onto them and loves playing with them whenever given the chance while Hilda is a little more circumspect and stayed in her shadow.

Agnes mostly makes roasted fish on wooden spits from the catch of the previous day and a blend of fresh flowers, herbs, and golden grass on the side. When the attack came, she had not had time to pack properly so she had to make a choice. In the end, she packed her husband's tools, her own, her Blade-staff and pockets full of whatever dye she could grab at the time. Her pots had been left behind and without Addling Coalbelch here…she had not been able to replace them. While Erik and many of the woodworkers of the village had managed to at least supply everyone with basic plates and utensils, her cooking remained a bit limited.

She goes to the pool of freshwater that Liv maintains in the main camp with the laundry and her wash basin. With no metalworking and nails at a premium, it leaks a little but she makes it work. There are already two others there doing the wash to avoid the noon sun. There are poles and lines set up nearby that Astrid had gotten Rikard to rig up. She finishes before noon, rapidly scrubbing and washing what would have taken a thrall hours and enough time to head home to fold them and put her clothes away before grabbing pitchers to fill with water. She cooks eggs on a flat rock over the fire for her children before calling Bo in. She saves the leftovers with a jug of water and takes them over to Bjarneson where Magni and Midna have been helping with his harvest. Satisfied that they are ok, she heads to help Harald Logarson with the flax, Aino in her arms and Hilda following along to help until dinner time. She meets with the twins on the way back, both of them munching on Nanas. Once back home her children rush up to hug their father as prepares dinner as she makes more roasted fish with some unleavened bread on the side while her children and husband talk about their day. The evening is spent working by the fire, Agnes making panzara, Erik setting up a bed for the twins.

Tomorrow she will look over the jars she had made of the few plants that she had found around the edges of their community. Hopefully she will manage to tease out one or two colors from them, her own small stashes of dyes carefully hoarded away for now.

It does not take long for children to begin to nod off by the fire side and be carried over to the cabinet to sleep. Erik and Agnes take the time to chat for a bit longer as she massages his shoulders that always seemed to be a bit tenser as time goes on, reminiscing of times past and future projects. They quit for the night soon after as Agnes changes while Erik merely removes his shirt and boots, Dragonkiss returned to its place above their bed, shining even in the light of the dying ember.

Can two people harvest from the same plot?
Technically yes, but this should be avoided. Each plot only has at most 5 wood in it until it regrows, since that's how much you get for completely clear-cutting the entire plot, so even just double-harvesting is likely going to slow the jungle's ability to recover.

Can two people harvest from the same plot?

Per IF yes, but it shouldn't be done too often or, as noted, it becomes an issue. Two people for one turn is probably fine, but it could get bad if repeated. Do I need to grab Wood elsewhere? I can probably do so.

@I.F. Ister @DeadmanwalkingXI I would like to turn over one Oni Corpse to the Seeress, one to the Shapecrafter, and add both Oni's clubs to the stockpile. I would also like to keep the cow as Livestock for my land.

I'll add the Cow to your Personal Resources. For the shapecrafter and seeress, I'm not positive if they're taking more onigar? IF definitely needs to weigh in there.

Hey everyone, I can now add runes to things, if you want something inscribed then let me know and we can work out a deal, you can either come up with the wording yourself* or you can ask me to do it for you after some describe what you want.

*If you mess up your wording and the runes backfire in some way I will not be held responsible.
Could you make this an informational?

Edit it and put it in the same post with your Champion Offer and I'll threadmark the combined offers. One PC having multiple threadmarks offering different services seems like a precedent that'll balloon the threadmarks real fast.

Maybe we make a master list of services that PCs are willing to offer somewhere. Avoid bloat by having everything in the same place.

If we do that, I'm hypothetically willing to offer farming services up setting up improved farms for prestige in the coming seasons.

If we get a bunch of people making open offers, we should probably do that. We don't really have that, as of yet.

Done, thank you very much.

Edited the threadmark to note the new services available.

Updating my passives because my last Rune Item almost killed me.

Hmmm. Maybe wearer rather than wielder? Hard to wield a ring, IMO. Should work okay otherwise.

-[X] Minor 8: Rerune my Rune Wand with a different inscription and power it with the beast blood. Write "Any being infront of this wand will start to become encased in ice "

This seems risky. What's 'in front'...also you wrote infront with no space. Rune typos are bad.

Maan this is playing it too safe. Amerion and Agnes have to risk their lives to do their spirit work properly, but you guys get to workshop it amongst the whole community?

Wack.

Okay, hopefully this will be the last time, runes are so finicky

*shrug* Ragnarr actually has knowledge of the runes, so any help I provide is entirely in-character. He'd help with spirit stuff as well if he could.

Grid is an individual, so this is an issue if she inflicts damage on herself.

Plausibly, if that involves people offering their services in a blanket fashion like that.
Hopping onto that conversation:
Isn't that what the Thing and stuff is for? Like, we also, explicitly, don't have a threadmark for laws...and ppl. can see each other's skill etc. on the character list, so it's possible to approach individuals if you're looking for something at any time. And if you're offering something...well, just offer it?
Just, dunno, feels a bit strange to have a threadmark with offers with how @I.F. Ister reacted to the laws thing...

It is less that, and more that IF has us do the magic through DMs and only after can we inform the rest of the community of what we learned. We have to do it alone and through the use of a major action.

Now compare it to being able to use runes with just a passive action and have it be a public effort where even someone who cannot speak runes can help 'code' it properly.

We had people die to mosquitoes the first turn. Let them experiment on their own and see what happens after.
