Some of these I can answer here and now -- by and large, for the same reason.

A lot of this is stuff that, at some point over the past 879 pages, I've answered at least once. I plan on doing a big expansion of the Lore Screen in the near future to make this information easier to find, but for now:

Nothing happened to them, mostly (Apra's husband is dead), and Kakara knows where they are. It's just that I already have a lot of characters in this story, and three individuals who don't drive the plot is dead weight I don't need.

[X][Ask] Have Scions ever married? If so, what were the political implications?

You already know this; they have not. Nobody wants to think about it.

You already know this; one person takes the other's House, and, by extension, Clan. Gender-neutral.

Hm... I wonder if Kakara could develop her Seering to the point where she could manipulate magic as well as see it...
 
Have we considered delivering a nuke directly into the dragon's mouth? I hear that's a good way of killing vastly oversized monsters.

GIven how pure of heart focused they are, they probably irradiate the area with rainbows and unicorns.

Nukes are actually not very large potatoes compared to ki blasts delivered by people with power levels of eight, nine, or ten digits. Nukes can't blow up a planet. Nukes can shatter islands and mountains the way that, say, stray shots in the fight between Frieza and Goku on Namek did, but that's about their upper limit, whereas for ki fighters as strong as the Exile royals, it's nothing special.

This really wouldn't work considering at her current power level Kakara could accidentally twitch a muscle to hard and wipe out the entire planet.

The point isn't their destructive potential. It's massive amounts of radiation delivered to the dragon (preferably in space).
 
Is there a canonical upper limit to the amount a capsule can store? I've always been mildly amused at the idea of putting a planet in one and releasing it while it's in the stomach of an enemy.

I would NOT take for granted that this would work as intended on what is, in all probability, a supernatural creature whose 'biology' runs more on magic and/or ki than on anything else.

We might just give it radioactive halitosis.

Unknown, but you can store small buildings in them.

Nah. S'fun when one sees a system like that, but this is very fluffy. The underlying game mechanics I use are probably more crunchy than they need to be, but the way things in magic do and do not work is very divorced from any kind of physics. It runs on literalizing concepts. "Sealing," (as in, "causing to be contained") being the dominant local flavor.
