Should they succeed,the CIS and Republic Palpatine would likely have a justification for attacking the CNS on the grounds of them "hoarding bacta."

Honestly most of the planets on the list rolled in the 80-90 range, and there were quite a few IGBC planets with reduced difficulty.
And really...look at the descriptions. Most of them just aren't that important in the grand scheme of things and/or were neutral/neutral-leaning to begin with.
Thyferra on the other hand...well you've seen what's happening there.

the Repubic threat is from the issue is pretty much a non issue. Palintine has absolutely no ground to stand on as long as we agree to sell it to them at a reasonable price. because if he dose try, the senate and public will lynch him. Not to say he could not cook up Other reasons to go to war with us once we are with the CIS. but using bacta as a reason, especcialy as there is only one planet in the galaxy with significant production of it, is just Stupid.
I would say openly refuse them, unless they can peacefully separate for the CIS first. We are a defensive organization, not an offensive one. we won't seek war just to expand our assets.
