Ye basically all I have been doing the past year is read this and then zone out for a week and repeat, it becoming 2 weeks to wait basically doesn't matter because I become a cultivator meditating until the next one comes out

Take your time! The last thing we want is for you to burn yourself out. Also just wanted to say I love your story.

Tybalt is head of security, I don't know if he can slip away unnoticed. I mean between Joe's coordination and Survey, yes they could find a way for him to step out, but I feel like Matrix is more likely because they has no obligations, so it's less hassle.

That being said we've never gotten a proper Kateztlyn fight (outside of the references to him fighting Joe at full power) so if he is the winner of the CF fight lottery I would be ecstatic to see the new ways in which the world comes to fear each member on their own merits rather than costing by on the team.

I think that methods of slipping away are so common and trivial among the Forge that it's at most going to come down to who wants to do it.

What or who are the Teeth going to attack?

My prediction is that the Teeth are going to be targeting Othala. An important rule in gaming is take out the healer first. If the Teeth want to knock the E88 down and keep them down, then they need to prevent Othala from magically restoring the E88's wounded soldiers back to full combat effectiveness.

Plus, plot-wise it will keep Othala and Victor centerstage for all of the upcoming drama and action.

What would happen if Othala killed the Butcher? How would her ability to grant temporary superpowers work in combination with the Butcher's abilities?

The result would depend on multiple things: Is her power the ability to grant those powers, or does Othala actually possess the powers she grants, but cannot use them? Do these grant-able powers even belong to the same Shard?

If Othala's power actually functions like the Thinker's administration Shard on a lesser level, only connecting to a few otherwise unrelated Shards, then that would suggest that gaining the Butcher would allow her to divy up the powers of the Butcher like her original powers.

But, if that restriction of not being able to use the powers she grants grows to include the new ones, then that could mean that the Butcher and their powers could be locked away at the back of Othala's head until she gives their powers to someone else.

No idea in either case if this means that she can give away B1's power, kill the parahuman that she targets and takes back B1 the old-fashioned way along with the new B2 or even B3.

So yeah. Butcher/Fairy Queen/Teacher hybrid cape. Incredibly dangerous and wouldn't even scratch the paint on Lethe's armor.

I think it is much more likely to be Fleet getting involved. Remember, Apeiron wants to deny information to Jack Slash, and Jack is already sort of aware of Fleet's abilities after he showed off to Gregor. That means more information about Fleet getting out would be the choice that would reveal the least to Jack, so is the best option to send out to break up the fight.
 
I think Lord's standards are almost as high as Joe's.

Honestly, the lengths that he thinks are good would be sufficient for a whole novel in its own right. By its own merits, BCF is the length of two series of novels and a spin-off for good measure. Any chapter deemed as such by Lord sounds like it will be a better version of the ABB take down, so I think he's going to send the Undersiders and Fleet/Survey to supervise.

He's more concerned about the Wet Tinkering I think, besides the Khepri version only affects Parahumans, it would be great for Crowd Control

Those noobs seriously think they can out-alchemy Apeiron himself. Seriously, they are working on faulty, almost week old skills from Aisha.

Who's admitedly great by normal FMA standards, but only average for the BCF's modicum of effort.

Joe already made that portal device and figured out that Taylor's ability was limited only by range when he contemplated using portals to extend it.

Like the Portal Bug idea. It would be interesting if he could negotiate with Queenie directly, given that she must be frustrated as well over the Zion-imposed restrictions.

We've seen from Lung that Shards are willing to bend the rules for more data, negotiating directly would probably be even better, since QA would have cooperated in open betrayal/patricide OTL.
