Or the opposite.

Dragon is a Timeline/Universe striding monster stent to destroy us in all our forms by and Alt!Universe and/or Alt!Timeline Dandeer.

Obviously can't be anything else, since this Dandeer hasn't gone off the deep end yet.

Shit is this Future!Dandeer's ploy to convince us of her innocence and/or take the place of the current Dandeer and prevent us from saving Jaffur.

He was probably scanning the planet and reading thoughts, when he noticed two higher than normal power levels sending out pings incredibly fast (pinging is basically lighting a signal fire), and decided to read their minds.
 
@PoptartProdigy so we didn't learn Jaffur's trick either?

Because if plan A (Genkidma), plan B (Jaffur trick) and plan C (Making a multiform clone before going Oozaru so that we can either combine PL or blow our GO body up and survive because of the clone) are no go then we would have to rely on plan D (Kikoho with GO life force to keep it pinned while the rest combine attacks if Grandma fails) which to be honest is not much of a plan at all.
 
So, where do we fight this thing? Mountains is not ideal because this thing can sense ki and at the PL involved they don't work very well as cover. On the other hand, an open plain does give the dragon the chance to see what we are doing at all times. The ocean would let us go under water but grandma would have to focus on flying/tabetrick/lethaltechnique and while I am sure she is really capable, she is fairly new at Tabe's thing. Then we have to consider which would let us defend her best.

So, the Dragon is early, and it sensed that we're a Seer, even without us actively using Sight?

I just don't think trying to lead it somewhere is going to work out.

Isn't the ocean also "open"? Seems like we could get isolation and clear line of fire.

[X] Get away from land entirely, and head for the nearest ocean. You're miles from civilization in any direction, but you can't risk any Garenhulders seeing this. There are huge swathes of ocean that no Garenhulder has ever seen.

I just don't see mountains working as cover, since we are talking planet busting levels of power here.
Ocean would be nice, but actually surviving a blast just to literally drown while unconscious would just be not funny.
 
At this level of power ground might as well be water for how hard it is to tunnel though.

If we can hide in the ocean we can hide underground.
