In general, all votes are biggest-faction-rules for any conflicting votes. For a single-choice vote like this, the single approach that gets the most votes wins. I'll handle votes like this by default. If I'm doing a special vote I'll take special note of it. Last time was because I wanted to establish a very clear and limited hierarchy of concerns for Kakara as she entered her first transformation. Interestingly, the screaming option was simply the sheer fact of the transformation -- which gave you all a hefty penalty to the Willpower check to control yourself, since it was the winning vote. That Dad was the second option was more a matter of how I depicted Kakara's mindset and what was motivating her, and will primarily be roleplaying-relevant over mechanical. If there had been a third qualifying vote, it would have been a more distant, but still present, concern. But that's all, because there's really not a lot of headspace available right now for anything more than that.

It's the exact same as yours, only we use Solar Flare on Dad before trying to instant transmission away with Jaffur. The votes for "I stand with the Senzus" are split at this point, but would win if they consolidated around a single option.

Grab the witch and teleport her along with Kakara to go get the only person on the entire planet anybody is going to listen to right now.

Raditz is already doing that, he'll interrupt the spell fine, if the situation was even a touch more ambiguous I'd be going for the stand aside option, but as it is I want to clear some things up to decide just how much of a beating we're going to give Jaffur, I don't care about the masquerade or any of that stuff, I just want to figure out why Jaffur didn't kill Kakara's father, maybe he was too weak in those milliseconds of time between him going 10* Kaio-ken and finishing the fight, I dunno, but I want to make sure, directly from the source, maybe he'll lie, I dunno, I'll still be voting to knock him out afterwards.

The reason is mostly that I suggested grabbing the Lady and got shut down. Apparently it actually is easier for us to grab Emogeta than it is his mother.
Aside from what Dumbo said about Raditz already going after Lady Vegeta, Jaffur's grandmother is not a Super Saiyan, given that it was Lord Vegeta's father who was the previous Lord Vegeta.
Currently I'm assuming the reason for not killing Lord Berra is that he's not actually evil, just angry, and therefore doesn't want to kill anyone that he doesn't hate.

Yeah no Kaioken please it's way too risky even if it's not as ridiculous as the original plan, and trying to get a copycat trait in a dire situation like this is dumb, good old Solar Flare should do the trick.
On another note why the hell didn't Goku teach IT to his friends? Solar Flare + IT is incredibly handy for scouting duty. I also hate Lady Vegeta for trying to impose what she think is best on her son, I can understand why she did it to her abusive husband but to her own son? Not to mention Jaffur himself want to remain a Saiyan and I haven't given up on him.

I don't think it'd be particularly easy for him to find us if he knows it IT, actually. He'd have to find and lock on to our ki first, which he would have no idea where to start sensing for, and we can also just power down to a level where he can't find us.
@PoptartProdigy, related to Bakkasama's question, how good is Berra at sensing ki? Better than us, as good as us or worse than us?
The bad news: he knows these moves and knows what to look for. Heck, he's better than us at IT. In normal circumstances, trying to out technique someone with more experience using the same tricks might not be a sane plan.
These are certainly not normal circumstances. If Jaffur's not there, then he'll have to fight off Raditz (which probably won't take long) before finding either our or Jaffur's ki. The familiarity of the former, and the proud, irrepressible nature of the latter won't make finding us a challenge.
If we IT, Jaffur must be convinced to hide his ki like he's never hidden it before within seconds of transport or the scheme's out.
That said, I still like this new plan going around. Even if those concerns are unaddressed.

Technically, Jaffur's mom and Berra are the ones committing a coup, damnit.
I don't recall seeing that. She's distracted, isn't being covered by a mastered Super Saiyan, was beaten half to death by an almost-dead Jaffur (at least, plausibly. She may have been lying), and mages are stated to neglect their combat training.
There are two potential targets. One of them is being held by the strongest person on the planet and may cause a huge amount of harm if he gets free. The other is a weak, distracted wizard squishy. Why is everybody talking about going head-to-head with the mastered Super Saiyan in an attempt to forcibly teleport the berserk Super Saiyan instead of the completely helpless and undefended even-more-critical part of their plan?

Since the wards demonstrated the ability to physically stop objects hitting the roof I assumed that the "meaning" of the rain falling around her was that they had been damaged in the fight and that a couple billion points of power level wailing on each other without them would be quite loud.
My mistake. He was the one I was referring to. Nevertheless, he is the most official, powerful, and (comparatively) sane Vegetan authority figure around, and he is still around.
He is able to beat an exhausted Berra outright. He is just about the only one who everybody will listen to. His showing up is probably the single best chance of this being resolved immediately and without further violence.
