Of course the Skulls would disapprove of the Titans. They're not big enough. Speaking of Titan, I hope Joe just builds a gigantic 40k Titan that towers over mountains, just one. Like a Light of Terra for Titans.
Also, six meters is around 20 feet. Joe just has to scale them up a bit more and he'll have an army of Endbringer-sized Mechs to take to the battle. One more for Chubster's bingo card!
I'm suddenly reminded of a WOG regarding Joe building a God of household chores. Now I'm imagining Joe building an entire legion of god-bots with exceedingly specific domains. Like street cleaning, performative dance, and wololo.
I can see how Joe could think that the titan army would be utterly useless. He has designed and built Survey, Fleet, and Matrix to all be updating without his help. They've got a bit of his soul in them. If anything, they are his divine children.
Now, compare that to entities that will be mass produced or popped out daily. Even if he wanted to keep them current, it would just be a massive headache. Talk about 3 day old tech biting him on the ass. Sure, he could keep improving/upgrading the designs, but well 3 days old tech strikes again. Say he waits a week and has 7 of them. He'd have to always try upgrading the older ones to be some what current.
I guess it also depends on just how big each days design improves are. It feels like he has been having massive gains each day. I could see him running into issues.
Lets just take the AI that comes with them. They are fine for mooks. Disposable mooks. He has had to spend a ton of effort getting Survey and Fleet socialized. It'll feel rather insulting to see the AIs tht those come preloaded with after that. He will still want to fix this issue.
In some ways, it would be good if Fleet could just pilot them all. It's his job and their default AIs need a real pilot. Well, Fleet will be their real pilots.
My first idea of how he could use them was mainly building blocks. Make them tech Titans, but more useful hard to create base material that needs. Heck, they could mainly be modular nanotech. Just let them merge together more and more. That assumes that he has a hard to create material at the moment. It seems like he has been able to make anything that he needs lately.
That titan autofactory will create one titan without any base material needed. If he feeds it base stock, he could get it to produce as much as he wants.
If he really doesn't care about them, he could design a knock-off Starcraft SCV and hand them out to dockworkers/gym members. I'm sure that they wouldn't be misused at all!
I'm looking forward to the Garment and Survey visiting Parian. Survey will likely be in her lawyer persona. Attractive, but mainly as an exotic European lawyer.
Um, I could see Survey knowing Parian's civilian ID within 30 seconds of thinking about it. Why would she think to bring it to Joe's attention? We know that he had issues with her. His therapist knows. The CF crew doesn't know about Parian's history with him.
I could see it starting off well until they bring Parian to Garment's shop and she meets that guy in the back Joe. She makes no comments around him. She might say something to Garment about Joe, which would cause the strife.
I can't see Joe keeping that close an eye on the pair during the visit. Survey will trivially be able to alert him if she needs him to ride to the rescue. Actually, Joe couldn't ride to the rescue if the Teeth showed up. Survey could be able to handle things but might try to hide her costume change. It'd be Garment and Parian that would be able to take out the Teeth that show up.
What would happen if Garment took out the Butcher?
Actually, I don't see the Butcher showing up per se. I'm thinking that it would be the Teeth, in general, making a move. Actually, it would be funny if they weren't trying to make a move and were after the pair to get better outfits.
Remember the CF have likely sparked the cape fashion war. This could just be the start to that.
I'm not sure why there was all the talk of Parian mastering Garment. I could see Garment thrilled to have Parian wear her. They'd make a wonderful outfit together, but still, nothing compared to what she could with Joe.

So I'm remembering some stuff about his Asura's wrath perks when im suddenly slammed by the mental equivalent of the March-Shard space event.
Now, I don't remember if he has a mantra reactor, but I do know for a fact he has Spiral power and a shit load of divine-level construction capabilities.
So, let's wonder what it would take, at a minimum, to build a pair of Divine, Mantra boosted, Spiralenergy-boosted Gauntlets, specifically designed to be a sort of Mass-Driver, which should be very easy for joe to make
With his RWBY dust, he can use earth dust, gravity dust, or many other types to add more exotic effects to the hit.
Mass effect perks could turn the Mass driver into an extremely potent weapon on its own, making the projectile very, very dense, and combined with everything else, can be unbelievably lethal.
Divine and mantra boosted (if possible) because of course you want to hit something with your Ultra-godly fist and spike of doom.
Spiral energy-boosted to add even more of a punch, and because that shit does crazy stuff to objects, so it may help immensely.
All of this was further boosted by his fae-crafting, use of the full materials usually required, not half, and miniaturization to fit even more stuff into it.
If possible, he could even try to make a sort of kinetic battery that stores kinetic energy (think assault) which would then all be added up until the next hit, or even released upon the mass driver itself, accelerating it even faster than normal.
All I'm saying is, give this to Tybalt, and have him win a fistfight because scaly hits for s h I t, and all its blocked hits come back as a counter-attack.
I mean, I think Joe can make a kinetic battery, I mean it's not the most ludicrous thing he has ever done before or will do.
All things considered, we were probably safe on that front.
A semicolon is used to connect two independent clauses; the phrase "all things considered" is not an independent clause because it is not a complete thought.
The Titans and the hangar are both a bit underwhelming honestly, and kind of useless even if they are free. If he wanted mechs he could have an army of 100x better ones in minutes. He's only refrained so far because he wanted to avoid giving the PRT any excuses to sign a kill order for him.
Yes they are underwhelming compared to the rest of the forge, but it's still a new entry in the S-class bingo card: "I have an automated production of robot/AI and I can't stop it".
The good thing about that one is that it would probably give Saint a stroke... well, a fourth consecutive one (after Survey, Fleet and Matrix... ... how many hearts that guy has, again?).

Apeiron walks up to the Dragonslayers, says a couple of things and they all die of heart attacks.
Apeiron is now suspected of having murderous memetic effects

Leviathan, so far beyond escape velocity that it passed not funny and lapped back around into hilarity after picking a fight with the kitten that Scion just pulled out of a tree: I have made an error.
Apeiron: It's not my fault they can't handle learning about my friendly gray goo-based AI, or alien symbiont that could devour the planet, or technically unrestricted smart AIs, or… you know, in retrospect I may or may not be being too cavalier about all the S-class threats I have under my control or in my sphere of influence.
Piggot: *has a sympathetic heart attack to go along with Saint*

Mod Notice: seeing as how this thread has gotten Out Of Control, I am locking it. For the record, Director Piggot is not dead, thanks to timely medical intervention by Apeiron, and this was not an assassination attempt so much as an attempt to keep Director Piggot (as the ranking local PRT officer) in the loop on a semi-affiliated cape's abilities. Any and all causal links between this incident and the sudden and abrupt cessation of existence of both the Ellisburg Containment Zone and the Slaughterhouse Nine within five minutes of Apeiron finishing his medical procedure are the product of an overactive imagination.
"We could run through a practice exam, but I can't actually give you the accreditation. And I think you all have this down. Especially the math and science portions."
"No shit." She said, stretching in her seat before turning back to me. "I mean I appreciate the effort, but that is some seriously basic stuff.
Do we know if Joe's Time perks affect the time it takes for the All Spark Chosen perk to create a Cybertronian?
All Spark Chosen:
You've been selected by the All Spark to be Transformer Jesus-Buddha, you'll become much more likeable and charismatic able to talk your way out of most situations with ease. Additionally the All Spark has given you an insight on life itself this gives you vast amount of wisdom that rivals the greatest Philosopher-Kings. Additionally with the secrets of life in your mind allowing you to create a Spark. Sparks take time to nurture only one every 9 months can be created and machines implanted with a spark become sentient but their mind is like a child's which will "grow up" in 1 month.

Huh. Joe really could make a civilization out of his Titans. Where would they be based out of? Antarctica? The Nether? Alaska? The moon? How would the PRT react to the ceaselessly growing seven-meters-tall robot civilization made out of Apeiron grade metals and gear?

But he doesnt have access to it and - dont quote me on that - isnt it harder to access the Shardspace than to access parallel Earth? Not to mention, Shardspace very much is a hostile environment.
