Brockton's Celestial Forge (Worm/Jumpchain)

A woman with Angel wings and golden armour is an Imperial saint (Big E's daemon prince). Like Saint Celestine, or Saint Sabbat. In the Weaver option Taylor is regarded as a Saint.
Sanguinius wore golden armour and had wings, and was considered the most beautiful of the primarchs. N.B. not "handsome" but "beautiful." There were nine loyal primarchs. And Joe is an easily-confused cinnamon roll. I also know of no group of eight men and a Saint that would be considered for depiction in an Adeptus Mechanicus facility.

You are right about all of that but you are also forgetting one thing.

The PRT is terrified of getting on Apeiron's bad side. He has shown a growth that is unheard of, is rumored to be tinkering with powers, has a team that is breaking the expectations of what could be done (shown via Crusader losing a spear to Tybalt), and is believed to be mentally unstable.

The idea of sending Tagg anywhere near the Forge is being denied heavily already. When the Nine are killed then they are going to enforce it even more due to it being viewed as a defensive response. When a Endbringer attacks and is stopped by them as well, I would bet good money on the person suggesting Tagg to replace Piggot getting shot.

I know that which is why I opened with what I did but my point was even supposing for the sake of the argument that Tagg was somehow sent in then they'd lack the ability to pull it off because they aren't getting his civ id or precogging a place he will be in it because they lack the ability to do either.

Do you think the Non-cape Neo Nazis of the Empire will start shitting themselves after Joe kills the S9? How many do you guys think would run for it or just outright surrender and let themselves be arrested, knowing that the Empire is going to its doom sooner or later?

It all depends on how deeply they're invested in the ideology. That shit rots your brain, so the hardcore believers will stay confident even when Apeiron knocks down their walls.

I'm not sure they would necessarily connect that to themselves? Like, Apeiron objecting to the S9's continued existence is just sensible, because they're monsters. And Kaiser just got done telling them how he brokered a sweet deal with the Celestial Forge…

The Empire capes don't have kill orders on them, so they can see a clear reason why Apeiron would go after the S9 that doesn't apply to themselves.

Which got ruined with Survey and the little Divine War Kat just went and wrecked shit on their forces with ease. And only letting them leave because they know that they did at least in someway try not to get civilians involved.

If they didn't do that, well a mop would have been needed along with a road crew to fill in the crater.

Frankly, instead of killing them, actively forging the Shards into being more human and empathic beings might be the better way to go to prevent any messy side effects. But that also edges dangerously close to what his original power set is and may be something Joe refuses to do.
On the other hand, I think that would be perfect for Joe when he has confronted his family and reached a conclusion with them, allowing him to truly move past what has been done to him and make use of powers that were metaphorically tainted by his Trigger event.

You know it's funny how Joe has everything in his workshop that can make him into a cliche spy supervillain.

The Volcano can be turned into a Volcano lair
The Kerbals can be seen as the minions of his operation
Superweapons like Giant Lasers can be easily added
Tybalt being the strong enforcer employed by the Supervillain
Even the Avid Glove can be that animal companion that is being petted and stroked
Joe can easily obtain sharks or make them himself
What else am I missing?

You're forgetting he's a Nazi; propaganda and outright lying to their loyalists is very nearly the default way of doing business. All he needs to do is get his message out ahead of any video that might surface and he's golden. At least internally.
Most everyone else would pick up the correct message from Survey literally crushing Purity (and her entire task force) with a gesture though.

Honestly, If he open a portal to the pocket dimension housing the ABB remnants what's stopping him from just throwing a Death Star Grenade and call it a day?
Well, first tracking that pocket dimension in the first place. And second Joe doesnt murder people willy nilly, he probably would try to capture Uber, Leet and Bakuda and just throw them to PRT to ship into Birdcage. Plus he probably wants his hands on whatever tinkertech these 3 got lying around.

Now, if he'd knew March is in there, chances are he would be willing to throw in a bomb and call it a day. Buuuuuut he wouldnt learn that until he steps into that pocket so nah.

He's a little late for that then.

Quite a few people would already be following the Celestial Forge team. And having the first ever view showing off two of it's members in a 'fight' would be getting looked at by so many people in every organization including his own.

For some, it is just interest. Other's is actual policy to figure out what they can do. So the Empire already knows that they are on thin ice because of it.

On the good news of it all though, they now have an idea of what they are facing from two of them. On the other hand, they are severally under estimating them big time

With Joe starting research on Passengers, would he be able to make Replica Droids Parahumans in the future?
Probably. I think that he's actually technically capable of making replica droids that can trigger, he just doesn't do that. His droids are fiat back indistinguishable from normal humans. So if he made one who had all the hallmarks of a person who's going to trigger then had it simulate a mental breakdown it would probably have the same chance of triggering as anyone else in that situation.

Fulgrim was also described that way. Beautiful not handsome. Even if it being used exclusively for female attractiveness is a recent thing. Joe is pretty recent.

Even still even an easily confused Cinnamon roll could tell them apart:

No. See, the Celestial Forge attacked the Teeth, then they talked to Purity, and then the Teeth were taken in by the authorities while the Empire got away. Clearly the Celestial Forge favors the Empire, and that was practically a joint operation.

Pay no attention to Crusader nearly being choked out while a portion of his power was permanently torn from him.
