Also, how did they move the hostages without setting of Bakuda again? There is no me fion she tried to blow up anyone, which isn't exactly in character for her

If the Simurgh prayed, would she get a peek at what Joe's doing? Sounds like a huge violation of privacy, I would hope that the curtain protected against that. Are the visions prophetic? Maybe this could be pinned on some third party Thinker/Master. I'm curious if the visions could somehow be directed, maybe guided into something more abstract so people dismiss them as dreams. Or used for targeted advertising.

Also, why is Aisha unhappy about getting her own pocket workshop again? Does she feel like she's getting kicked out?

If Alma can manifest in mindscapes and the like, does that mean she can 'drop in' on Cluster Triggers or (more relevantly) The Butcher? Do something like convince them that she's the real Butcher V, who they've all forgotten about, and everyone after that is mis-numbered?

iirc For the praying to trigger an actual vision they need to believe like worship believe in Joe. I don't think Simurgh can do that.

Aisha is displeased because Joe and his duplicates have no chill. so something that started as i would love a big bag and they are going super overkill on it. I think but not sure.

The character development here is great and I really liked how you're subtly showing Aisha's own evolution (or should that be EVOlution) into an eldritch being of power herself. Being "the most human" of the crew is a distinctly relative term….

In so many stories I don't want to see an interlude, yet with this it's the only time the plot advances. Stop jerking off on pure nothing and maybe write some actual plot advancement. Your MC has the power to own the current world. He has had that power for countless chapters, all your doing is jerking your self off at this point. Move the fucking plot. If your whole plot is just joe power wanking in his own head then your doing a great job. This story should have ended fifty chapters ago. All I see now is an author who made a power MC but won't commit. Fucking Glurp Glurp. Write some plot or fuck off. This is just a self masturbation session on oh fuck how cool would this power be with this other power
 
Thanks for the chapter. The insight in to characters that you get with these interaction chapters is great. I'm glad that you take the time for this rather than just rushing off to the next ACTION piece like a lot of people tend to.

If you are not enjoying this story, why are you still reading ? It's not like the pacing is anything new.
 
Considering my penchant for "quotes that grab you when taken out of context", I have to say this chapter was eminently quotable.
I would include some of them but I'm not lucid enough to make the effort.

I'd figure that by now anyone who had problems with the pacing would have left... considering that were two million words into the story already. No one is forcing you to read. I liked this chapter, I liked reading it and all the chapters before it. If you have such an issue with the pacing then you are allowed to leave.
