Brockton's Celestial Forge (Worm/Jumpchain)

If I remember correctly, it's because Lord doesn't know enough about those perks and the worlds they come from to do them justice with his writing.
Joe is treated as a resident of any verse he gets a perk from which means things like he has 40k psychic potential and if he goes to space he can become a newtype from the gundam stuff. Due to that lord is only using perks from sources he's familiar with which by this point means watching shows or finishing games to add them but he doesn't really have much time to work on them to the point something like 2 years ago he said he only had 40 manga chapters of 1 thing left before it gets added and it's still not in despite that being pretty easy to get through in a day or two of reading.
Oh okay, I was just a little bit dumbfounded when I read that any Dust related tech from Endless Legend is not going to be used in this fic

Is Joe's original trigger meant to be a canon power? There's nothing that jumps out to me immediately regarding that, but there are a lot of characters in Worm.

Yeah, but that Biotinker shard Joe could get is a wholly fic invention and not a canon power.

Huh, thinking about it, what is scarier, Bonesaw's power or Joe's original? It seems Joe's can do all things Boney can, but with more gene manipulation and less actually chopping up bodies. At the same time, I can't think anything that Joe's original shard power theoretically could do that Boney could not. Probably will be better at mind control, but as canon showed with virus and Blasto control, Bonesaw is no slouch at that too.

Evil Joe would cheat brain science, Bonesaw grinded for that knowledge thought horrendous methods

Me too, but fanfic.net's read aloud option is (currently) wack. Each update makes everything worse. Really sad turn of events.

Damn.

Ooohhh~ im trying that when I get the chance.

Thanks for answering guys.
Update:
Welp, printing to pdf worked, but it doesnt have any table of contents. Cant just go to specific chapters, so unless starting from the beginning or scrolling is your thing, cant use it.

Download calibre - E-book management

then install the add-on FanFicFare in Calibre. To do so, click Preferences, next select plugin, select get new plugins, then find FanFicFare and install.

You can use Calibre with FanFicFare to download stories from a variety of sites, including here, at suffcientvelocity. Just copy the url of the first page of this thread and give it to FanFicFare, that will get you an epub of this story which you can convert to PDF with Calibre (although Calibre may allow downloading in a variety of formats, FanFicFare can only produce epubs. Again, this doesn't matter because Calibre lets you convert epubs to a variety of different file types, including PDF).

The resulting PDF will have a table of contents and such. I much prefer making a PDF of this story that way than trying to use AO3's download option.

You may have to experiment a bit to find the settings that you like, but Calibre/FanFicFare has served me well.

A specialist to Bonesaw's generalist seems to be the gist of things. Keep in mind that Bonesaw also has a lot more expertise and is always developing new capabilities.

Thanks for going the extra mile and linking the download site dude. Will try when I get the chance. :)

Nitpick: FanFicFare can, in fact, natively produce html. It won't download images in that mode though.

Things are still pretty hectic, so I'm going to need another day to get the chapter ready. Apologies for the short notice on this announcement and the frequency of recent delays. I'm hoping that I'll be able to get back on a stable schedule once things calm down.
At this point, I would say it might be better to simply change your schedule to give yourself more time between updates.

It seems you're already having to deal with things IRL, so adding to it the stress from the need to write the next chapter just to have to post an apology when RL didn't give you enough time to do it to your standards can't be good.

Loosen those self inflicted chains a little, relax. Just take care of yourself.

Can somebody remind me who this is?
Can't be Amy, she ain't a Ward and she wasn't available besides, and I can't think of anyone else that fits.
Browbeat.

In canon, he appears in 5 chapters, out of the 25 from his debut to his death. The last two of those are basically "Browbeat was there too" in one chapter, and then "Browbeat used 'Pound'. It wasn't very effective. Leviathan used 'Stomp'. It was Super Effective! Critical Hit! Browbeat fainted died" in the next.

(His debut was Tattletale saying "Browbeat exists, here are his powers", and the next time he appeared was another "Browbeat was there too" thing. So, there's only one chapter where he actually does or says anything. There's a reason why people — including Wildbow — seem to forget that he ever existed)

Which is pretty ironic really when there's wildbow wog that discusses his powers that makes him out to be a big deal that wildbow seems very proud of coming up with (assuming he didn't copy Browbeat from something like Milestone as he did for all the main characters) with 3 very synergistic powers that make him a pretty big deal.

To be specific tho he's basically using his self biokinesis to grow bone blades to do surgery and generates crude patches to seal up what he cuts tho he may have gotten better with all the practice and studying time. Overall at least at the start it was described as a quick and crude procedure that had sloppy and visible results but was at least clean, easy to do in the field and had a few properties that meant there was no risk of rejection so useful in a pinch outside of it proper hospitals would be better.

Now, you could be making a joke here but just in case you aren't, I'm pretty sure it was Browbeat.
Thanks.
Reading up on him on the wiki makes it sound like his powers are self-targeting. Is this wiki misinformation, or he simply never needed to use them on others?
Edit:

Ah, that makes sense.
