Anyways, with Darth Plagueis officially having tried to step in and stop uppity Ciaran from creating a new incarnation of Sith with Kreia sacrificing herself to give Ciaran the chance to do the same- does Ciaran actually know about the Sith'ari prophecy? Because at this point it fits with her intended goals at least as much as it fit Darth Bane- and especially if she's unaware of Darth Bane fulfilling that prophecy it's not a stretch to assume it might refer to her.
How that would interact with her general belief in defying fate/destiny coupled with her ability to see the significance of events/people through her Conceptual Shatterpoint is another matter.
The Sith'ari prophecy is bullshit. It's something the Sith made up for themselves because they were jealous of the Jedi's Chosen One prophecy and they wanted one for their own.
The Sith'ari thing is more akin to the Sith version of the King Under the Mountain legend.
It's gone from the second coming of Adas' to describing those who bring about great change to the Sith.
There have been multiple Sith'ari I say.
Whether or she believes the prophecy applies to her is secondary to the fact that she will fulfill said prophecy the moment she triumphs over the Baneite Sith.

Frankly, I just find the thought of the Chosen One collaborating with the Sith'ari to tear down the Baneite Sith and replace it with a new order simulatenously awesome and hilarious.
You know a battle is going to be awesome when it involves two diametrically opposed prophesied messianic figures tag teaming something else.
welp time to get rid of the force!
i wonder if that's the original reason traya first want to get rid of the force, she was tired of being forced choked in battle
A/N: You know, this started out as a Negaverse omake but the scene that was supposed to go into the Negaverse Dr. Snark? (Or, as I was going to call him: Mr. Boojum) It started growing, and growing, and growing until finally I just said, "Screw it! It's going to be a normal Omake!"
Have fun. Near the end of the Mortis Finale,
As a fireteam of clones gather around the small cargo container, Rex asks whether the container requires any special handling before it's spaced.
"Special handling? Hmm … "
Obi-Wan's mouth contorts as he thinks about it. Before he replies, I sense a sharp spike of amusement from him. He shakes his head.
"No. No special handling required. Really, the true reason it needs to be tossed out is that it has a large chance for upsetting anybody with no previous experience with it. It also might be poisonous to those who frequently deal with it but it's safe to handle so long as the container remains closed. The urgency though comes from the fact that the contents can get everywhere. I'd much prefer not having to experience anything like that again so long as I can help it."
While Obi-Wan explains the "dangers" of the cargo, I force my face to stay as straight as possible. However, I can't help but let out a short snort which I try to pass off as a cough. Snips looks at Obi-Wan with a look of shock. A vague feeling of doom comes from the box but I shake my head at the sensation.
In the end the squad takes it directly to the garbage chute. From the few glances some clones shared it looks like they didn't want to experience it either.
"Generals, should we prep another shuttle? We lost track of the distress signal at about the same time our sensor system went haywire. Sensors thought he caught the signature of what might have been an escape pod jettisoning itself from a ship. This was shortly after we lost you though. It might just have been just part of the rest of the sensor noise that appeared but I wanted to make sure either way."
"There's no need for that Rex."
I shake my head and lean against the shuttle.
"There wasn't anything out there on our end. If there's nothing in system, then it was likely just some sort of probe. We weren't able to pick up any signs of one either so whatever was putting out the distress is going to stay lost unless we do a deep sweep."
Snips hums at that and then says, "Which, which would be a waste of resources! Right?"
Snips spares a glance at me. I laugh and give her thumbs up. Obi-Wan himself gives a smile and then nods at Rex.
"It seems to have been a false alarm Commander. It's time to head back to Coruscant."
Rex salutes and then moves to exit the hangar. We all share a glance once he's out of sight.
"Um, Masters?"
Obi-Wan and I look at Ahsoka. She looks confused and her gaze travels between us.
"Poisonous?"
Obi-Wan's eyes widen and I can't help but frown a little. Obi-Wan rubs his beards but then shrugs.
"Potentially. She's shown quite a bit more of herself during this event than she has before. Her ability with the Force, definitely. I couldn't sense her at all during everything but she was definitely using the Force."
"And she has eyes."
"Huh?"
Obi-Wan and I are interrupted by Ahsoka's grunt of confusion. Obi-Wan narrows his eyes.
"Yes, you're right Anakin, that too. She seemed to be using them as well." Obi-Wan turns to Snips and answers her question. "She's supposed to be Miralukan, Ahsoka. Miralukan's rely on the Force to see as they don't have eyes. Ciaran isn't supposed to have eyes nonetheless be able to see with them."
Our group is silent as we all think about it. Snips hesitantly offers, "Well, she is known to own a medical business. Maybe they did something about that?"
Obi-Wan looks at me but I only give him a shrug. He crosses his arms and hums.
"Maybe. Anyway, we've lost track. While we knew she was able to use the Force, we were never too suspicious of it because we assumed she was Miralukan. Now though ... It's obvious she has had more training than just someone from the Luka Sene, but how?"
I tilt my head and add in, "It's not the best, but she definitely knows how to fight."
Obi-Wan rubs his beard and then his eyes widen.
"Her stance. Her form! Did you notice her form?"
I pause to remember but can't think of anything. I look at Snips but she shakes her head.
I turn back and say, "I'm sorry Master but I can't say I did."
Ahsoka asks, "She used a form?"
Obi-Wan nods his head, "It was similar to one. Too inconsistent to be based only on one but too structured to be completely self-taught. She's had a teacher before."
I think hard and then remember the type of weapon she used.
"What forms are a lightfoil good for?"
Ahsoka's eyes scrunch up and she asks, "Isn't a lightfoil a dueling weapon?"
"Makashi."
Our focus returns to Obi-Wan. He continues to rub his beard for a moment but eventually nods.
"Yes, the more I think about it the more I recognize it. Her form is based on Makashi."
Ahsoka hesitates but then questions, "Doesn't that require a master to learn from? I mean, you won't be able to duel if you haven't actually dueled before."
I try to think of any master of Makashi I know of who might have taught her. My mind lands on one idea and I can't help but voice it.
"Dooku."
The group goes quiet once more before Snips blurts out, "What!? How?"
I scratch my head and say, "It's a possibility. I think I remember him being at one of her parties a few years ago but I'm not sure."
Obi-Wan's eyes narrow again.
"No, Anakin, you're right. I remember that because I remember the minor argument we had. She knew him and even asked him about his own … ventures is the word I'm wanting to say she used."
Ahsoka's eyes are wide. She looks around but then violently whispers, "Are you saying she's Count Dooku's apprentice!?"
Obi-Wan seems to consider it but I immediately shake my head.
"No."
Obi-Wan prods, "You sound confident of that. While the idea definitely has some large holes in it, I wouldn't disregard it. It does make sense that he was the one who taught her."
Once again, I shake my head in rejection.
"I'm not disagreeing with the idea that he taught her Makashi, but it doesn't make sense that she would be his apprentice. If she were, wouldn't she be helping him in some way? How does creating a cease-fire and doing things like rebuilding Taris help the CIS? Hasn't most of IGBC space joined the CNS? And what about Onderon? I thought you had mentioned once that the Council had its own suspicions regarding that battle and it joining the CNS. If Ciaran really does hold sway in the CNS why allow it to weaken the CIS so much? Why would Dooku allow that?"
Obi-Wan looks down for a short while. Eventually he looks back up and smiles.
"I should learn not to mumble Council matters so loudly."
I shift my stance but Obi-Wan gives a light chuckle.
"You have a point Anakin. Her actions don't seem to be aiding him in any manner and indeed seem to be hindering the CIS somewhat. As much as it pains me, the Republic needed the ceasefire and the time it's given us. We were on the back foot from step one and only now have we managed to start fighting back. She's also been too much of a help to the Order itself. I don't doubt that she's had many opportunities to sabotage us in some way. I would even be forced to say that her and the Order seem to be grudging allies. If she was Dooku's apprentice she's not doing a very good job … and I don't think Sith accept such setbacks lightly."
I nod my head and look at Snips. She's looking at the floor with her arms crossed.
"It's just … "
Snips growls and kicks the floor of the hangar.
"Is she good? Is she bad? It's just frustrating."
I pat her on the shoulder and give her a smile. Obi-Wan nods his head sadly.
"Yes, well … frustrating is a great word. It seems to define all our interactions with her in some manner or other."
As Obi-Wan starts to walk away, my smile turns into a smirk. I can't help but joke, "I thought the word was poisonous, Master?"
Obi-Wan stops short and turns back around. A short moment of confusion passes on his face before he smiles.
"Well, I wasn't lying. After all, we would both agree that she's poisonous to any sense of social decency, yes?"
"She's going to get you back for all of that. You do know that, don't you Master?"
Snips seems to have gotten over her feelings of doubt judging by her smile and her joining in on the fun.
Obi-Wan stops short and mumbles something. He replies, "I was only making us even."
I shake my head with a smile. I pat him on the back as I walk past him towards the hangar exit.
I laugh, "Do you really believe that's what she'll think?
I look back and see Obi-Wan go slightly pale. He turns to me and asks, "You'll have my back, won't you Anakin?"
I give a large smile and say, "I'm sorry Master, but when it comes to Ciaran's teasing you're on your own."
I turn back around and continue walking. I sense the other two start following me.
"And here I thought we were friends."
I hear a large sigh too big to be natural followed by Snips' giggles.
The good mood created though leaves me as I continue to think on Ciaran's nature. Ahsoka wasn't wrong when she said Ciaran was frustrating. Ciaran almost seems like a living contradiction when it comes to the Sith. And as for the idea of her being Dooku's apprentice or even ally? I can't see the Sith Lord handling her personality well … and definitely not accepting another like her as his equal.
Rewards: Bothawui and many surrounding systems join CNS formally, Bothan Spynet unofficially favors CNS/Abyss Watchers. Intrigue action regained due to Spynet assistance.
Rewards: Rush Clovis and Core Five no longer factors in IGBC. IGBC loyalty to CNS assured. Scipio joins CNS, higher chance for IGBC planets to join CNS.
As for the ship itself you managed to luck out on that front; representatives from Arkania were ecstatic after they heard that their planet's greatest legacy had been recovered and offered to rebuild the ship free of charge, and it should be ready within the next few months.
In the list below, I've highlighted Kashyyyk, Bothawui neighbors, IGBC planets, and systems with ties to Arkania

Also, re: Arkanian Legacy:
In the list below, I've highlighted Kashyyyk, Bothawui neighbors, IGBC planets, and systems with ties to Arkania

This is disappointing. I thought Obi-Wan's action in the update was the beginning of his own counter-attack campaign. He is the canonical master troll, after all. Guess he's back to being the butt monkey. :/

You don't try to troll Ciaran unless you're ready to get trolled back. Obi-Wan forgot this as he was too focused on getting one over on Ciaran. He doesn't want to get trolled. Too bad for him, he's declared war ...

As far as lightsabers for Ciaran and the Abyss Walkers goes, I keep picturing Ciaran's Lava saber being a combination of the Farron Great Sword and the Smelter Demon's Sword from Darksouls 3 and 2 respectively. I figure, since lightsabers have only weight from the hilt, then the size of the blade really depends mostly on your skill and style. So Ciaran having a huge ass wide blade shouldn't have too much impact on using a lightfoil style, especially if she uses a blaster with a cortosis blade blocker handguard instead of a parrying dagger in her offhand. And I expect using the largest blaster carbine she can safely one hand with the barrel cut down works just as well with the Blazing Chains style to guide the shots.
