Brockton's Celestial Forge (Worm/Jumpchain)

The Toolkit (Sabaton) 100:
When wielding this toolkit, you can repair devices most would think broken beyond salvation. You could find two twisted armor plates and a couple of treads and before you know it, you have a tank that's as good as new.
So, a completely crack idea, but is Eden dead enough machine enough for The Toolbox to allow Joe to rebuild it? Cause that would be hilarious to watch Cauldron lose their minds when a toolbox and a data cable allow him to rebuild and reprogram an Entity.
Not on it's own, but he can treat any material as iron due to another perk.

In combination I say he has the capability.

But the alarm bells of his passenger will keep him from doing it.
Scion: *(hovering over Eden's body and eldrichly lamenting over a phone)*
Joe: *(on the other side of the phone call)* "I don't know. Did you try to turn it off and on?"
Maybe not Entities themselves, since those seem more like collections and arrangements of Shards then distinct devices, but Shards themselves were crippled before being deployed so Joe might be able to fix those.
On the one hand, this is the first time I've ever been ready to see a time skip. (After S9 skipping to Coil takedown) because going day by day through a week would add several hundred thousand words and I'm only interested in some days of the coming week. On the other hand, the roll mechanism was just changed so it's possible a time skip might not be needed even to reach something that far out. Although admittedly, I really sound like Joe here talking about something a week away as, "That far out". It seems like we're running out of time to get unnatural skill weaving before the Kamui creation, if the forge continues to troll as usual finishing the crafting process will give Joe the perk.
Speaking of individual Shards though it should be noted that Taylor's Shard [Queen] was responsible for using the individual Shards of the Entity to arrange themselves, not so much being the Entities spine as being responsible for growing one, so it might be possible to hit them up for some knowledge of weaving living things and rearranging thread-based physiology into optimized arrangements.
Prediction: Kaiser will kill Butcher and come begging to Apeiron.

Apeiron gets custody of Theo
I was actually betting on Skidmark being the one to do it in a effort to keep the glory going.
It's Survey, and she has Celestial Forge around. I feel like the question is not if she will or even can, but if she decides to. If anything she will find a way to either emulate trigger for herself, or will subsume an agent in shard space in some way. There is way too much data in those shards for Survey to ignore it.
Kenzie apparently Triggered at roughly the same time as Dinah and is apparently a counter-surveillance Tinker; Survey might just adopt a Tinker instead of Triggering as one.

That's highly subjective.
I can't stand musicals and hate (yes hate) them with a passion.
I am pretty sure what Antaeus mean is a musical accompaniment that amplifies impact of event (think background OST in movies and video games), not that BFC will change up genre and everyone will start to sing about their feelings every chapter.

However funny it would be for Apeiron to rap battle S9 into oblivion, it's unlikely to happen.

Oh.. then you haven't read the actual Pagan Science perk, or seen any episodes of Senki Zesshou Symphogear then? Because that is exactly the sort of thing that would become likely. Well, maybe not the rap part.. it would depend on what his genre was, and I'm thinking since he liked Iron Man so much maybe more metal?

You've managed to uncover some of the secrets of old, the very same knowledge that underlies 'Sakurai Theory', the theoretical basis of the Symphogear system. With this knowledge, many of the more mysterious functions of the Symphogears become clear. You can repair and install new functions into Symphogears, that manipulate existing features, like forcing a berserk state or tuning it to raise synchronization coefficients. What's more, your glimpses into Sakurai theory indicate some possibilities of inducing Human-Relic fusion, but to complete the theory you'll need an existing test subject...
Confirmed to come with a free relic.
Confirmed to come with all these perks:
Attuned [Free]
Well, not just anyone can start singing and activate a relic! While there are ways to artificially gain attunement – the LiNKER drug and Human-Relic fusion coming to mind – you're going to gain a high natural level of attunement, allowing you to activate and use a Symphogear without artificially increasing your synchronization coefficient. Be warned though, your synchronization still isn't high enough to completely prevent the backlash from singing your Swan Song.
The Song of Your Heart [Free]
In addition to an improvement to your singing skills and ability to compose songs you are no longer reliant on your mouth to deliver your songs. You may freely sing and speak simultaneously, as your heart broadcasts your song (plus appropriate musical accompaniment) without necessity for such things as atmosphere, breathing, or instruments. This can be freely toggled but doesn't require further concentration once activated unless you wish to use non-Relic based singing abilities alongside it.
Signature Genre [Free]
Something we've noticed amongst the wielders is that the musical accompaniment created by their Gear tends to follow a certain genre unless working in tandem with another wielder. What's that? You don't have one? No problem! See the table below for what your genre begins as, although much like the Symphogear, it evolves over time and with your character. You could easily begin with Celtic music and end with generic pop, but if you still don't like what you have, we'll also let you play any soundtrack perks you might already have.

I read the perk description, but never seen any of anime before now. This is not what I expected, this is something else, something... Delightful.

Well, now I'm excited about this perk, beyond the reason of it opening up music perks from other jumps. It can't come fast enough.

Imagine if Joe got this perk at the start and Apeiron was known not just for stylishly curb stomping his enemies, but also for singing while doing so. Eat your heart out, Simurgh!

*reads the sabaton power description*
...welp, now he just needs a shovel and some grass seed and even if goldilocks blows a trench in the planet he can ducktape it back together

Much was made of the question "What perk would most impact changing Tetra into a Kamui?". And when the first one, Craftsman of the Gods, was obtained, everyone was like "well, what next perk?" of which we have now aquired all but the next most important, which can fortunately be applied after creation.

But, what I say is, what single perk would make his takedown of the S9 even more spectacular? And the answer is obvious.. Pagan Science, and all the musical perks that LordR has bundled with it. Because what makes things even more spectacular more than by turning the whole thing into a musical production?

Naturally, that would apply to pretty much every other imaginable takedown, or indeed situation, as well.
I have been playing hi-fi rush so I'm going to imagine Joe is just perfectly in time with the beat because of his perks.

Tattletale looked uncomfortable. Actually uncomfortable. She was still aware of the impact of appearing uncomfortable, but wasn't trying to leverage it for manipulation purposes, though she was aware that projecting that she wasn't attempting to manipulate based on her emotions could be read as a level of manipulation, and from her it was.
Tattletale fell very quiet. I could tell it was a real concern, not an attempt to play me. Part way through she realized that as well and started to get sucked into the loop of 'not manipulating to manipulate which is manipulating so don't manipulate which is manipulating'. This time she managed to drag herself out of it on her own.
Tattletale was still terrified, desperate for control, and flailing her way through social interactions in the wake of her primary method of interaction turning against her.
Tattletale can't talk to Joe right now without falling apart because of how badly his manipulation sense interacts with her self-consciousness. This will be satisfying to see her develop out of. Either she'll learn to be honest with Joe based on their relationship, rather than as a deliberate tactic.
Or she could view the manipulation sense as a new information channel that she doesn't need to be shy about deliberately using. Or she'll simply "drag herself out of it" more and more promptly, but at the cost of constant strain during any conversation with Joe. Or she'll stop talking with him altogether. I don't know which direction she'll go, but it's going to be a good story.

She already tried to get out of it by offering him a written report only.

I think this option is pretty unlikely given the way this chapter went. Every time she brushes up against it she starts looping and burning up her reserve of "time til thinker headache" on the completely fruitless "I know you know I know you know..." loop.

The point of that option is to short the implications of the "I know you know" loop. It looks something like:

She shrugged, shifting some papers to clear the table in front of you. "Things were wrapped up at the hideout, and I figured that not trying to set a scene was probably for the best when it came to your manipulation sense." She paused, looking at me closely. "Except you can see the manipulation in trying to come across as non-manipulative, so you can tell perfectly well that it's actually just a request not to pay too much attention to the background."
Italics changed from original.

"As in the kind of thing the wall off or level cities to contain."
I suspect that this was supposed to be "they".

The prospect of a week to bring down Coil seemed like a lifetime away
Yes, it'll be good when we get it delivered to us over the course of 16 chapters next year :p

"Sabaton: The Ungodly Hour"
The Forge has good taste in music.

She'll have to just fail at being manipulative rather then not try with the results of trying to try to not be manipulative being what they are.

Does not count for biological folk in terms of aging, but for a digital intelligence it totally should count for the AI for their ages.

Honestly, once you get into situations with fully-formed AI consciousness, you just kinda gotta rethink the entire concept behind the age of consent. The whole point of pedophilia being illegal is to prevent kids from being exploited before they're old enough (admittedly by a somewhat arbitrary standard) to be certain that they have the ability to meaningfully consent to any kind of romantic or sexual relationship, right? That's not exactly an applicable concept to Fleet, though, since over his two weeks of existence he's proved himself to be convincingly able to at least approximate being a full-grown human, at least by US standards. Two weeks of existence isn't much, but when you spring up as an almost fully-formed adult to start with, it complicates the issue immensely, to the point of possibly needing to cultivate an expert on AI psychology to be able to consult on rewriting age-of-consent laws to accommodate for AI. How long Fleet has existed is honestly mostly irrelevant to whether he can meaningfully consent to romantic or sexual advances, so an entirely new standard's gonna have to be created to work out whether there are comparable abuses to pedophilia that can be both applied to AI and reasonably made illegal without screwing over a bunch of people who don't actually deserve it.

I'm quite certain that with LordR's writing style there won't be anything happening that might have required Fleet to be able to give legal consent. On the other hand, all the AIs have consumed alcohol, which might most likely have been illegal for them to do.. if they were human. Pretty sure all laws that involve ages are specified to only apply to members of the homo sapiens species. So they would not, for example, apply to the creatures that live in Ellisberg, who mate, reproduce, and die long before they are 18.

So you know that discussion about people being responsible for their actions under Master effects. Well what do you think is going happen to Noelle who is a Simurgh bomb and has a defective Shard. I mean Joe could cure her easily but she like ate people.
